House was well appointed and had everything we needed for a wonderful 2 night stay. Walkable to restaurants and shops in town. Hosts were accommodating and available if needed. We all enjoyed our stay!

Anne was so accommodating and flexible. The house was in an excellent location, but honestly, even better was the fact that I felt like I was staying in a piece of history. I could just imagine how things were in the 1800's. We all truly loved the decor. We had an awesome weekend for our daughters wedding.

We had a fantastic time at the Row House - it was spacious, comfortable, clean, and beautifully decorated. It matches the photos and descriptions perfectly and is in a convenient location. Can't wait to return!

Getting family together seems more challenging every year. But we could not have been happier with our experience in this home in beautiful Geneva. Thought and care are evident in every room and corner. The house was elegant and comfortable. The owners made us feel welcome.
Truly, it was one of our very best VRBO experiences. We all hope we have the opportunity to return again someday.

We had a great experience here. The house is beautiful, and it’s clean, nicely furnished, and has great amenities. The owner was easy to contact, easy going, and fun to talk to. It was a great spot to spend with family in town for a wedding. There’s plenty of space to hang out and talk with a glass of wine. I recommend it unreservedly, and will definitely stay here again if I’m in the area.

This is an absolutely beautiful home, decorated and maintained impeccably. The host, Anne, was easy to communicate with and extremely welcoming. Anything we needed she was able to help with. We are already planning several trips back and cannot wait! Book and don’t look back.

We stopped to stay at this beautiful home on our way to a destination family wedding in Vermont. Everything was beautiful yet functional. comfortable, and family friendly. I especially appreciated the gorgeous fresh flowers. Anne and Jerry were gracious hosts. Our only sadness was the constant rain or we might have walked further about this lovely town, but we brought our own sunshine. Next time, we need to stay longer!

"The British are coming, the Br....hold on, WOW, you guys need to get a look at these incredible updated bathrooms; and look at how beautifully and uniquely decorated each bedroom is." - Our interpretation of what Paul Revere would have said if he had accidentally staged his ride in the complete wrong city and if he was also blessed with a keen eye for laudable 21st century interior design choices. One if by land indeed Paul. Now that I have your attention, and with all joking aside, this home is spectacular, particularly for large groups. From the beautiful craftsmanship of the home itself, to the wonderful hospitality displayed by our incredibly helpful hosts, this was the perfect vacation rental for our large and quite honestly one of the best renting experiences I have ever had. Don't hesitate to book your stay here, it will be the best decision you've ever made (he proclaimed boldly). Enjoy!

We truly enjoyed our stay at 58 Park Place. The house is spacious, clean and very well maintained. It was perfect for a family getaway with three adults and two kids. The house is located on a very charming block.

The house was beautiful, spotless, and had everything we needed - the owners are very thoughtful about what travelers will want/need (ie great eco-friendly bath products, lots of new magazines, all kinds of kitchen supplies, little tables to put your drink on, fresh flowers, etc.). They are very easily reached and responsive. A/C worked well - we were there during some hot days - and the WiFi was good. There are restaurants a few blocks away (mostly take out these days, but a few sit down restaurants that looked like they were taking safety precautions), a Wegman's a 5 minute drive away, and a quick walk to the lake. There's swimming off a dock a short walk away, but it's a popular hangout for local high school kids - not necessarily a problem but good to know. Great hiking nearby and close to wineries. There's free street parking - we were able to park right in front of the house the whole time we were there (it may be more restrictive in the winter). We had tons of room for 5 people; you could easily have a few families stay together and still have plenty of room. I highly recommend 58 Park and would return.

We stayed here for a wonderful wine tour weekend full of family and celebrating a birthday. We had 13 people and a baby staying here and we all felt comfortable and had plenty of space. The house is incredible in its location, history, charm, cleanliness, modern amenities and special touches.

We had a group of 11 stay here for our college reunion. Anne and Jerry were such gracious hosts, and the house was BEAUTIFUL. Each room was decorated immaculately and accommodated all of our needs. Great living room areas for social gatherings and a lovely back patio to sit and enjoy the weather and a drink with friends. Reminder that it is a neighborhood and the houses are very close together, so it's best to keep your outdoor activities to daytime and keep quiet to respect the neighbors.
Additionally, it is very conveniently located to the downtown area with plenty of great restaurants and local attractions.
One thing to note, we were there in the summer months and the rooms got very hot at night. I'd encourage guests to bring a fan for the room for sleeping. But it by no means detracted from our experience. We hope to stay again next time we visit Geneva!

What a place! I recently had a girls weekend there and we could not have been any happier! Plenty of room for all to spread out and yet still be together. The location was perfect! Great for a quick walk into town or stroll along Seneca lake. We really enjoyed our wine tour and were sad to see the weekend end. The owners are very friendly, helpful and easy to deal with. Highly recommend this rental for your next stay in the Finger Lakes!
