Nice and quiet neighborhood close but away from the Strip. The neighborhood was built in 2000' with grocery stores, gas station, several restaurants close by, easy access to the freeway. Best choice for your Vegas stay!

House rules:

1.Smoking indoors is not permitted. (Designated outdoor smoking area only) Any smoking inside the house will be charged an additional $250 cleaning fee.
2. When you go outside please make sure the door is closed behind you.

3. Sorry, no pets are allowed.

4. Please do not eat food in the bedrooms.

5. You may use the kitchen equipment during your stay.

6. You may use the washing machine and dryer and all supplies during your stay.

7. Quiet hours are from 10:00pm until 8:00am

8. All guests stay overnight must be listed.

9. Feel free to help yourself with all amenities during your stay. Respect all amenities and house equipment. Any damage and missing items will be charged.

10. Our neighbors will call the police if there is loud music after 10pm, so please keep your music down your singing practice to daytime hours

11. Do not touch, move or disconnect any wiring from the walls.

The cleaning fee is for general cleaning only, which includes vacuum, floor mop, dusting, changing of sheets, and trash disposal. The cleaning crew will charge me extra (which I will pass on to guests) if they have to remove stains, put furniture back to the correct place, deodorize smoke, or attend to any other time-consuming actions to bring my home back to rentable state.

The house is nice and clean in a quiet neighborhood. The host is very nice and responded quickly when we requested late check out wi ty h courtesy accommodation. Highly recommend the property and for sure we will stay here again if we're back ti Vagas next time.

Home and hosts are both great. House is very clean and well stocked with all you need for your stay. Neighborhood quiet and in a nice central location. Host is VERY responsive and really appreciated the communication we had making our trip go well. Would recommend.

The house is well kept and equipped. There was plenty of room for 3 adults to spread out. It was nice to have a garage so that parking was not a problem. We will definitely consider staying here again.

Location was great. The house is in great condition, we enjoyed everything about the house. The outside slates was a great place to enjoy breakfast. It is close to everything. When we come back we will for sure stay here again.

Communication with Ping was excellent and timely. We received the check in information and the process was a breeze. The house was very clean and comfortable. The layout was perfect for 2 couples. We were there for a trade show at the convention center and the location worked well. It was so nice to return after an active, tiring day to cook dinner and relax! I would highly recommend Ping's home.

The owner was very nice and responsive. The house was clean and beds were comfortable. However, it could use a little sprucing up (i.e. paint peeling off the sliding glass door to the backyard and master bathroom shower door slides open while in the shower).

The property was just like was listed on VRBO. The beds were comfortable and we were able to use the kitchen for cooking everyday . The location is great as you can easily get to the strip with the freeways near by. But just far enough for us not to hear the cars .

This location was so great for me and my family of adult children. It was super clean, well located for us to get to all the places we wanted to go and plenty of room for all of us. Ping was so great to work with. Quick to reapond to my messages and checked in to make sure we had what we needed. I definitely will stay here again!!

Such a great property! It's not too far from the strip. There are a lot of places to eat and there's a grocery store within 5 minutes of the property. The house was very clean when upon check-in. I had 1 issue with the house during my stay and Ping was very quick to get it resolved. There was plenty of space for me and my family that came with me. Great host and great house. I'd definitely stay again. Thank you so much Ping.

This worked out well for my spouse and I to arrive ahead of and during my conference. We could work remotely comfortably and particularly enjoyed working on the porch with the landscaping view. We rented a car to travel to hiking, and it was about 20 mins to the strip with parking available at the resorts. Enjoyed nearby Mexican restaurant with outside seating. The neighborhood is a grid of streets and streets of neighborhood, so it's not particularly scenic. The place is obviously run by a management company. It has a corporate, cookie-cutter feel to it. But that was fine for our needs.

Very impressed with the cleanliness and amenities provided by our hosts. Home is about 15 minutes to the strip and an easy Uber/Lift. All of us slept comfortably. Highly recommend this home and hope to return in the near future.

Ping's property was awesome. We brought little ones to Vegas do we needed an environment like home and that is what it was. Clean, spacious, and even had access to garage so the car wouldn't bake outside. Very close to the strip but has a suburban feel. Would stay again.

This place was perfect for our family of four and a great find close enough to everything but not too close. The backyard provided a wonderful place to sit outside and enjoy the spring sunshine and having a garage to park in provided a nice piece of mind. We will definitely be back!

Good neighborhood. Very quiet. Property is furnished nicely and close to all kinds of things to do for a family or a single person who wants to enjoy the Vegas suburbs or the Strip itself. Hosts were very open to communication and their rules are very reasonable. Had a great time and would definitely stay at this property again. Thanks, Ping and Mikhail!!
