The two main bedrooms also have built in armoires, air-conditioning, and a ceiling fan. There are two separate bathrooms on the lower level with showers to ensure maximum comfort. In addition, there is a third bedroom on the lower level with two sets of bunk beds (4 beds in total comprising of two full beds and two twin beds). The place was perfect. Walking distance to Oia so you can jump into the madness or enjoy peace. Nice place, nothing fancy, just perfect.

We had an amazing stay! The property is beautiful with amazing views. The host was incredibly helpful prior to our stay with many great recommendations. The house is close to town (~15 minute walk). We liked being a bit away from the busy town.

This Villa was the perfect stay for our long weekend. Close enough to Oia. (15 minute walk) but it also felt peaceful and the view is incredible. Its very clean and there's enough space for a family. We will definitely return.
Thanks again.

We had a great stay at this property! Georgina was the most helpful host we have ever encountered, helping to arrange everything from transfers from the airport to outings and restaurant recommendations. She could not have been a more gracious host. The property is better than advertised - postcard views, super clean and well appointed property, and walking distance to Oia. Would highly recommend to anyone and hope to stay here again!

What really makes this house great is the location. We had absolutely stunning views of the caldera and the ocean on the other side. We enjoyed cooling off in the pool and reading our books poolside as we took in the amazing scenery. We also had only a 15 minute walk into Oia. The host was very responsive and accommodating. We loved our stay and look forward to coming back.

Hard to sum up in words how amazing this villa is. Gina is phenomenal host. Wonderful communication leading up to the trip, and helping even plan some excursions.
Thespina, the housekeeper was so kind and took great care of us during our entire stay. The villa itself is perfection. All the creature, comforts, and authentic cave home experience. The location, away from busy downtown, is very serene, and the views from the pool and the ocean all together are unmatched. Sunset from the house every night was something to behold too.
Right on the bus line, and two great restaurant options within easy walking distance, as well as a market. We were here for 10 days and wanted to experience truly living in Oia and that’s exactly exactly what we got.
Highly recommend this property. You won’t regret it and your friends back home will be very jealous of your experience, trust me!

Table and chairs outside in shade were great for morning coffee and views of caldera. About a 20 min walk into Oia but a couple restaurants close by. A little mart for supplies is about 7-10 min walk away.

Oia’s Dream is all about its location and the spectacular Caldera views. The villa is about a 10 minute walk from Oia which is a perfect distance from the crowds and congestion of Oia. There is a small market up the road and a wonderful taverna across the street. You can hear the live taverna music each night from the villa. The property owner Georgina provided us with a wealth of information and suggestions in the months leading up to our trip. We booked a day time catamaran trip which was worth every euro. If you are up for it, I highly recommend hiking from Fira to Oia (6 miles). It took our group of 50+ year olds about 3.5 hours. We took an Uber to Fira and hiked our way back. The trail actually passes behind the villa. The property itself is definitely dated and could use some attention. It is hard to call out the negatives because of the positives I listed above, but there were some. These irritations included a toilet not flushing, internet connectivity issues, ants in the kitchen and bedrooms, and a pool which should have been cleaned prior to our arrival, not on our second to last day. With all of this being said, I would still recommend this property.

The house was so peaceful & still close enough to walk to Oia! Loved everything about it!!! Thank you 😊

The view from the house is spectacular and that is what you are paying for! The house itself was nice but the location is outside Oia and was hot to walk to in 35 degree weather and you need a car to go to any of the beaches or sites on the island. House seems a bit dated - the stove wasn’t working and the toilet seat was broken…the host was responsive but the cleaning and maintenance staff were in and out of the house which was intrusive. The dipping pool was nice and the music from the taverna across was lovely to hear every evening on the patio while we watched the stars.

Walking distance to Oia which is beautiful! The pool was awesome and great view! Our luggage was lost and the representative came to the house 2x to get it from the delivery service while we were out!

This was the best place I’ve stayed in some time. This place is so beautiful and serene. Do you still like you’ve walked in to heaven so comfortable with awesome views plenty of room and then some, I chose to stay upstairs with the French doors wide-open the air was so refreshing. This village is well thought out very accommodating, the villa had a nice supply amenities, water seasonings, coffee and more. There was also a bottle of wine. The villa is tastefully and efficiently decorated. Walking distance to a fully supplied market and a few hidden nice restaurants. About a mile and a half North the direction of their bus station is the most sexiest area I’ve ever seen, colorful, sharp elegant, beautiful jewelry, stores in clothing, stores and open restaurants, oh we had a private pool but wasn’t heated. But still nice. The people were honestly welcoming, gracious, very helpful and a joy to be around. This villa is on my list for next year, my stay will be much longer.

Location was good; it was close to Oia. The view was amazing. We had some issues with the house. There was a steep staircase with no railings. One of the HVAC units did not consistently work. There was no microwave. If we had someone initially take us through the house, some of the problems might not have developed.

We were there for Sept 13 to 17 and loved every minute. The listing photos are 100% accurate. Breathtaking views. The house was comfortable and had great cross winds when opening the patio and front door, such that we did not need the AC upstairs. At night, each bedroom has an AC unit and we slept great. The restaurant across the street is convenient and tasty. There's a market about 5 minutes down the hill towards town, which we visited frequently. Walking into Oia is about 15 minutes to the heart of town and very easy. Many amazing restaurants there. Georgina was a great host and provided so much helpful information. We did not want to leave. I have traveled to nearly 20 countries and this is absolutely one of my favorite properties. We cannot wait to come back!

Gorgeous property. A ten minute walk to Oia, this property is in Finikia, which was perfect - more space, less crowded & convenient to great restaurants. Owner gave us lots of valuable info on the area. Bedrooms downstairs, so they stayed cool on hot days. Nice deep pool and the best view around. Stocked with all the comforts of home.

I would highly recommend this home. The view, the pool area and the location are not to be beat. Gina was very accommodating and easy to work with. She also provided us with great recommendations and helped with our transfers. Terrific rental!

The perfect holiday!
The views are stunning and the perfect location! We did not want to leave and will be sure to return. A day on the boat excursion is a must and a trip to the beaches at St. George’s is a welcome relaxing fun time away from the hustle and bustle of Oia, which was very enjoyable. Great house, location, cleanliness, views and overall stay were superb!!

No other way to stay when visiting Santorini
I loved this cave style house with breath taking views of the caldera and your private view of Oia's sunset. If you want to visit Santorini in style this is the place to go. I only wish it had an iron.

Amazing! Did not want to leave
This home is absolutely stunning and in an amazing location. While we found it hard to leave the pool, the nightly walk into town was worth it. Plenty of shops and restaurants to choose from. Gina was a thoughtful host with plenty of amenities at hand so no rushing to pickup supplies. She provided TONS of local information as well as arranging a car service upon our departure who stored our luggage while we did more shopping in Fira before our ferry transfer.
We had a fabulous girls weekend and hope to make it back again one of these days!
Thank you!!

Perfect Home
My husband and I and two of our best friends stayed three nights in Gina's home and truly wish we had more time there. The home was perfect, better than all of our expectations. The views were breath taking. It was a short and easy walk to the middle of Oia where you could find great shopping and restaurants. A bus stop right out front if wanting to travel into Fira. Gina provided us with amazing recommendations prior to our arrival and they all were spectacular. Unfortunately, we lost our luggage while traveling and Gina went above and beyond to help up with the process, which was appreciated more than I can explain. If we travel back to Greece, this is where we will be staying. As a bonus there is an amazing restaurant that sits across the street called Santorini Mou with great food, music, atmosphere and staff. They treated us like family!

Oia's Dream, a wonderful place to stay
We stayed at Oia's Dream for a week in August. The description of the villa is spot on. Gina was wonderful with helping to coordinate our stay. Between her suggestions and the recommendations in the guestbook, we had more than enough to do for the week. The location is very good and the views of the caldera were breathtaking. Close enough to walk to Oia but far enough out that you can enjoy the views and some privacy. We had dinner twice at the restaurant across the street, Santorini Mou. Great food, reasonable priced and a super atmosphere.

Outstanding Santorini
The view of the Caldera is even more incredible than you can see online. I had to pinch myself every morning when I sipped my coffee from the spacious veranda and marveled at the scenery! Our stay at Oia's dream was the best vacation we had every experienced. I investigated several properties in Santorini on the Caldera and I could not find anything comparable to a 2 bedroom suite (which was smaller than Oia's Dream) for less than 1,000 Euro per night. The location in Oia was so convenient to shopping, dining and the nightlife for our group. In addition, we had our own private pool and didn't have to fight over pool chairs which is common at resort properties. The house is charming and beautifully decorated in traditional greek style. Oia's Dream was truly a "dream come true"!

A great time, great location in Oia
Our stay here was wonderful. This home is at an excellent location in Oia, close enough to walk to the main strip of Oia with its shops and restaurants, but removed enough to enjoy the breathtaking Caldera views on the deck, in the pool, and at sunset with tranquility and privacy. We rented a car and were able to park at the house. We enjoyed several nights at Santorini Mou, the restaurant across the street. We caught the hiking trail from Oia to Fira from the house. And it was close enough to walk to Domaine Sigalas, the vineyard in Oia. Right out of a dream! Thank you!

Beautiful, great location, perfect for 2 couples
We were 2 couples who stayed here for a week without a car. It is an easy walk into Oia but outside the really busy, crowded part of town. You do have to walk on the road but only for a very short way. If you turn left and go up the hill at the desalination plant you can get onto the pedestrian walkway that runs between Fira and Oia. The pictures of the view speak for themselves but of course are not as good as when you are there in person. The villa is clean, the beds are comfortable and the housekeeper, Thespina, is very pleasant and responsive. When she noticed that we were actually doing some cooking in the kitchen, she brought us an entire new set of pots! It was still just a little too cold to use the pool while we were there but it appeared very well maintained.
We ate at Santorini Mou across the street a couple times. It is friendly and fun with pretty good food. However we prefered the food at Finikia's Place up the road a little bit away from Oia. We ate there several times.
My only quibble is that the internet service does not work inside the house (as we were told ahead of time). Between the wind and the sun it was not always possible to sit on the patio to access the internet. This made it a little inconvenient for contacting tour guides, etc. Fortunately, none of us needed to do work while there.
As long as you do not need reliable internet access, I highly recommend this villa.

Romantic escape
Comfortable, relaxing home with breathtaking views. The outdoor area is gorgeous and the view from the pool truly spectacular. The bed we used was very comfortable and the couch upstairs very cozy and welcoming (took a few naps there with a wonderful breeze flowing thru). Wished the Wi-Fi worked throughout the house instead of in only one small area and the TV could be updated but we really weren't there to watch TV. The walk into town is about 15 minutes and the small part of the walk that's on the actual street is a little bit nerve racking with the small streets and fast drivers. Overall a wonderful vacation and way better than the hotels we saw that have tons of steps and shared pool areas.

Beautiful
Perfect for my husband and I and our two teenage kids! Very well kept; beautiful views from every window. Perfect instructions from owner. The housekeeper was there waiting for us when we arrived. Everything was wonderful. Love the pool and view-- its just fabulous! The walk into the heart of Oia is easy. Grocery market is also just down the street. I think thee is a bus stop in front of the house (?)-- if so instructions might be handy on how to use it or where it goes, etc. Beautiful villa - just perfect. We will be back I hope.

Magical Vacation
My boyfriend and I spent 6 days at the villa as part of our vacation. It is spectacular! The owner, Gina, has detailed instructions on how to use everything in the house. Each window in the living room and kitchen has an amazing view. All of Gina's restaurant recomendation were a hit. Here's what we did that week. We flew from Athens to Santorini on Aegean and had arranged a rental car in advance with Vazeos. Oia's a big island and we found having a rental car useful. We went straight to the market and stocked the large fridge with water and breakfast items for our stay. The restaurants we dined at that week were 1800 in Oia (upscale, fine dining), Ambrosia in Oia (romantic, excellent service and food), Katina in Amoudi Bay (delicious seafood and an experience), Koukoumavlos in Fira (upscale, fine dining), Anoti in Imerovigli (casual dining, great octopus), The Dolphins in Akrotiri Beach (tables right on the water and great food), Seagull in Oia (casual dining; the only place we found mixed appetizer platters or mixed grill platters. Every where else you order each appetizer as an individual order but we really wanted to sample a bunch). We arranged a morning of sailing using santorinisailing.com. We chose the Triton motor boat, semi private experience and it was wonderful. Another day we arranged kayaking in Perissa Beach using santoriniseakayak.gr which was a lot of fun. We hiked from Oia to Fira another day (about 2.5 hours) and rented ATVs to get back to Oia. ATVs are rented for 24 hour stretches on the island and the company we rented from, Odyssey, are one of the few that will pick up the ATV from your location. The rest of the time we spent lounging in our magical villa. The pool is relaxing, the maid showed up every day or every other day, the terrace is a lovely area. The villa has blow dryers, electrical converter for you to use, lots of guide books on th area, a video and music library, Internet, a dishwasher. We loved every minute of our stay in this charming villa, and were so sad when it was time to leave. We truly enjoyed this as one of our best vacations.

Outstanding stay near Oia
This was the last leg of a Mother / Daughter trip. We didnt want to spend much time away from the house as it was amazing , had all we needed. The view was truely awesome, both day and night. Ships, sailboats, shooting stars, city lights of Fira in the distance.....The furnishings indoors and out, were exceptional. The owner ,Gina, sent us a meticulous information packet, also had a ton of guide books etc in the house. The local bus stop is very close by,cheap, easy, way to get to other parts of the island. We hiked to Fira, climbed the stairs to the ocean and back up in Oia, twice. It is a picturous15 minute walk to the edge of town {take a side path off the main road} which we did several times a day,the view changed each time due to the difference in sunlight, did our grocery shopping at the small markets, bakeries, took turns cooking, enjoyed simply wonderful meals on the caldara facing lanai , cocktails and sunsets on the ocean facing lanai , then back to the caldara side for the rest of the evening, theres a light in the pool for some added ambiance. Took so many photos, thought I'd delete some later but love them all!!!

Amazing
Words can't really describe how amazing this place is. True paradise. It was very private, relaxing and incredibly memorable. The Taverna across the street is a total bonus as the food & company are great. Also there is a market within close walking distance for your groceries, beer/wine and fresh fruit/bread etc. There is a fabulous winery just down the road. You get awesome sunsets without even leaving the property. The place is very clean & well maintained. I highly recommend as it has the most amazing views ever!!!
