About this apartment rental
Make your visit a memorable one... stay in our beautifully decorated, Non-Smoking, two bedroom plus loft, two bathroom condo ideally located in the Heart of Summit County. Home of the best winter and summer activities Colorado has to offer! This is a premiere unit in the Swans Nest complex with quartz counter tops, new appliances, all new flooring, new beds and bedding, and modern fixtures throughout. We have current STR licensed with Summit County.
'Villas at Swans Nest' is located about 4 miles north of downtown Breckenridge, nestled in a quiet valley on the Swan River. You'll find relaxation 'off the beaten path' but still be close to four major ski resorts and everything the area has to offer. Our condo is a top floor unit in a building with only six units, so there is minimal disturbance from neighboring units.
• Relax in the comfort of a cozy living room. Plus, with the flip of a switch you can enjoy the ambiance of a glowing fire in the gas fireplace. We do not offer cable programming, but have SmartTV with FireTV access to streaming services like Netflix/Prime/AppleTV.
• The open living room flows into the dining area where up to six can be seated comfortably at the dining room table. The adjoining kitchen is fully-equipped with dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils.
• Each of the two bedrooms has a queen-size bed, night stands, and dresser. The loft has one queen-size bed and a day-bed that unfolds into another full-size bed. All the beds are fitted with high-quality linens and comforters to provide a welcome retreat after an adventurous day in Summit County.
• From the living room you can step out onto the deck overlooking the Swan River and the Colorado Trail. Enjoy a barbecue meal cooked outdoors on the gas grill.
• You must be 25-years-old+ to rent the condo. We can offer stays of up to 3 weeks.

Super clean, great layout and location! Very easily accommodated family of 6 with plenty of space to spread out. Nice big kitchen. Close to hot tub. Bus stop not walkable in our opinion in case you were wanting to take bus to ski.

Wonderful stay close to Breck
Everything was wonderful at the property! Location was great, not far at all from Breckenridge, and so peaceful and quiet. Our host gave excellent recommendations and was super responsive. We accidentally left with the parking pass ( 🤦🏻♀️) and communication on getting it back to the property was very smooth. We had a wonderful stay!

2 years in a row! Perfect quiet location
For us, this is a perfect location away enough from the Breck madness and close to Frisco on the other side. We hit the Breck slopes every morning and it’s about a 15 min drive with traffic so pretty easy. The condo is stocked with everything and anything you might ever need. We loved sitting around the fireplace and enjoy peace and quiet after a long day at the slopes.

I didn’t use the hot tubs, grill, washer/dryer, games, snow items… but it is all there and ready for anyone who may want to.

I definitely recommend staying, and would stay again if I head there again in the future.

Swan Villa in Breck
It was just a friend and me so we had more space than needed, it could easily fit a family of 6.

We could not have been happier with our stay at the condo at Villas at Swan’s Nest! We loved the layout - so cozy & inviting! Our favorite things were the fireplace and the grill! The kitchen was so well stocked that it made staying in and cooking a breeze!
Tim was so helpful and gave us great info on things to do and restaurants to eat at!
If you want to stay somewhere quiet & relaxing but also be in close proximity to Breckinridge, Frisco, Keystone, then this is your place to stay! We really hope to return!!!

Such a good time!!
We could not have been happier with our stay at the condo at Villas at Swan’s Nest! We loved the layout - so cozy & inviting! Our favorite things were the fireplace and the grill! The kitchen was so well stocked that it made staying in and cooking a breeze!
Tim was so helpful and gave us great info on things to do and restaurants to eat at!
If you want to stay somewhere quiet & relaxing but also be in close proximity to Breckinridge, Frisco, Keystone, then this is your place to stay! We really hope to return!!!

Ski trip
Great property and location. Very convenient to the ski slopes. Property had everything you could want in it for cooking meals there, and was located very close to the charming downtown area of Breckenridge for going out. Overall, we had a great time!

Amazing find
If you are looking for a place to say in Summit County, look no further. This property is stocked with amenities, super clean and in a prime location. More importantly, the owners are amazing. Just prior to our trip we had an unfortunate situation and Tim and his family were so accommodating and responsive, and I think that goes a long way these days. Honestly, it felt really good to know that there was a caring human on the other end of the computer and not a robot. I highly recommend this property and can't wait to book with Tim again.

Perfect location between quietness and closeness to slopes/town
Tim was a great host the property was in excellent condition. Beds were very comfortable and I was surprised to find the kitchen stocked up with many things that u usually forget for cooking such as spices, tin foil, etc. The location was close enough to Breck slopes on one side, and Frisco to the other side. Very quiet neighborhood it was perfect to wind down after a long day at the slopes. Will definitely stay again.

Great time at this convenient Breckenridge Condo
We had a very pleasant 4 day stay at this rental. Just off Route 9 in a quiet development, with access to a hot tub. The unit was clean and well maintained, and it was very convenient to have a garage space at our disposal, accessible directly from the unit - can't beat not having to brush snow off your car before heading to the mountain. :-) . The place is a short drive from the Gondola parking lots and downtown Breck. Very nice living room with gas fireplace that throws off great heat, making it a fantastic place to relax with a good book in the evening. Definitely recommend it.

Perfect Family Getaway
This beautiful home was exactly as described. It was perfect for our ski vacation. The kitchen was modern and well equipped. We had everything we needed to cook for the whole family. There was even a gas grill right outside. Everyone had room to spread out. The beds were comfortable. There were plenty of blankets and pillows for everyone. We loved the outdoor hot tub. We really appreciated the attached garage. It was convenient to just leave our skis in the garage. I would love to stay again.

Quiet and perfect location!
This adorable condo is located just outside of Breckenridge and close to nearby towns like Frisco, Silverthorne and Dillon. Nice views of a pond outside of master bedroom and loft. We even saw a beaver out in the pond! This condo had everything we needed to be comfortable with two teenaged boys. Tim was more than helpful with all of our questions and gave good suggestions for hiking and food. Really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend staying here. Thank you!

Great condo!! Perfect for skiing!
Had ALL the amenities that one could want or need! Lots of extras and felt like home. Beds were comfortable. Loved the instant hot water, especially with 5 people all wanting HOT showers after skiing all day. Perfect location between Breckenridge & Frisco.

Best Christmas in Years
I have two adult teens and they wanted to ski for Christmas. Im so glad I found this property to rent. It was the perfect place the kids loved having the loft as second room. Im so glad I had them snowed in with me on Vacation it was the best. Kitchen was great we spent a lot less money eating at home. Baked cookies and Made a Turkey for Christmas dinner. The Town home was furnished nicely super clean and well equipped with all you need. Fire place warms the space nicely along with the heat which we tried not to use. They have several Humidifiers that we needed, blow dryer, coffee pot, washer/ dryer, plenty of towels, blankets, games, cards and a grill that we used. We used the Jacuzzi it was a short cool walk but Tim has Heavy Robes you can use and they were perfect. I would highly recommend this unit for your next vacation summer or winter. Tim is great and gets back to you within mins, Restaurant recommendations, groceries and such. The Location is great 7 Minutes to Breck and a maybe 10 to Frisco.

Great Location
Loved our stay here!! We had everything we needed and Tim was available for any questions we had once we arrived! Location was perfect and the balcony was backed against the Swan River. There was a great trail that started behind the condo and was an easy trek. We'll definitely be staying here again!

Cozy Place With a Great View!
We have stayed at Swan's Nest three times now, and have loved it every time. The condo sits right above the creek, which beavers have dammed, so you can fish and listen to that wonderful water sound all at once. There is a beautiful view of a mountain peak out the back door, making for hours of pleasant sitting on the patio. The kitchen is always stocked to our needs. We even found a roll of scotch tape when needed! The furniture is comfortable, the linens clean, and the home has updated fixtures and finishes. We consider this to be one of our favorite places on earth! Thanks for sharing your home so that others can enjoy it, too!

The condo is really nice. Tastefully decorated with updated kitchen and bathrooms. The beds, linens and towels were clean & sumptuous. If you don't mind being a few miles from downtown Breckenridge this place is great!

Property was great. Hidden enough to feel like in a secluded area but very close to Breckenridge. More room than we expected. Very modern. Fireplace was perfect.

All That and More
Four of us stayed here (2 couples) In mid-July and totally enjoyed our experience! The condo is alongside the creek and we saw a deer plus numerous beaver dens. It's a easy, pleasant walk. A picnic table is located just outside the condo by the creek.
The condo is a great value--very modern, comfortable and clean. The floor layout was perfect! We grilled out on the balcony and ate at home a couple of times. The kitchen is very well stocked and beautiful! The décor throughout is very pleasing.
Tim did a great job with instructions to finding the condo, getting in, finding a local newspaper and of course the hot tub. The robes to wear to the tub were a great idea!! He left a map in the condo which helped acclimate us to the area.
We were joined in the hot tub by one of the locals and he was very kind and gave us advice where to hike and see the stars. The few locals that we spoke with were very friendly and helpful.
The condo is conveniently located between Breck and Frisco We hiked McCullough's Gulch and Sallie Barber Mine, and did the Aspen Pass bike ride. And of course we checked out Breck--but not as much as the girls had hoped!
The temperature of the condo was very comfortable. We opened the front door in the morning and wished for a screen door. Luckily there are very few bugs so I don't think we let any in.
The bedding was very comfortable and bathrooms nice. It was great having a washer & dryer available to us. And iron and ironing board!
I hope we will be able to stay here again! Tim is an awesome host--very responsive and helpful. I hope we didn't bug him too much!

Comfortable, well equipped. Better than portrayed in pictures on VRBO. Convenient to everything. We had so much fun jeeping, shopping and eating! Would definitely come back and recommend this beautiful condo!

Very cozy
Upon arrival the place was very clean and fresh. The kitchen was more than ample and was well equipped and stocked with the basic kitchen items. The kids movies and DVD player was great for some evening entertainment. There was ample hot water and even detergent for the washer and dryer. The kids beds in the loft were very generous is size. The Master bed was nice, and all the bedding was fresh and had good blankets/comforters. The other bedroom had an uncomfortable mattress that was very soft, and very little support from the pillows. The rental was close to town(5 minute drive) and the garage was a very nice feature to park in, no scraping ice or snow off the windows in the morning. I would definitely stay here again if it's available. There was a nice small lake near by with wildlife and it was in a nice and quiet area.

This condo was perfect for the 2 of us. Everything was as promised. Keyless entry was nice so we did not have to stop somewhere and pick up a key.
Kitchen had everything we needed. Appliances were all very new and well maintained.
Location is quiet with pond/creek outside. Will definitely use again.

Great location...close enough to town and the ski resort and picturesque views out the windows. The condo is tastefully decorated and is well stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The owner was very helpful and accommodating. Would definitely rent this condo again. The only two minor issues were the cable channel selection on the television was very limited and our large SUV was too big to fit in the garage.
