The office staff was very nice, the location was great
It needs to be updated everything inside the room needs to be changed, walls needs painting, pictures need to be hanging on the walls, all furniture needs to be replaced.

I liked the location of the hotel. It was close to my job. I also liked the space in the room and the TV shows.
I didn't like my room not being cleaned the whole time I was there. I shouldn't have to ask them to clean it. It should be automatic. I also didn't like the laundry room not having a change machine. It only took quarters and I couldn't wash my clothes.

When we arrived after 3pm to check-in, there weren’t any rooms available. I decided to book a room at another location.

I didn’t like a thing about the facility, BUT THE FRONT DESK STAFF WAS AMAZING!!
The whole facility is nasty and dirty. My room was cleaned ok by the housekeepers, but the refrigerator was so rusty and old on the outside that it made me not even want to put a bottle of water in there. They could have at least spray painted it. Then there were two large mystery sticky areas in the carpet. I was itching just thinking about it. The most they could do was give me some bath mats to cover it up.
They need a maintenance staff, the common areas need cleaning, better linens(the sheets felt like crumpled newspaper). The hallways were so dirty uggghh. One room had a wad of nasty dirty weave right in front of the door!! Just filthy.

The facility is filthy. I asked for a new room because the carpet was saturated with mud and dirt. Walking from the bed to the bathroom left the bottom of your feet disgusting. They gave me a new room which was better but still needed a deep cleaning. The sheets had stains…

I had somewhere to crash
Lack of communication in regards to my personal property left behind. My driver's license, they did not reach out to me. I then had to actually have a "proxy" come get after many calls.
Stood in hallway to check in for 10-15 minutes, no one on duty. Carpet damp sheets had cigarette holes, claimed construction but didn't see any, just old, smelly .. need new managers.
Stay elsewhere!

Everything. The building was nasty, I cancelled my stay and ended up getting a refund because a cockroach crawled across my face when I attempted to go to sleep. Will never stay at any woodspring again and will definitely let everyone I speak to know never to do so either.

NOTHING! WORST HOTEL I'VE EVER BEEN TO., JUST DON'T!
Filthy. Layer upon layer of awful smells including skunk weed. The 'security' door at the rear is propped open with a rock! You could see through the area right around the handle of our room where it had obviously been broken into many times. Roaches, food bits left in drawers, didn't even look in fridge. Just over all disgusting. Seems like many immigrants are living here, some room doors were partially open and looked like hoarders lived there. Junk everywhere. This is the worst review I've ever left. Instead of stars it should have Poo emojis. I give Woodsprings 5 Poos!!! (& a bonus angry face for false advertising!)
By the way, we left in the middle of the night on our first night and we didn't even care about the money, we paid for 4 days...we went down the street to the Hampton which was beautiful!

The giant hairball on the floor across from my room signaled where my room was so I didn't even have to look for the number. The giant hairball was there the whole week. The food on the wall was a bonus to look at, took away from the dirt. The missing pictures but left behind the hangers for it and the great fact that they painted around it years ago so there is that too, The residual dirt outline of a body on the "clean" sheets was an added bonus. Feeling dirty as you step out of the shower.

OMG! This place needs cleaning bad. It has cakes and cakes of dirt on the elevator floor, the lobby, the rooms. I scrubbed the heck out that room. The workers are very rude. Hotel need new management honestly. They give you dirty towels IF they have any(? that before you hand yours off). You can stay some where else cleaner and more respectful for their prices. You can tell the workers living check to check.

I booked a room for a week approximately 1-2 months in advance. On the day of check-in, I called in advance to let them know i would be arriving late (i.e. DON'T give away my room!). They promptly hung up on me without saying anything.
Upon arrival, staff tried to give me a smoking room and then tried to overcharge me for the next room when I balked at the previous room. Roaches crawling around each room as well as dead ones evident. Overpowering cleanser smell in each room, either to cover up the smell of cigarette smoke or possibly their "Covid-cleansing" technique. Broken venetian blinds in the first room as well as wires hanging out from the bottom of the air con/heating unit.

Booked months ago and was a confirmed booking against a credit card. Had email communication regularly as was a gift to send my 10 year old nephew from UK to ice hockey camp. (A very long international plane journey). Arrived at 9.30pm to be told that room had been given away. This left my nephew and brother stranded in a foreign country for a week with jet lag and no place to stay. The staff member on duty showed no remorse or cared enough to help and left me severely out of pocket in finding somewhere else for them to stay. Disgusting customer service. I’m now watching to see if they charge my credit card a cancellation fee as that is what it shows on my booking. Just to be clear. This was a confirmed credit card booking that was released by hotel-not by us. Payment was guaranteed and there was tonnes of communication to say room would be occupied.
