The location of this property was great. We went to ski, and could easily walk to the ski lift and rental store. The place itself was a little dated, but everything worked fine and we enjoyed our stay.

Reviewer Comments:
Overall the place is a little dated, carpeted bathroom floors and other "touches" of the era in which it was built. It hasn't really ever been updated, so the overall feel is of an older place. Floor plan was good, the garage was super useful to get the car out of the weather, easy walk to/from Snowflake lift.

Great! The only issue we had was not enough coffee bags for the coffee maker. Wife is a very early riser. I couldn't find additional coffee bags at the City Market store.

The townhouse was just OK. Not sure it can be described as sleeping 8 as the pull-out couch is horribly uncomfortable. Also, having carpet in the bathrooms is kinda gross. It definitely needs to be updated.

We stayed the night at Winterpoint 37 and everything was fairly nice. There were some significant stains on the carpet which were unsightly, the wifi didn't work, and our master sink wouldn't drain. But otherwise, everything was fine.

Stayed in this unit after having stayed in a similar one at Beaver run. This location is good, short walk to lifts. However the unit itself is very old and run down. Carpet in the bathrooms, scrappy cabinets, dirty duvets, etc the place has not been updated since it was built, probably in over 40 years. The bed we slept in was sagging, management was very responsive and put a new mattress in within 2 days. The unit needs an upgrade!!!

We enjoyed our stay at Winterpoint 37. The location was as described and perfect for skiers and non-skiers. Quick walk to lift and town. The property management communication was excellent. Most importantly, the beds were comfortable and everything in the unit was in working order. But, it's a dated unit and in need of a refresh. We couldn't quite get over the carpeted bathrooms and how drawers/doors in kitchen were blocked by other doors/drawers until you opened them. Having a garage was great and it's a good unit for the price.

Unfortunately, we were disappointed in this unit. It was listed as having a full-service kitchen area....this should be updated! The pots and pans are limited and in poor condition. The stove is unleveled....with one larger burner completely inoperable. When cooking, the pans tilt and things spill over. Despite a call to management...nothing was done. Their explanation was that parts were backordered, but thank you for letting us know. Instead of ordering parts, it would be better to install a new stove. The seal around the oven door is shredded, and therefore doesn't help when roasting/baking. This really wasn't acceptable. We are a family of six adults....it was inconvenient when trying to cook meals without full use of the stove. Additionally, the silverware is limited. You shouldn't have to wash the silverware after every meal because there isn't enough. There should be some type of storage containers available. Also, it was stated that there would be two towels per person in the unit. Instead, there were only six towels. Fortunately, there is a washer and dryer so we were able to wash/dry the towels. The cleanliness of the unit wasn't too bad, but the garage was dirty. Overall, the unit could benefit from being updated. On the positive side, it was definitely conveniently located to both the mountain and downtown.

The Good
Location can’t be beat. One block to the lift. Two blocks to the center of town. 50 feet to the pool and hot tub. That’s perfect - you don’t want to walk more than one block in ski boots and you want the longer but still-short walk in regular shoes. Absolutely perfect location.
Plenty of seating in the family room. Many of the other townhouses in this area only have seating for 4 or 5. This has comfortable seating for 7 with room for more.
The BAD
It’s totally dated and in bad need of a total renovation, from the old and ineffective appliances to the furniture to the decor and paint.
Bare minimum supplies in the kitchen. While we don’t expect the kitchen to be outfitted with luxury supplies, it’s not too much to expect an adequate supply of the basics. For instance, there were only 2 wine glasses and barely enough forks for our family of 5. The cooking supplies (pots, pans, etc) were scratched to hell, broken, or both.
Fireplace has broken glass.
Stains on all of the carpets.
Carpet in the bathrooms. It seems a little suspect that the pictures of the bathrooms were cropped so the carpet is not shown.
Dishwasher is prob 20 years old, doesn’t clean well and makes an awful noise.
Lots of little things added up to make it a less-than-stellar experience: a comforter that had holes in it, bed in the master BR was old and uncomfortable, hardly any lights in the main floor, not a single ceiling fan, etc. It’s just in bad need of updating from its original 90s-era build.
While we didn’t have a terrible experience, I wouldn’t recommend this place for families or couples looking for a nicer experience. A group of guys looking to get away for a “guys weekend” who don’t care as much about supplies or amenities, but just

Great house, greater location.
This house was perfect for my group of college friends. We comfortably slept every night and was a minutes walk from Snow Flake lift and the downtown area.

The place was great. Close location to walk to everything, 15 mins to the end of town almost. The location is in a beautiful neighborhood with a nice little play structure. Want to come back to this place again.

This property looks just like its pictures. It was a beautiful, well organized, cozy home to stay in for vacation. The furniture was so comfortable and clean. Amazing place

This is great for a family, the location is wonderful.
The condo we stayed in was recently updated so it was very nice.
still needs a few clean up and last minute fixes. but we enjoyed our stay.
4.3
just ok
The property managers were great. There were multiple things wrong with our condo but they were addressed promptly. However, I got tired of bothering them so 3 things went unfixed. We never did find the hot tub. It’s a ten minute walk??? It took us 3 days of skiing to figure out what ‘ski in’ meant in the listing. You have to follow the ‘4 o’clock to town’ run, go past the Cut off to the snowflake lift and turn right onto a narrow path between condos when you see the little bridge on your left.
The condo was better suited to 2 adults and kids than the 5 adults we had. The kitchen was adequate, the garage was convienant as was the washer and dryer. The humidifiers were growing mold but were replaced promptly when we called. The free shuttle was awesome. It’s close to a bus stop (black route) that we used a lot. The lighting in general is inadequate.
No need for a car. Breck has great public transportation. It’s an easy walk to Main Street. Straight down 4 o’clock road. Head for the large blue sculpture in the park and the next road is Main Street.
Ski rental is very close too. The master bedroom bed is like sleeping in a bowl. There are plenty of pillows and blankets to choose from. Towel exchange was once during the week which was fine. There is a wood burning fireplace that we didn’t use.
Location was good but we have stayed in much nicer places, but we’ve never had such good property managers. Thanks for taking care of us!

Quick Family Getaway
We stayed here for one night and skied the entire next day. We were able to check-in a little early which really helped. The accommodations were good and as described and worked for 7 of us with the pull out couch. The unit is showing some age and wear and tear, but fit the bill for us. The garage was handy and the location was perfect just a short distance from Main Street. We were also able to put on our ski equipment in the garage and walk in our boots the short distance to the Snowflake lift which was ideal. We'd likely stay here again.
4.3
Place was better than in the pictures.
We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The place was clean. The kitchen was well stocked with glasses, plates, pots, pans, etc. It is a short walk to the pool and hot tubs. The garage was nice to park in and store skiing and boarding equipment. Recommend bringing firewood if you want to have a fire. The only thing we didn't like was having carpet in the bathrooms.
4.3
Beautiful place to stay!
This condo is extremely nice to stay in! Plenty of room. Besides a few lamps needing lightbulbs we had no problems! Everything went smoothly. Definitely would go back.

March 2016 Stay
The condo had everything we needed for 5. My only complaint is that it is pretty run down - large stains in the carpet, broken window above the kitchen sink, and a very mildewy shower curtain liner and carpet in the master bath. I agree with a previous comment that it could use more glassware. We were ok with just 5 people, but we had to wash a load of dishes every day.
Very easy reservation process and pickup/drop off of keys.

Spring Break- March 2015
Thank you for helping to make our trip to the mountains a memorable one! Our stay at the condo was wonderful- plenty of space to spread out, beds for everyone, short walk to town and to the slopes!! Our favorite part was coming back in to a cozy fire after a long day of skiing. Thanks for sharing such a lovely space!

Would highly recommend
We had 8 people and it fit us all just fine. Location is walking distance to lift which was great. You can't beat the price either. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Great stay for price!
House comfortably fit 5 people for two days. Great location.
