Skylights, nichos, archways and high ceilings contribute to the unique, light-filled character of the home.
Our home is your home in Santa Fe, and includes a beautiful, fully equipped kitchen, patio garden, and dining and living areas with a fireplace woodstove. Casa de Gracia is family-friendly, including laundry access, broadband Wi-Fi, cable TV, filtered drinking water and many other amenities.

The house and patio are very nice. The back two bedrooms did not have AC units strong enough to handle August heat so sleeping was difficult. We were there in hottest part of the summer. Those who had back rooms felt short changed .
The fresh coffee left was very appreciated.

The home was perfect for a family reunion: enough bedrooms, enough beds, right space for sharing meals and convesation, walking to the Railyard or downtown. We’ll rember this for another time! (Some of the family live in town.)

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa de Gracia and would stay again if we come back to Santa Fe sometime. The house was clean and was just as pictured in the photos, and the floorplan was perfect for a large group with no awkward or cramped spaces. The outdoor areas were lovely and the neighborhood was quiet, yet we were close to several main thruways and in walking distance of the railyard park and farmer's market. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware, and having a dishwasher was convenient. The water pressure was good for showers, beds were comfortable with a mix of fluffy and firm pillows. It was a bit of a heat wave while we were there, but the air conditioning units worked well, and we were able to figure out a system with the swamp coolers after a little trial and error. The hosts were communicative before our trip, and the house manager was quick to respond to any requests during our stay. Check in was super simple as all the doors have keypad locks, which was also great when our group split up to do different things and we didn't have to worry about keys. Overall an absolutely excellent stay!

Four friends and I were very comfortable and very impressed with the property. Our only suggestion was it needs a better wine opener😁. We loved the location as well convenient to great restaurants and fabulous art galleries

The house was very clean and well furnished with all the necessities. We walked to the Santa Fe farmers market. Both my wife and I loved the whole coffee beans in the fridge. Carly was was very helpful and easy to get in touch with if needed. We highly recommend Casa De Garcia.

The house is well appointed and in a quiet neighborhood. It's an about a 20 minute walk to the plaza which we didn't mind at all and the new Rail yard is just down the street with good restaurants and weekend markets. Our hosts left us coffee and orange juice which was hugely appreciated. It was the perfect place for 4 friends who have known each other for 50 years to enjoy Santa Fe. Our hosts were just a text away but we did not have any issues and truly enjoyed the house and our stay.

There could be a little more attention to detail by the cleaning crew. Rugs were dirty and there were dust bunnies under end tables and cabinets. TV options are limited (SlingTV only) and a little cumbersome. On a positive note, location was great. We could easily walk to the Farmers Market, Railyard district and the downtown area of Sante Fe. Home was bigger than expected with lots of room. Easy drive to Bandelier and Pecos NP's.

We loved staying here. I volunteered to work at the annual IFAM market, and this house was the perfect location, so that I could walk there, about 3 blocks. Gorgeous, clean, and comfortable house!

We've stayed several times and plan to keep staying. It's a perfect location for a small group. There are two wings with two bedrooms on each wing, with plenty of separation between the wings for two families to have privacy. We use the kitchen a lot and it's easy to use and super well equipped. The manager has been very responsive to us. Great and easy location to be in, walk to places. The descriptions are correct and I definitely will stay here again.

Lovely, lovely rental
This is a quaint, lovely, old home with beautiful gardens. It is the best appointed Vrbo rental I've ever had. Fireplaces stocked with wood and kindling. Comfortable beds. A very complete kitchen. A peaceful neighborhood. A very pleasant local contact that offered to meet us at the home and show us how everything worked. Right sown to the amazing showerhead. I highly recommend it.

Stay in Santa Fe on Manhattan
This House with 4 bedrooms was a perfect layout for our family of seven and one dog. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the essentials to prepare our meals; however, we did find that the oven and stove were slow to heat and the microwave did not heat well.
Other than the cooking means, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. :)

Enjoyed the house very much; great location, a nice layout, and considering it sleeps 8 very comfortably, a reasonable price.

First Family Christmas Away Vaca
Hosts very accommodating. We had problems getting the TV to work, but Carly quickly got ahold of Rick and problem solved. The furnace in back part of house was not working. Once again Carly to the rescue & it was quickly resolved. We had a blast, but disappointed we could not do the walk of lights. It rained all day so we stayed inside & spent most of the day preparing for Christmas dinner the next day and having game night with the whole family. Family ready to return next year for more fun & skiing.

Wonderful House Near Railyard
We had a lovely stay at this house. We especially enjoyed coffee/tea/wine/meals outside on the shaded patio area that overlooks the front flower beds. It is walkable to the railyard and very convenient to the plaza. There is no central air, but we found the air conditioners in each room were able to keep us cool. One bedroom does have a skylight, so bring an eye mask if light bothers you.
Overall great house, and we would definitely stay again when we're back in the area.

Perfect spot in Santa Fe
This house is amazing! Perfect spot in Santa Fe for our family of 7. Consisted of two parents, two adult children ages 27 and 24 and three teens 17-19. The home was perfect space wise, was immaculate and within walking distance to the Plaza and Railyard. We walked everywhere! The back patio was our evening spot and we loved being visited by a sweet black cat who seemed to love it there too :) Loved the communication with Rick's property assistance Carly, she was so warm and helpful upon arrival. If we ever make it back to NM we will stay here again.

Great Getaway
We had a wonderful week with friends despite things being shut down due to COVID. We especially loved the floor plan and the outside patio. The only issue we had was keeping the house cool. There was no central AC / just fans in each room so the evenings were a bit warm. We’d for sure stay again!

Cozy house
We stayed with another family and had a great time in this cozy house despite most events in the city being closed. The apple TV was a hit with the kids and they had a fully stocked kitchen to make meals at home.

Lovely & Comfortable Home - walkable to great spots
We really enjoyed being so close to the Plaza, Railyard and Guadalupe St. Plenty of good restaurants nearby, and we also cooked a nice dinner and ate in one night with a cozy fire. Great all around!

A Wonderful Thanksgiving Gathering Place
Casa De Garcia was a very memorable Thanksgiving rendezvous home for our small group of friends and family. This charming older home has all the basic comforts and a floor plan that allows privacy for s home this size as well as a cozy gathering space. We all appreciated the location and freedom we had to walk out for coffee, yoga or tour the Railyard shops and train stop. Our hosts made every effort to ensure our comfort. This was a great experience and we hope to return.

Fabulous Santa Fe villa
What a delightful house for our wonderful stay in Santa Fe. It was a short and easy to walk to downtown Santa Fe and the adobe house made us feel right at home in the Southwest. It was easy to locate the key and get in and Carly, the caretaker, came over the next day to brief us on the house. We had a great time, perfect weather and a fantastic time at the Balloon Fiesta. It was the perfect place for 4 ladies to explore the area and come home to relax. I would only recommend that the back bathroom shower be recaulked and grouted.
