This rental homes will sleep up to 26 guests comfortably, and each home has a full kitchen, living room, and dining room.
Our Clearwater Beach Cabana is only 2 blocks to the beach and is within walking distance to restaurants, entertainment, water sports, sightseeing and Pier 60. Our rental home is a short drive to the nearby beaches of Indian Rocks, Redington Shores and St. Pete Beach. If you prefer, the Clearwater Jolley Trolley, it stops conveniently nearby our Clearwater Beach Cabana, and it will take you all the way down to St. Pete Beach and stops along the way.
This rental home is one of a kind on the beach, as it is one of the few large beach homes in our area. There is nothing else like it available on the island. The Clearwater Beach Cabana is located at Bruce Ave and Lantana Avenue in North Clearwater Beach. You can rent our Clearwater Beach Cabana as a whole or you can rent each rental home separately.
If you rent all 3, you will have a private pool and courtyard. If you rent each villa separately you may be sharing a pool and a large courtyard. The Clearwater Beach Cabana is made up of three rental homes that make up a wonderful and large beach compound.
The first rental home which is named Bruce Cabana has three bedrooms, one bathroom and it will comfortably sleep 8 guests, featuring 3 Queen beds and a Bunk bed. This rental home in North Clearwater Beach has its own living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and access to the pool and courtyard. This cute rental home is perfect for a group wanting to stay close to the beach and within walking distance to all activities.
The second rental home which is named Guesthouse Villa has one bedroom, one bathroom and it comfortably sleeps 6 guests with 2 Queen beds and a Queen futon. This cozy rental home is the smallest of the three and has a full kitchen and a breakfast area. Our Guesthouse Villa in Clearwater Beach also has full access to the lagoon style pool and the large courtyard.
The third rental home which is named Lantana Cabana has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and comfortably sleeps 12 guests with 4 Queen beds and 2 sleeper sofas. Our Lantana Villa has its own full kitchen, dining room, living room and full access to the pool and courtyard.
With the 3 rental villas surrounding the large pool and gathering area your group can be together, yet each enjoy the privacy of their own rental home. Overall this trio beach complex is perfect for large groups, families, corporate retreats, church groups, school groups, sports teams and small weddings. Our Clearwater Beach Cabana has enough parking space for up to 6 vehicles.
This property allows 1 pet - if approved there is a non-refundable pet fee of $150.00 + taxes
Pool heat is an extra cost of $35 per day + taxes - up to 85 degrees from Nov to April.
Travel insurance is a minimal investment to protect your trip! We stress the importance of purchasing travel insurance that would cover you in the event that you are unable to travel. Beach Time Rentals is able to offer you travel insurance through Generali (except for Hawaii and NY).
AGE REQUIREMENTS. We will not rent to vacationing students, spring breakers or singles under 25 years of age. The majority of the group must be over the age of 25, unless its a family. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to eviction and forfeiture of advance payment of rent and deposits.

My family recently had the privilege of celebrating my mother’s birthday with many of us together at the beach! We rented all three units and there was plenty of room for everyone, whether they were there for the entire trip or just for a visit. We have a very large family and this setup accommodated us well. Our party hosted a range of ages from 7 months to 80+ years old. Now, let’s talk about location...We were just a couple of blocks from the beach! It wasn’t a long walk on the sand to the water which was pretty nice as well. It was never crowded when we were there which was fantastic! We found SO many sand dollars, and overall array of shells! I definitely recommend this property!

What an amazing, relaxing vacation oasis! We had all 3 units and it was perfect space-wise for our party of 14-with lots of space to spare! Check-in and out was super easy! Walked to the beach in less than 5 min. Houses had everything we needed. Salt water pool was so refreshing! We could all be together as a big group, or have quieter areas on the property to enjoy relaxing. We could easily walk downtown to all the restaurants-15 min walk. Check out Blinkers for an amazing steak dinner! We had plenty of parking for our 15 passenger van too. We are already looking at our calendars to see when we can come back!

We were In town for my son's wedding. Very close to the beach. Nice neighborhood felt safe. The property is exactly as advertised. I would rent it again!

Overall my experience wasn’t horrible but there are a list of items that should be corrected. I was very upset that we did not get the door codes until 1hr after check in. I was in town with three other families and planned our day around being in the houses at 4p like we discussed from the start of reservations. All three houses were very clean and smelled clean. Lantana house is very outdated. The bedrooms and living area furniture needs to be updated. The bed frames on the left side of the house are very cheap and noisy. The beds weren’t very comfortable either. The lantana refrigerator had a broken shelve. The lantana bathroom doors are ripping on the bottom. There’s a hole in the ceiling in the guest bedroom that has two twin beds. The guest house freezer does not work and the water pressure is VERY minimal. The water pressure barely gets the soap off of your body. The Bruce house was fine, needs updated furniture and touch up paint. The backyard needs some cleaning up, there were leaves everywhere. The backyard needs some thinning up with trees. We had perfect weather with no clouds in the sky and the pool has zero sun on it the whole time. Thankfully we heated the pool but still swimming in a shady pool sucks. This is outside of your control but the house next door is under complete renovations and they start work at 7am. We were woken up at 7am on vacation everyday. Totally outside of your control but should be explained to guests this summer. I mentioned the leaves in the backyard, the landscaper came over around 830am blowing leaves out. That should be scheduled better. We’re on vacation and should have to deal with noise that early in the morning. The houses are very spacious, I think with a little investing the house would be way better. It’s showing as very worn down at the moment. Again, wasn’t horrible but I expected a lot better for the money we paid. We wouldn’t rent again.

There were 14 adults in my group, we rented all three rentals for three nights. Everyone thought it was an amazing place to stay at.
When I arrived, a staff member was there to go through a few things with me to make sure everything was satisfying to me.
If you travel there in 70 degree weather, I would recommend you heat the pool the day before you get there.
I can’t wait to return to the Cabana on my next visit.

Positives: The location for this rental was perfect, just a couple blocks from the beach. The set up is also very nice. Three separate places surrounded by a fence with a pool in the middle. The places were very clean. Negatives: The outside lighting was a constant problem. The string of lights did not work even after a day full of sun to recharge the solar pack. The fridge in one of the houses did not work properly. The light in one of the bedrooms did not work. Coffee filters should be supplied. It is not a great cost and was a great inconvenience especially as there were different types of coffee makers. The heat went out in one of the houses when it got down in the 50's, it was a very uncomfortable night. The management did respond quickly, and it was fixed that afternoon. After paying so much, and being on vacation, one should not have to be calling the management regarding these things. I deal with so much when not on vacation. Our days were planned out and busy and I did not want to spend the time dealing with these issues. We were together as a family and that was what was most important.

Our time in Clearwater was fun and easy going. Staying at the Clearwater Beach Cabana made it easy to drive or walk to the beach and access to other activities in minutes. I would recommend to turn on the heat for the pool, water was super cold without it even in the day time. Also, cops were called on us because we were too loud playing pool volley ball during the middle of the day. Other than that, great stay!

This “compound” of 4 dwellings is updated, private and perfect for a family gathering. It has a private pool and separate space so families can be together and separate at the same time. Nestled among Clearwater residents it has easy access to what feels like a private beach away from the hustle and bustle of tourists but within walking distance of the action. Perfect vacation spot.

The trip was great and management was wonderful. Mona was the best. The only thing we didn’t like was there were a lot of mosquitoes by the pool and we get it there’s water they are bound to be there but maybe have something for deterrents. But overall it was great!

Loved the set up we rented all 3 houses in the group and had the pool in the middle. Perfect for large group get together! Close walking distance to beach, shops, restaurants, bars and parks . We were thrilled with our vacation rental!! We had 4 families of varying sizes that rented all 3 homes on this property. The pool area was our common ground and was our little backyard oasis, it was way bigger than I expected and easily accommodated our 14 kids! The rentals were simple but nicely decorated, very clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. We had more space than we expected! It was a very short walk to the beach (two blocks) and we had the beach pretty much to ourselves despite it being spring break. The busier part of the beach was less than 1/2 mile away For our teens that wanted in on All the spring break action. We walked to all the shops, restaurants and the pier just about every day, it was only about a mile away and we took the trolley (also close to our rental) once just to let the little kids have the experience. The people were SO EASY to work with, very accommodating and responded very quickly whenever we had a question. We can't say enough about this gem! 10/10 recommend! Our only complaint would be that the neighbors aren't very kind, fortunately we were abow to stay out of their way.

This property was wonderful and exceeded our ext!! We rented all 3 homes (we had 22 people staying there all together) and we had plenty of room for all of us! The homes were clean and very comfortable! The pool was amazing and the kids loved swimming in it everyday! The walk to the beach was close by and was a very easy walk! We had a couple minor issues but the renters were very easy to get ahold of and the issues (a leaky dishwasher and slow flushing toilet) were fixed quickly!! I would highly recommend and we would for sure rent this property again!!!

We rented all three houses for a family gathering the weekend of Gasparilla. This beautiful place was so perfect for our entire extended family, 17 people ranging in age from 6 months to 80 years old. The houses were all clean, the beds were incredibly comfortable. Plenty of seating in the expansive, gorgeous yard and around the pool. Any minor issues, such as a missing coffee pot and a slow draining sink, were addressed immediately. The beach was a short two block walk. The separate houses allowed for some privacy when needed. We split our group by age/generation and it worked out so great for us. This is an ideal place for large family, or multi family gatherings. I highly recommend it, and we will absolutely rent the place again!! Thank you for a truly memorable vacation!!

Great location in Clearwater as it’s so walkable to town & very close to the beach. We had 19 in our group which was four siblings and their families. We had a great time meeting here for our family reunion. The location in a quiet neighborhood near restaurants worked well for us, and we enjoyed the short walk to a beautiful beach. The space allowed for us to have several family groups stay together because we rented all three units. Overall, the homes were clean and cozy. There are a few things that we wish had been better. At checkin, our codes didn’t work so we had to wait outside for a while to get that resolved. There were little black bugs that bit guests who stayed in the guest house. And the pool was not usable every day of our stay because it just wasn’t clean enough until the pool cleaners came at our request. We did receive quick and helpful communication each time we had a problem.

We had a great stay at the Clearwater Beach Cabana - staff was wonderful - only suggestions would be - really clean landscaping around properties. We sighted numerous snakes and rats around property and in trees. Very unnerving. Needs to be really trimmed back. And tarp on laundry building roof was an eye sore. Would definitely rent property again, but hoping to locate one property to house our family of 12 for next year. Great week - weather was wonderful and beach a short walk

The Cabana was nice, clean, and the pool area was very nice and private. The only issues we had: there were small bugs (no see ums?) that bit us up very badly, even with candles and bug spray. We couldn't use the pool area in the evenings because of the bugs. Also, the dishwasher in one of the houses was broken and couldn't be repaired during our stay.
The walk to the beach was very short, and the neighborhood was nice and quiet.

This property is perfect for a group. It was comfortable and a short uber ride to everywhere.
I would suggest some lounge chairs by the pool but this didn’t take away from our stay at all.

What was listed was not true for each house. Pool pump and heater was broke but was fixed quickly. But cleanliness of pool was cloudy. Broken closet door, dishwasher that was not working was just a few things that were out of order.

This property was in a great location to the ocean and close to shops and restaurants in Clearwater. There were a total of 27 people in our group (one infant), and everyone had a place to sleep.
We had an issue with the shower head in the guest house (sleeps 6). Water went everywhere in the bathroom when the shower was turned on. We then noticed a plumbing issue arose after using the washing machine in the outside shed. Our shower and toilet in the guest house had water leaking and backing up. We got in touch with the property manager and they sent someone out the next day to fix it, but we were out a bathroom for 24 hours.
In the Bruce house (sleeps 8) the dishwasher was also leaking. They had sent a repair person as well to fix that, but they were unable to get the dishwasher working while we were there, so that house was out a dishwasher all week. There was also a brown/red stain on one of the comforters on the beds.
The Lantana house (sleeps 12) had no issues.
Some recommendations for management:
* All bathrooms could use larger rugs outside of the showers - we used the white towels provided and had to wash several times.
* it would be great to have a clothesline somewhere on the property to hang beach towels and swimsuits, OR provide more hooks in bathrooms to hang items. There were not many, especially in the guest house (sleeps 6).
* providing at least 4 rolls of paper towels per house would be recommended, especially when all are being used by a large group.
* providing at least 4 rolls of toilet paper per house would be recommended, especially when all are being used by a large group.
* providing more garbage bags per house would be recommended.
* there were also only a few dishwasher detergent pellets, so more to get started would be recommended.
* either adding another shower curtain in the guesthouse (sleeps 6) or adding a shower enclosure would be recommended, there was constant water everywhere because the curtains on both sides didn’t close while in the shower.
* a dresser or other clothing storage in the guest house (sleeps 6) would be recommended. We like to unpack when staying for longer periods and had to put clothes on the floor. All other rooms had a dresser or closet but the guest house did not.
All in all, our group had a great time! All the buildings had plenty of dishes and kitchen items to use. Plenty of places to sit outside. The pool was also great. We had great weather! A great place!

We got in touch with the property manager and they sent someone out the next day to fix it, but we were out a bathroom for 24 hours.
In the Bruce house (sleeps 8) the dishwasher was also leaking. They had sent a repair person as well to fix that, but they were unable to get the dishwasher working while we were there, so that house was out a dishwasher all week. There was also a brown/red stain on one of the comforters on the beds.
The Lantana house (sleeps 12) had no issues.
Some recommendations for management:
* All bathrooms could use larger rugs outside of the showers - we used the white towels provided and had to wash several times.
* it would be great to have a clothesline somewhere on the property to hang beach towels and swimsuits, OR provide more hooks in bathrooms to hang items. There were not many, especially in the guest house (sleeps 6).

This property was in a great location to the ocean and close to shops and restaurants in Clearwater. There were a total of 27 people in our group (one infant), and everyone had a place to sleep.We had an issue with the shower head in the guest house (sleeps 6). * a dresser or other clothing storage in the guest house (sleeps 6) would be recommended. We like to unpack when staying for longer periods and had to put clothes on the floor. All other rooms had a dresser or closet but the guest house did not.
All in all, our group had a great time! All the buildings had plenty of dishes and kitchen items to use. Plenty of places to sit outside. The pool was also great. We had great weather! A great place!
