About this house rental

Our home is charming, cozy & comfortable. It is a single-story home located in the heart of the ‘Nepenthe Neighborhood’ an upscale community in West Sedona. **NO PETS ALLOWED** It is only a 5 minute walk to ‘Nepenthe’s private pool’ We have 3 Bedrooms, 2 full baths. Parking is limited with a 2 car garage - your vehicle must be 18ft long or less to fit & no taller vehicles will fit either (there is no other parking available) We have a very large private backyard brick patio with a fire pit you can stargaze at night & enjoy your coffee out on the patio in the morning. There is a partial view of Mt Thunder from the patio as well. You can walk to restaurants, hikes, theaters, banks, and grocery stores.... Beautifully decorated, with a touch of personal artwork. The ‘Nepenthe Community pool’ is always heated from May 1st through September 30th..... If the night temp stays above 50 degrees it will be heated earlier & last longer, but it is always open. Our hot tub is open all year round as well! You must have our pool key to enter ~ We are about 2 1/2 miles to uptown Sedona. We are around 1 mile to Sunset park (Tennis court & basketball court) Playground area too. We have 2 bicycle’s, 2 tennis rackets & badminton available to use as well ~

Beautiful spacious clean propertyclose to everything, but not in the middle of everything. Stayed with my parents and a friend and we all had plenty of room. Amazing surroundings, quiet neighboorhood and warm and friendly hosts who were always available. Couldnt ask for more!

We were very comfortable in this very clean home. The hosts appear to be in tune with the needs of their guests by providing some extras. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Directions for the use of appliances were very clear. Check in and out was easy. Outside area was fabulous.

Julie and Greg were wonderful. We started planning our family vacation for our daughter's wedding a year in advance. Julie helped with so many fine details to make our event perfect! The condo was the hub for 4 different families who were also staying in the development. We hosted 17 of us on the patio and side yard for our rehearsal dinner. There was plenty of room for everyone. We visited 3 other condos in Nepenthe and Julie and Greg had the best condo. We spent mornings and evenings on the patio. The kitchen was well stocked and the living room was comfortable for watching TV. The pool was another great place to gather and was within walking distance. We would recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Sedona. Hope to come back soon!

This was a first rate experience for us. It was a girls getaway to celebrate a couple of milestone birthdays. We hiked, dined and spa’d and had a wonderful time. The house was very comfortable and the owners had anticipated all our needs. Thanks for a great 3 days! We will be back.

Great place to stay! Only thing I’d recommend is changing the shower head to a bigger one, it was too small and very short in the main bath for anyone over 5’7”. We also paid a cleaning fee and don’t understand why we had to pull sheets and take out trash if we paid a hefty cleaning fee. Otherwise we loved where we stayed.

We booked this trip as a 40th celebration with 3 of my best friends from high school. The villa is so cozy and the views from the patio are amazing! It is close to many shops, hiking, grocery stores. The pool is walking distance. The hosts were so sweet and easy and quick with communication. Cannot say enough good things about staying here!

Our family stayed for almost a week at Gail and Greg's condo/home and couldn't be happier. The condo was delightful and close to everything in Sedona. It was exactly as described and Gail provided us with all sorts of information about the condo, hiking, restaurants, things to do in and around Sedona, and were available when we needed them. They were wonderful hosts and we highly recommend staying at their condo if you plan on spending any time in Sedona.

We had a delightful time celebrating my husband”s 60th birthday with our adult kids! Julie and Greg have a lovely home that is well stocked and super convenient to everything in Sedona. Thank you for all the special touches like the Red Rock Pass and the complimentary bottle of Prosecco! We would definitely stay here again if we return to Arizona

The property was charming, clean, well appointed and the hosts provided a fully functional kitchen complete with coffee and Prosecco! We cannot overly praise Julie's excellent communication and suggestions for restaurants and sightseeing. Sedona is beautiful and these gracious hosts added many special touches. Highly recommend and would make it our first choice in any future visit.

We came to Sedona on a family vacation from snowy northern Alberta, Canada. Our “home away from home “ was the perfect base. My youngest would go running every morning right from the house and then there were trails to conquer after breakfast. The weather wasn’t great so the fireplace and jacuzzi were perfect at the end of the day. The house is really well stocked and checking in/out was a breeze. The owners kept in close contact with us, recommending places to visit, getting us discounts and checking in to make sure everything was good. I would definitely give Greg and Julie a 10/10 for their accommodations and friendliness. We are so thankful for the memories we made

Great location in West Sedona. Nice restaurants nearby, plus a grocery store. It was a quick drive to Sedona. Beautiful property. We enjoyed the indoor fireplace and the fire table outside on the patio. Julie and Greg are great hosts! They communicated early and often, which I appreciate! Julie gave us great info before the trip to make our drive there enjoyable. She gave advice on where to eat and things to do. There’s a 3 ring binder in the house with super helpful info. If we come back to Sedona, we’d stay here again!

We had an excellent stay and would highly recommend for other groups / families! We enjoyed the shower water pressure, laundry, well equipped kitchen, board games and tv after our day hikes in the area :) The neighborhood was quiet and a quick drive to supermarkets and trail heads.

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautifully appointed home! Everything was perfect, from a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable and spacious living room and bedrooms, a peaceful porch with spectacular views, soft and fluffy towels, stunning original art on the walls, and the added bonus of an iron and ironing board. Communication from Greg and Julie was excellent. We will definitely be back, many thanks!

The location was conveniently located and our host was very responsive and helpful with tips for eating and hikes. The pool area was nice, less than a 5 min walk or there is parking. The kitchen was well stocked with spices and condiments. If we visit this area again, we will definitely try to stay there.

It was great staying here and close to everything we wanted to do in Sedona – primarily hiking and shopping. The hosts, Julie and Greg, were welcoming, making sure we were happy and had everything we needed, from coffee pods and paper products to a Red Rocks pass. The beds were unbelievably comfortable and the outside patio gave us time to relax with a morning coffee and to chat in the evenings around a warm fire pit. There is a nearby park which we all enjoyed before or after our day hikes. If we get a chance to return to Sedona, we will certainly stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay at this VRBO property! The location couldn't have been more ideal, as it was conveniently close to everything we needed during our family vacation. This place is absolutely perfect. The owners, Julie and Greg were so responsive throughout the entire process. You can tell that they value their place and the experience that people have while staying there. Their place was exactly as listed. Every amenity you can think of and more. The beds were extremely comfortable and the location was amazing. We did a lot of hiking and I was very grateful for the use of their Red Rock Parking Pass. I would recommend this place to anyone and I cannot wait to come back!! Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

We had a fantastic time in Sedona and it was great to return home each day to the wonderful home. It was clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and convenient. The community is nicely designed in the southwest adobe style with great views of the red rocks.
