- a very beautiful place wtih a million dollar view - delicious breakfast & dinner - beautiful & well maintained rooms - best staff in Morocco

Not much, if I could give some feedback I would say; - provide better coffee for breakfast & plant-based milk options - more sun beds for the pool

Perfect but a bit exhausting

It's all soo good and i liked the room names but the only difficulty was while going upstairs because the stairs that gets u in to the hotel is soo long and exhausting but everything else was soo good even the location was really nice because it's close to the local shops there and the view from the hotel is so good as well.

Geweldig

De locatie was geweldig. We hadden een mooi uitzicht zowel op ons balkon als tijdens het eten. De kamers waren mooi ingericht en het was schoon. Er heerste een fijne rustige sfeer. Speciale dank aan Ayman voor het leuke gesprek en zijn behulpzaamheid. We komen hier graag terug!

Erg mooi

Het heeft een fantastische ligging en de inrichting van de kamer, de tuinen, terrasjes en het zwembad is echt ontzettend mooi! Daarnaast is het ontbijt heerlijk en is het personeel erg vriendelijk.

Eigenlijk was alles fantastisch aan de accommodatie.

You have to work hard to get to heaven

Where do I start. Firstly with a warning. If you don't like stairs, this is not the property for you. Having said this, I doubt anything in Chefchaouen would have come close to Dar Jasmine and I would have taken an hour to ascend the stairs if I had to... 158 in total; I counted. My partner chose secure parking at a small cost but there is free parking available. When we got to heaven, I was seated on the patio with a drink while porters (and not all young) ran up and down these stairs with the bags of those checking in. We were told to just sit and relax. Then we checked into our room where the picture perfect image of Chefchaoune was ours for the taking from the balcony. A brave soul was swimming in the pre-summer pool which looked lovely. Eating in (didn't want to go down those stairs) we enjoyed a beautiful soup and a lovely tangine and cream caramel. Breakfast was traditionally arabic with a western twist... all lovely. After breakfast, we descended to base camp and wandered the blue washed walls of this unique city. Upon return, the 158 stairs a second time didn't seem so bad.

Maybe the stairs but then we wouldn't have had the amazing view. So nothing really.

MAGIQUE.

TOUT! de A à Z! Un séjour exceptionnel! Le personnel était incroyablement accueillant et professionnel. Les installations étaient impeccables, et l'attention aux détails a vraiment rendu notre expérience mémorable. L'emplacement idéal a facilité l'accès aux attractions locales, rendant notre voyage encore plus agréable. ils ont meme prépare un petit déjeuner a 2h du matin pour nous, car on avait l’avoin la nuit 🥹♥️♥️♥️♥️ mille merci à essam, mourad, kamel et aymen!

Absolutely Outstanding!

Property is outstanding, facilities and decoration. Location is perfect because is not in the busy area. You do need to go up 200 steps. They help you with suitcases.

This place ticked all the boxes Pool stunning views of the blue city.Helpful staff, was probably the best place I’ve ever stayed. Hope to return one day. There are over 100 stairs to reach the location of the hotel, but without the stairs, you don’t get the views. Every step is worth it once you reach reception

Paradise with wonderful views.

This hotel is absolutely wonderful. The staff is very welcoming and attentive to every detail. Specially the girl at the reception, the waiter in the breakfast and our favorite Adil! They help you with the luggage up and down the stairs anytime. The AC works perfectly and the pool is also amazing with stunning views.

Getting there is very bad, both in terms of taking and literally climbing the many stairs to the hotel, accompanied by pushy harassing locals.

The views. The sunset. Everything about this property was spectacular. Staff were amazing. Rooms were flawless. Loved everything about it. Once you tackle the stairs you never want to leave and more importantly you don’t have to.

Absolutely amazing

We are a family of 5. The staff was amazing. I forgot the names of the staff but each and everyone from porters to front desk to room service to servers for breakfast and dinner were all amazing. It was a wonderful experience.

The only place to stay in Chefchaouen

This is the only place that you should consider staying when in Chefchaouen. The property is amazing. We loved it all. The outdoor terraces are beautiful spots to sit and take in the view of the Medina. The pool was excellent and we used it a lot. The rooms were spacious and I loved the tiled bathrooms. The staff were very kind and friendly. The property is a short walk into the old Medina. It was nicer to stay out of the hustle and bustle of the Medina.

Nothing… I even liked having to climb the stairs to get to the top. Getting some exercise while on holiday is always a good thing.

The best chill out and relax during my vacation💙We had a stay in Chefchaoune room💙The room and a bathroom, the views from terrace, restaurant and swimming pool was amazing 💙Food was so delicious, the personal was so kind💙I would like to came back here😍

150 steps to the hotel could be a good sport 😄I didn’t know that hotel has a personal who could bring your luggage to hotel and I asked my taxist to do for additional pay😀

Unforgettable stay at a wonderful hotel with an fantastic view of Chefchaouen

The staff was very welcoming. They did go the extra mile to accommodate our needs. The hotel and surroundings are beautiful. Listing pictures don’t do it justice.

Nothing. We were aware of the 150+ stairs and even the oldest people in our group 70+ said it was worth it. The view from up there is really something.

Exceptional

Everything was top class. We had a room with an attached seating space, which looked out into the town. The room was large and comfortable. The views were amazing. The staff was attentive and helpful. They went out of their way to meet our requirements. The food was excellent.

We can be very demanding and always look at something that was lacking but overall this place is amazing.

excellent location - overlooks the Medina and is a short walk from it. wonderful staff. great restaurant. beautiful, spacious room ( we stayed in the new wing)

tons of steps to climb ( 150 + another 75 to our room .. we counted!) so definitely something to consider if that is a challenge.

Exceptional

Staff was extremely welcoming, breakfast was incredible, fresh, and unique, the suave was gorgeous and offered the best view of the city. The beds were also wonderfully comfortable and the showers were amazing. They helped in little ways like making some postcards for us and letting us store our bags for a few hours after check out. We will be recommending this place to friends without a doubt.

Phenomenal Hotel Experience

This place was phenomenal. I stayed here while celebrating a birthday with friends. Upon checking in the hotel staff made my room special with towel animals and rose. I had balcony view of the vlue city and it was so breath taking. Everything was so clean and the staff was super friendly. One night we ate at the hotel and it was amazing and they brought the dessert ordered out with a happy birthday song. I didn't want to leave this hotel and that is rare. I am so impressed by this hotel.

10 out of 10 I recommend!

Top notch, exceptional service. Adhil was very attentive and kind in being of service to my friends and I. All other staff members were equally pleasant, helpful & kind. The help with bags to go up the stairs was unexpected. We were so grateful for that. Thank you! Breakfast- Amazing fresh squeezed orange juice, warm bread and fresh eggs cooked to perfection. The breakfast food was phenomenal, the restaurant is beautiful and the view amazing. My most favorite part of the hotel was the shower head in the Hanoi room. Those were the best showers of my life!

I liked everything about Dar Jasmine! Even the small “hike” up to reach the hotel. The only thing that I missed was that that there was no wine available for purchase. I respect and understand the culture of Dar Jasmine’s location, however I wish that I knew to bring wine with me as we were celebrating a birthday amongst friends. We would have loved to have it with dinner or outside on the terrace looking out at the beautiful views.

Wonderful stay at a wonderful hotel with a postcard view!

We had a wonderful stay at Dar Jasmine. Istanbul and Nairobi Suites are beautiful. Great location facing the old town. We had an amazing view of Chefchaouen. Definitely worth the 150+ steps.The staff is very friendly and professional. They went the extra mile to make our stay memorable. Well, they succeeded.

Can't think of something I didn't like. Our stay was perfect. The rooms, location, service and surroundings were all fantastic. We will definitely stay here again.
