This beautiful townhouse has spectacular ocean views from both first and second floors! Updated granite kitchen with stainless steel appliances, tile and bamboo flooring throughout. The master bedroom has a king size bed, and there is a new queen size bed in second bedroom. The living room has just been updated with a new sofa, chair, tables and a 55 HD TV. Two large front decks with plenty of furniture to watch the ocean and sunrises and two rear balconies to see the gorgeous sunsets. Available for short or long term stays, it's the perfect place to relax on the quiet beach, swim in the pool and have fun in Flagler Beach!

Everything you could possibly need. Great beds, comfortable furniture (both inside and on the balconies [4 of them], and a kitchen well supplied with cookware Since it’s 2-3 stories you can look out to the east and see the shoreline. It’s also great for catching the wonderful ocean breezes. Host was great to work with, provided lots of information on the area. He also allowed us to check in earlier in the day than anticipated. I’m Looking forward to a repeat visit next fall

This was our first time using VRBO and our first time in Flagler Beach. Both were a huge success. Harry is the perfect host. He is extremely responsive and easy to work with. The townhouse was perfect and stocked with whatever we needed. Good location and looking forward to coming back.

Location of this property is ideal. Beach access is very convenient. Property is in need of some updating, but all major appliances worked well. No safety bars in the shower were an issue. Seniors consider the steps required to access property.

Harry was wonderful to work with! He was extremely responsive and the process of checking in and out was seamless. We visited with extended family and reserved 4 units! It was the perfect spot for us. Very short walk to the beach and local restaurants too. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

I can’t say enough about how nice this townhouse was The sound of the ocean and the View was spectacular. Townhouse was clean had everything we needed. Harry was the perfect host texting before and after to make sure everything was perfect. Never needed our car unless we went golfing. Will absolutely rent it next year hopefully for a month

We overpacked!

We overpacked!

We have stayed at many places before, but never did we stay anywhere that so many items stocked - dishwasher soap to air fresheners to tissues, etc. Harry thought of everything you might need on your trip. It was very nice to go into a rental that was perfectly clean. He was easily reachable if we had any questions. The beach was right across the street and restaurants and shops were just a quick drive up or down the street. I must say 1 week was not long enough! One of our relatives stayed in the same development so that was a plus, but they didn’t have everything supplied like we did. That was just so considerate. We recommend this property to everyone and we will stay there again if and when we go to Florida. It was a very quiet area. You could not hear the neighbors at all. We had a wonderful time at this condo in Flagler Beach! The condo was clean and well stocked with everything you need for a week. Harry was easy to contact and made sure we had all the info we needed for the house and the surrounding area. The beach is not crowded at all. We’ve actually been to Flagler one other time years ago and had the same experience, so if you want a quiet beach, this is the place. Also, if you love seashells, this beach is full of them. And the condo is very close to the town, which has some yummy restaurants and plenty of ice cream shops. We really enjoyed Flagler Fish Company and also, Salty Farms down in Ormond.

Harry's condo was the perfect rental for our family. We loved the location. Only one mile from restaurant, donuts, coffee, shops and pier. Perfect for bike rides. We brought out boat, kept in storage and the neighborhood has the best boat ramp. The condo was clean and well stocked. We love having balconies on east and west side of each floor. The pool and grill was a nice treat to have as well. I definitely would stay again!

A great place to enjoy Flagler Beach! Really convenient location. Restaurants all nearby. Easy day trip to St Augustine or Daytona/Ponce Inlet. Great beach view and access. Well stocked with most everything! Good value for the $$$.

We’ve stayed in Flagler Beach 1-2 weeks during the summer for the past several years. This condo is our favorite due to ease of access to beach, pool and restaurants. We had a couple of issues during our stay and Harry addressed all of them and had them resolved the same day. Would stay here again.

We loved this townhouse! The layout is perfect with sliding doors off of each main area on two levels. These four doors reveal beautiful views and each lead to a balcony where you can relax. You can watch the sunrise over the ocean and watch it set from the opposite balcony. The new furniture in the living room and bed were very comfortable. The bathroom and shower were very roomy and clean. Lots of space in a walk-in closet and dressers to unpack our clothing. Also lots of space for personal items. Kitchen is updated including a large refrigerator and even a washer/dryer. It was also great to have a covered parking space. Harry gave lots of recommendations on restaurants and places of interest in Flagler Beach and nearby. Great place and Great host! Thank you !
