What more could you want for an ideal vacation? World famous white sand beaches, beautiful emerald water, comfortable and cozy accommodations, shopping, world class restaurants, and more! You get all of this and more when you stay in our 'Slice of Heaven.' Just park at your door and head into your comfortably appointed 3 bedroom 2.5 bath Townhouse. Avoid all those high-rise headaches, no roads to cross, no elevators, no lobbies, no waiting - you are on your own time because Southbay is a community of privately owned townhomes. Our 'home away from home' has 1300 square feet and comes fully furnished with all the comforts you could wish for. Some of the amenities include central air conditioning, 1080p cable TV in living room and TVs in ALL bedrooms, Blu ray/DVD, Stereo system, internet access and a full size washer and dryer in the home. The fully stocked kitchen includes a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker and more. A plush king size bed, private master bath and walk in closet awaits you in the master bedroom. The townhome sleeps 6-8 people comfortably. Bedroom two features a queen sized memory foam mattress that feels like your sleeping on a cloud. The third bedroom has two twin beds with plenty of closet space.
On the grounds of Southbay all guests can enjoy swimming in one of the 2 adult pools (1 heated) or 2 kiddie pools. Other amenities include lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, and a fresh water 5 acre lake that you can fish in. Destin's emerald coast white sand beaches are a very short walk away from your front door through the lush Southbay grounds - No roads to cross. And our own special free bonus - complimentary beach chairs and umbrella set up for you on the beach! (includes two beach chairs and 1 umbrella) Our townhome is located in the heart of Destin near all the after beach attractions you could want. Dozens of restaurants are nearby to satisfy all discerning appetites. Attractions just minutes away include, Harbor Walk, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Big Kahuna Water Park, Destin Commons, Regatta Bay Golf Club, and Baytowne Wharf. It's all here waiting for you to enjoy. Cozy, clean, family-friendly condo with all the amenities of home. Plenty of room for family of six. Short, private access to the beach with provided beach chairs and umbrella. Perfect for a beach getaway and we will definitely be back!

Our stay at the condo was AMAZING! It had everything we would need plus some. The location was GREAT as things to do and eat were close in proximity. The beach was a short walk and feeding the turtles in the lake was the icing on the cake. We will def be back!

Right in the middle of Destin made the stay good. Everything close by to drive and quite a few places within walking distance. The walk to the beach was pleasant as there was a bridge that was over water and turtles and ducks to look at and feed. Great view. One thing that did bother me was my grandson was swimming in the kiddie pool at the place we stayed at and 3 young boys came from the big pool over to the kiddie pool and peed in it and got out. My husband did say something to them because there were no parents with them!

We love staying at this townhouse. It is close to everything we wanted to do and the price was affordable, especially if you split it with others. The property is in pristine condition and the townhouse itself was spotless upon our arrival. The location is heaven on earth since it's the nicest beach I have ever been on. Overall A+ for the money

Five stars overall, really enjoyed our stay. Listing was accurate, pool and beach access were great. Good overall location, beds were comfortable. Only minor complain was paper goods were not stocked for a family, so we ended up buying things I would consider included in stay, such as trash bags. (Only two bags for kitchen) would definitely consider staying again at this location. Thank you

It was just a short walk to the beach and the pool was right in front of the condo!! There was a BBQ grill and a full kitchen so we were able to cook most meals! It’s very close to great restaurants and a grocery store just across the street!

We had a great time. Everything was as described and was prepared for our check-in. We were within walking distance of the beach, two pools, restaurants and stores. The condo was clean and in good condition. The atmosphere was family friendly and everyone we met was friendly and helpful.

The townhouse was very well equipped. The walk to the beach was much farther than I expected. We did drive down to the next entrance to get closer and not have to walk but the traffic getting there and back was extremely heavy. The garbage disposal never worked and I reported it a day after we arrived. We did walk to the stores right by the townhome and ate at the Pancakery and at The Lone Wolf Pizza. Both very good. Never made it back to the candy store. The beach was beautiful as usual in Destin. Weather perfect every day. I would stay in these townhomes again but would choose one with ocean view.

The Condo was a great choice for our family. The pool was close by and the beach wasn’t very far. The location was right in the middle of Destin. Our family enjoyed our stay.

The condo was everything that was expected and more. The location is great. The condo was in top shape. We really enjoyed the private beach and umbrella and chairs. The ocean was beautiful. We met many others staying in the complex and everyone was friendly. The boys fished and caught several fish. We will stay again!!! Thanks for making our vacation rememberable for all the right reasons!

Great place for our family of seven. Everything we needed was present and the beach is only a 5 min walk thru the complex. Property manager was great and communication was top notch.

My husband and I rented the townhouse for my 60th birthday. We invited 4 friends to stay with us. The townhouse was so clean and more than enough room for the 6 of us. There are a lot of bars, restaurants and grocery stores in the area to cover all your needs. I would suggest renting a car, however, so you can experience all the sights. You will also need a car if you plan on going grocery shopping. Also, the townhouse is closer to the pool than it is to the beach which we were fine with. The beach is about a 10 minute easy walk but if you are lugging a bunch of stuff, you may want to drive. We loved this place so much we hope to reserve it again next year. The Emerald Coast is stunningly beautiful and I would recommend this area and townhouse if you would like a nice, relaxing beach vacation.

This is a two story unit that is conveniently located between the beach and shopping. We didn't rent a car and honestly didn't need it, easy walk to the grocery store and any other needs. Everything was clean and necessities were available. I didn't see beach towels but we brought our own so it wasn't an issue for us. There are two chairs and an umbrella reserved on the beach for use - this was a great bonus! I think the distance to the beach is a bit misleading, it's a bit of a hike through the cimple if you have things to be out there for the day but

We were so impressed by this home. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay with 6 young kids, and that's saying a lot. You really can just walk right out to the beach, and the pool is just steps from the door! I had lowered expectations because it's so affordable, but everything was perfect. Don't hesitate!

Overall, this was a very nice townhouse. The entire house was very clean except inside the coffee maker. It was to the point I would not make coffee in it. We didn't have any issue checking in or with the codes but the first night we arrived there was only half a roll of toilet paper in one of the bathrooms. The other two didn't have any. Instead of bothering the owner, we just went and bought our own. The next day, someone brought more toilet paper and towels and left them in a laundry basket on the dryer. I did not know anyone would have access to the home besides us during our stay so that was a bit of a surprise. This unit is located close to the pool which is very nice. It's also a short walk to the beach. You walk across a gorgeous lake with lots of turtles. The beach is beautiful! All in all, it was a really nice stay.

This was the perfect pick for our family! Well stocked, clean and accommodating. Right across from the pool and not too far of a walk to the beach. Close to the main road which also made it convenient for walking to the gift shops. Pancho was quick to respond when contacted with any questions.
