About this house rental
Inside, the property is charming and well configured - the open plan living room is cosy with a couple of dark blue sofas and an open fireplace, a lovely relaxing spot to kick of your shoes and curl up in front of the fire. Just off is the dining area with a traditional farmhouse table, chairs and armchair. The country style dresser and model boat add to the appeal and a reminder of the coastal location. The kitchen has a functional and stylish range cooker and breakfast island - perfect for sitting with a magazine and a coffee over breakfast. The bedrooms are fabulous - beautifully furnished and decorated in hues of grey and white with pretty curtains, blinds and bedding.
Southwold has some great shops, cafes, delis, pubs and restaurants so you’re spoilt for choice when it comes to dining. Alternatively visit one of the independent grocers, bakers and butchers and cook up a treat. A visit to Southwold wouldn’t be complete without heading off to the pier, dating back to the 1900’s, it was originally built as a landing point for the steamships which use to stop off at the town. Don’t forget to visit the lighthouse - this distinctive landmark at the centre of the town has been guiding vessels into the historical harbour since the late 1800’s.

Dining Room: Table and chairs for 6. Living room: Comfortable seating, open fireplace, Smart TV DVD / Blu Ray Player, CD/mP3 player, books and games. Views over St James Green to the lighthouse and the sea beyond.
Outside: Courtyard garden with furniture. Pets: 2 well behaved dogs welcome.
Parking: On-street. Nearest amenities: Pub: 150 yards, Shop: 150 yards.
Changeover: Saturday. General: Wi-Fi/internet available. Gas central heating. Cottage Availability: All Year / Short Breaks (2 or 3 nights). Excludes half terms, school holiday, Christmas and New Year. Important notes: No smoking. Very close to beach.
