We loved our stay at this home. It is a walled-in oasis in the center of Graveson, a beautiful little town. The home is charming. It was eclectically and artfully decorated, filled with interesting pieces of furniture and books to flip through. There was plenty of room for our party of 7 adults and 4 children. The Wifi was reliable and fast. The washer and dryer worked great. The kitchen was well-supplied. The pool was heated as promised and was very clean. Pool toys were a big plus - the kids loved it. The outdoor space was an absolute dream, full of fragrant flowers and shady trees. We loved eating on the patio every evening.
The home was built in 1724, so naturally it had some quirks. The floors and nooks and crannies could have been a bit cleaner. Several of the toilet rooms were fully carpeted, which did not seem hygienic. And there was only one shower that would reliably work and run hot (there were, however, several tubs with shower wands). A lovely woman did come to clean, make beds, etc. every day, which was unexpected and very nice.
The location couldn't be more perfect. There is a bakery next door for fresh pastries every morning and a large grocery store right down the street. Graveson is very central, and we found it an ideal jumping-off spot for Avignon, the Pont du Gard, Chateauneuf-du-Pape, St. Remy, Baux de Provence, and the coast.
In short, absolutely wonderful, highly recommend!

We stayed for a week in this lovely place located in the center of town. We were a group of 21 people ranging from 3 yrs to 80+ years old. Big bedrooms and several were en-suite (or 2 bedrooms attached to a bathroom) which worked well for groups of families. Adjacent to a bakery and 5 mins to the grocery store. We had dinner catered for a few of the nights which was very helpful for such a large group. Didn’t really try any restaurants in the village (besides pizza one night) but plenty of places to go to close enough drive away. BBQ one night which was also fun. Pool is great and the outdoor areas are fun and quiet to relax in after a day of sight seeing. Wifi was not great, particularly on the top floor but worked well enough downstairs. Shower drain being clogged was an issue in our bathroom but it is an older house so to be expected. Overall, a really lovely stay and highly recommend this place to anyone considering it.

We were two families with 5 children from 8 months to 16 who enjoyed a week at this beautiful home. 3 grandparents were supposed to join us, but were forced to cancel. The house is very well-equipped and decorated with care and good taste, with plenty of comfortable common areas for hanging out. We cooked a fair amount of full meals and the kitchen and outdoor plancha were great. The large supermarket within walking distance was super convenient. We loved walking to the local bakery in the mornings for delicious croissants, baguettes etc. (The boulangerie next door was closed for vacation.)
The bedrooms are very spacious and the beds and pillows very comfortable. The bathroom situation was eclectic as to be expected from an old house. Not all the bathrooms have showers, and there are two bedrooms with modern bathrooms that are upstairs in a loft area, so may be less suitable for some seniors or families with small children.
The AC worked well in all bedrooms. Downstairs did stay relatively cool even during a heat wave. The pool alarm was not working during our stay (although the pool is fenced off) and the screening room we saw in photos was not open.
We enjoyed eating outside and used the pool every day. Ludovic was easy to communicate, and helpful in dealing with internet issues we had. The housekeeper, Hariso, was lovely and very helpful. It was a real treat having her help on a daily basis during our stay.
We had a lovely time in Graveson!

The property exceeded our expectations, especially the pool area. The house fit our three generations perfectly. We used the outdoor area a lot as it was very hot. We spent the extra money and purchased the a/c, which was needed. The only thing that is a little odd is the fridge is in the laundry room and not in the main kitchen. I guess it is just trying to modern with old spaces.

A beautiful traditional house with a lot of charm.
A great service.
The calm of a nice garden and the proximity of all commerces....

We traveled from Michigan to celebrate 6 boys' graduation from high school. There were 18 of us who enjoyed the house, had plenty of bedrooms and space to spread out. We also enjoyed the bakery that was close. The bakery owners requested that we put them in order the night before since we bought them out on the first day. The town was lovely and it was an easy drive to Avignon and the surrounding areas.

Le Mas a Graveson is located in a very small and quiet town. Graveson has great access to the most important towns in Provence. The house is very large and has a very nice decor & Gardens. Beds & pillows were wonderful, very important after a long day exploring the area. Every morning we walk to the Boulangerie next door to buy fresh bake croissants, pain au chocolate & baguettes for breakfast. Also around the corner is the supermarket , this was very convenient. We were a group of 20 and the house never felt crowded , the social areas & bedrooms are very big and comfortable.
Ludovic the owner always very helpful, during all the process. Great host. He send us a document full of good tips & details of activities to do in Provence, also a very good list of restaurants in the area , the ones we tried were great. Ludovic welcome us at our arrival and introduce us to Manuella who was in charge of the house during our stay.
Definitely Le Mas a Graveson is a great property to rent if you want to stay in a quite place with no tourist but surrounded by the most attractive towns in the area.
We were very happy in our stay at this property.

A fantastic house, location and grounds. Group of 17 of us: 8 adults and 9 children aged 0-7 years, and more than enough space for us all. Spacious bedrooms, well equipped kitchen and wonderfully kept pool and gardens. Ludovic was extremely responsive with any queries we had leading up to our stay and Manuella and Audrey were wonderful with the housekeeping throughout. We actually didn’t all hire cars and stayed around the house and town due to so many young children- it had everything we needed, nice restaurants for lunches, the U-express supermarket catered for all our needs and the Boulangerie next door was fantastic. We also enjoyed the local market on Friday. A real gem of a house and we hope to return!

We had a truly lovely stay at Graveson. The house is ideally located very close to Avignon TGV station, and close to St Rzmy, Eygalieres and many other must sees. Decorated with taste, with a charming garden and beautiful pool, numerous bedrooms with their bathrooms all very comfortable and clean but with the charm of an old house. Super U really close for groceries and a nice terrasse on the village square for a glass of rosé and planche de charcuterie. The real Provence!

This is an amazing chateau and village. Make sure you spend time to explore the local village and great place to explore Avignon and surrounding areas in Provence. We LOVE this place!

The house is nice and the town is conveniently located. Some issues need solving: (i) internet reliability, (ii) furniture deep cleaning, (iii) kitchen and fridge deeper cleaning after each rental to eliminate odor and (iv) implement a solution for excess mosquitos in terrace and garden.

We loved our stay in Graveson. The house is beautiful and large with lots of room for the family and we spent hours enjoying the gorgeous pool and al fresco dining area each day. The location is also unbeatable - next door to the boulangerie and a short walk to everything you need. Our whole family loved it.

This villa is a great option if you are looking to stay in the heart of Provence!
First, the villa itself is amazing. The common areas were great for our large group of 13 adults, and the bedrooms were all very nice as well. We rented the 7BR option for reference. And it's just as nice and beautiful as the pictures imply.
Second, the location was key! We rented several cars between us all, and we were able to get to so many great towns within 10-45 minutes. For our trip, we hit L'Isle Sur la Sorgue, Avignon, Aix en Provence, the Luberon mountain towns, Chateauneuf du Pape, Arles and a few other highlights, too. For reference, we flew into Paris, took the train to Avignon, and made the easy drive from the train station to the villa (about 20 minutes south). We also liked being in a town vs out in the countryside. Graveson was quiet when we visited in October, but charming. The grocery store around the corner made cooking meals at the house easy which may be necessary as we learned that the restaurants aren't open every night in the fall. The pizza places are on point, though, if you find yourself in a pinch :) The bar across the street makes a mean espresso, and the bakery next door is sooooo good!! Get a chocolate croissant EVERY DAY!!
Third - Ludovic!! He is an amazing host! He answered ALL of my questions within a day or so, even the ones I asked that were covered in his very thorough guide for the house. Everything about the rental process is above board, and I've rented many a property with VRBO through the years.
All in all, I can't recommend this place enough. My friends and I had an amazing time in Provence and this house was a big part of that. We enjoyed wine and cheese as a group by the pool, we made breakfast together multiple mornings, and we enjoyed a private chef at the villa our last night as we dined al fresco under the arbor.
The only real issue we had was that the wifi was not working completely when we first arrived, but that was resolved fairly quickly. Note that it isn't great wifi, but certain rooms (BR1, laundry) have a very strong signal. Also, the lovely Stephanie who helps keep the property doesn't speak much English, so prepare for that if you do not speak French. If not, you can muddle through like we did just fine.
TIP: Make sure they show you how to get into the pool house. Even if you don't plan to swim, the pool lights are in there in case you're by the pool after the sun goes down.
Cheers!

My extended family of 13 people had a wonderful time at Le Mas de Clementine, in the town of Graveson in Provence. The 18th century house is magnificent and has been diligently restored. The owners have retained all the original charm including tile floors, gorgeous mantles, graciously proportioned rooms. They have also added every modern convenience and have decorated with sophistication and elegance. We enjoyed the village, especially the fact that our four young grandchildren could walk to the patisserie and shops. The pool is sunny all day long and the large, walled, well planted garden has plenty of shade for resting. We enjoyed day trips to nearby St. Remy, Avignon, Arles and Nimes. We highly recommend this wonderful property.
