The location is spectacular and close to some amazing wineries
There are a few things that need fixing.
Like front door handle, shower head and need a new sink plug that fits the sink drain.

View from some rooms is amazing !
Hot water wasn’t very hot. Lovely large shower head but gave no water pressure.
Unit 5 door handle is broken (listed in visitor book as broken for a while)
Road directly in has large holes and is very rough.

The view
The fact they wanted a bond to access the booking.

Location was nice with good views
It's not value for money.
No WiFi coverage inside the villa.
Kitchen utensils were very old and some of them were not in good condition to use.

The Preposition
The patio was not clear. I had to clean it myself ,
The fridge and the door in the bathroom was hard to open,
And the garden is overgrown. The bushes and trees need to be cut back,

Comfortable cosy split level room with a big spa bath. fantastic views of the valley from Mount view. Lovely pool. Great for a late afternoon dip.

The room was great, clean and comfortable. The view was exceptional and very quite. A great place to get away from the city and unwind.
The only complaint would be the shower head, that's about it.

There was absolutely no privacy. The outdoor table and chairs for common use was right outside our windows meaning that we were on display and could not enjoy the views. The shared footpath to the swimming pool was also in front of our windows. We had to close the blinds if we wanted to use the spa bath or get changed anywhere in the property.
Our villa shared a wall with the one next to us and the occupants had the tv on all night so we felt we were right in there with them.
We ran a bath (which we intended to use without the view and blinds closed so no one on the outdoor chairs could see us) but the water ran murky green/ brown. (see photo)
This property is not at all relaxing as there is no sense of privacy.

The view is the highlight for this accommodation. It was also great proximity to the vineyards. They also gave us a bottle of wine from their vineyard.
The accommodation felt like it was a cheap build and fit out. The walls were thin so you can hear neighbours walking past. The TV was super old with no streaming services. The kitchenette was very small with very old appliances. I put strawberries in the fridge and it froze them. There was no room to put washed dishes. Some dishes were dirty. The fly screens didn't work and lots of bugs made it inside. The roller door to the bathroom wasn't hinged properly and it was a struggle to open it each time. There was no shower cap provided. The toilet has a cheap plastic seat. The shower had no boundary so water would spray across the tiles in the bathroom. The tiles were very old fashioned throughout the accommodation. One light flickered. The bed was on rollers and would move easily. The dooner was just between two sheets. The dining chairs were very uncomfortable. There was a birds nest above the door to the entrance of the accommodation with lots of bird poo on the welcome mat that hadn't been cleaned before we got there.

the view is amazing and staff were helpful.
- estate was neglected e.g pool was covered in leaves and there was a chair in the pool
- room facilities were not clean and some broken e.g shower head holder was loose, fridge was dirty, fry pan was chipped and worn hence not healthy for cooking

The pillows could be upgraded from the big w brand to something a little more comfortable

Location superb. Fireplace lovely
Bit dated, one of balconies not clean, leaking toilet in bathroom

The view was nice.
Spa size was great.
Gas wood fire place was a nice touch
Area was full of weeds and very unkept, tv and vhs very outdated and due to no shower screen bathroom got very wet everywhere. Lounge had no legs so very low to the ground.
Units close together and can see into next units windows from dining table so not overly private.
No where to unpack just small hanging space,

We provided our own breakfast. The view from the property was amazing.
I didn't like the plastic cups, the cast off cutlery, the plastic plates and plastic glasses - and mismatched glasses at that. For the price we paid, great view - but really, the facilities were mean. Appreciate that shower is accessible for disabled, but the water does run all over the bathroom floor because there is no door or curtain on the shower. I understand that towels are not replaced for a weekend stay, but we stayed for 5 nights and you provided only one towel each for that long. Not really good enough.

the Location, views from the cottage and pool are fabulous.
the living room and bedroom was filled with baby spiders on the ceiling, there was a dirt pile left in the bathroom, cups and glasses were dirty, pillows were thin and uncomfortable. for what we paid - cottage could use an upgrade.

Location was beautiful, and it was secluded tucked away in the midst of the beautiful valley.
The room was clean and comfortable.
Wifi wasn't working.

we love the location that’s why we chose to go back there but obviously with new owners now the place has been left unattended very run down dirty and it’s very sad because it used to be amazing . the bed was very uncomfortable and in general very dirty . the only good thing was the view

Amazing views and a comfortable bed.
The property is run down and the kitchenette is very small. There is significant sound transfer between the suites.

View and location.
Not clean enough, needs more maintenance to reflect the price.

Hello to the team at Bimbadeen Estate,
Thank you for having us to stay this week. Your villas have incredible views and are in a wonderful location.
My husband and I chose to stay here for the first few days of our honeymoon to relax and unwind. We really appreciated the bottle of wine that was gifted to us on arrival.
Unfortunately, however, the rest of our stay didn’t meet our expectations. We were disappointed to find dirt and grit between the sheets on our bed, and surprised that there was no quilt cover provided, leaving us in a tangle of less-than-clean sheets.
The villa itself was not cleaned to a state that we would have expected from a stay such as this. There were cobwebs on the ceiling and hanging from the mantle of the fireplace. The ceiling in the bathroom was littered with black insects and cobwebs.
We were excited to try the spa bath, but could not get it to work (and found no instructions in the guest book).
When we went to cook dinner in the evening, we discovered an empty bottle of olive oil in the cupboard. The same was true when making cups of tea; it was surprising to discover no provisions of milk, which we expected when a host says tea and coffee are provided.
In the morning, my husband and I woke up to find a woman doing gardening work right outside our main (and only) window. Of course we understand that the gardens need to be maintained, but her presence was such that we felt awkward sitting in our own living room eating breakfast. She worked on the garden bed outside our window for two and a half hours, all the while talking on the phone loud enough for us to hear the entire conversation. It was a shame that we felt as though we couldn’t enjoy any privacy and had to shut all the blinds and miss out on the view and ‘privacy’ we’d been so excited about.
Finally, we could not connect to the wifi at all during our stay. We followed all the instructions laid out in the guest book and entered the password countless times, only to be notified that there was an ‘access error’ and that permission needed to be granted from the host. This was disappointing, as we both had poor reception and would have liked to watch a movie together in the evening.
It is for these reasons that we were somewhat disappointed with our stay.

If you're seeking a serene, quiet and private Hunter Valley stay then I highly recommend Bimbadeen Estate. My partner and I enjoyed our weekend stay for my 26th birthday. The mountain vineyard views were amazing, fantastic and spectacular. We rocked up here on April 16-18, 2021 and it was very foggy on the 18th hence created the cloudy overlooking effect. The room we stayed in was very clean and nice. My partner loved the fireplace. We both enjoyed the relaxing spa bath. We had an amazing time as first-time Hunter Valley travellers. We love the complimentary wine! I have recommended this recommendation to my friends, family and peers! Thank you!
I have created a preview for the villa, we stayed in https://vm.tiktok.com/ZSJkYEy5K/
Overall the place is great but would be much better if:
-Because it was a self-contained villa there were no breakfast options to order. Breakfast /meals options would be great.
-The overgrown weeds from the pool would be nicer if they were trimmed.
-Toiletries should coincide with the days of stay in the villa
-Available reception staff would be great
