You'll find that the beach and pools are second to none - and the Nuevo Vallarta beaches are renowned as the best in the Vallarta area. As our guest, you will also have access to the amenities of the on-site Dreams resort including five on-site restaurants - and can choose to add all-inclusive days to your visit if you like.

The waves break just right for boogie boarding practically every day and you can walk for miles along the soft sandy beach. Other beaches in Puerto Vallarta can be rocky and/or limited by barriers, not ours!

The condo is finished with fine granite and limestone surfaces and includes everything that you will need to enjoy your stay in the comfort of home. We provide everything from blenders to boogie boards! Of course the amenities that you expect in a high end condo are all included - right down to the features of the full kitchen. We personally worked with designers to select the furniture and fabrics to make the space feel like a comfortable home. Of course we include extras such as a stocked bottled water cooler, a local cell phone for your use, and high speed wireless internet as well!

Villa Magna in Nuevo Vallarta is the perfect balance of secluded beach and pool atmosphere with access to all of the wonders that Puerto Vallarta and the rest of Banderas Bay has to offer. You have first-rate facilities but don't have the stress of a million people in a crowded all-inclusive.

You can play a championship or leisure round of golf at one of the great local courses. We can put you in contact with a private driver that we use when we're in town. A local Mexican woman can also cook a meal (or more) for you while you stay with us. Villa Magna gives you easy access to Bucerias, the Nuevo Vallarta Marina area, and to Puerto Vallarta itself.

The information in this listing refers to our one-bedroom unit but we have two side-by side condos, this unit with one-bedroom and the second having three bedrooms (see the three-bedroom listing on this site, too - #95615). Both condos are served by a common entry corridor so you can rent both together to keep a larger extended family close (but separate when it's convenient!). The two units combine to sleep up to twelve adults. This one-bedroom unit sleeps up to four, with two in a king-sized bed and two in a queen-sized air bed. These are our personal vacation homes and we've outfitted them for ourselves, and fully expect you to enjoy them as much as we do.

The overwhelmingly positive response from our guests is a testament to how wonderful your stay here can be. First of, everything is amazing. The apartment, the location, the accuracy of the listing, and the communication with the owner and manager. The owner is so nice. The apartment has many ammenities for the beach it also is very well equipped with everything you may need. The location is very nice ,many pools, and the beach is really nice easy to get in. Just stayed a little but hopefuly in a near future we will be staying more time.

My husband and I stayed at the property for three weeks in February 2023 (high season). The bedroom windows of Tower 2 back up to the docking station to the resort next door which includes garbage trucks loudly beeping as they back up at 7 a.m. sharp DAILY. I am an early riser so this was not a bother to me but my husband was frustrated by this daily very loud wake-up. In addition, we had to listen to loud drilling on the pool deck outside our unit for two weeks. It was intolerable. Although Joe tried to call the building management, the drilling persisted. It's an owner's responsibility to block out dates when there is going to be construction. We had to keep the patio door closed at all times and play musical chairs at the pool to avoid the drilling noise. Completely ruined our vacation.

Enjoyed our stay at this condo . Have stayed at several in VM . Second floor was good with nice view. Condo is as shown on site. Great for two people. Very generous with paper products and cleaning supplies . Easy communication with owner and manager . Hope to return and would recommend!

There were pros and cons . The unit and the resort were nice but not as clean as they should be. It wasnt bad, but some things were a little gross and the hot water didnt work very well. There is a beautiful, big pool system and the resort was not too crowded or noisy. For meals you have to buy groceries and cook in the condo or walk a ways to find decent restaurants unless you are willing to pay big bucks for the all inclusive meal package at the adjacent Wyndham Alltra. I wouldn't recommend this place to a novice traveler, but someone experienced in the offerings of Nuevo Vallarta and not bothered by venturing off site every day can make out fine with a little effort.

Great location

The condo was great. The beach was amazing. You can walk the beach for miles, especially at low tide when the sand is flat. The condo unit was well equipped and comfortable for 2 people. The property manager was readily available. There are several restaurants within walking distance and a great walking/cycling path down the Center Boulevard out front of the condo. And it is a very safe place for walking. The condo shares the pool area with The Dreams resort which gives you access to the amazing pool and loungers. There is a snack bar by the pool that sells food and drinks at reasonable prices. All in all a very relaxing place.

I was excited to find a location in Nuevo that allowed me to not travel all inclusive. It was love to have a seperate bedroom, bath and kitchen living area and a washer and dryer for a two week stay. The condo is on the third floor (2 above ground level) which made it quick and easy to use the stairs when I wanted to renew supplies at the pool. The location was perfect for pools, view, sunsets and for leaving the resort area when we went out to dinner. I hope to stay here again and as the owner owns a 3 bedroom next door I can bring my entire family with both units. Lots of English movies for nights in.

The pools and the beach are very close and accessible and we would definitely stay here again. Joseph was very helpful and provided us with a lot of information about the area. We have stayed at several places over the last 10 years in Nuevo this was our first time at Villa Magna. (March 2020) This condo had great amenities including water jugs, plenty of paper products, laundry detergent, etc. The view and pictures are just as advertised if not better! The owner also provided beach towels which is not always the case. This condo is on the second floor and provides a view of the pools, ocean and sunsets. Walking distance to groceries, restaurants and church. This is NOT part of the all inclusive property so you are on your own for meals but with nearby restaurants, you have plenty of good ones to choose from. We ate at the snack bar by the pool almost every day, great chicken quesadillas. Would certainly stay here again.

My wife and I just spent two weeks at this property and had a lovely holiday. The condo is very clean and appointed with up to date furnishings and kitchen ware. It is nicely located on the third floor and overlooks the ocean and pool area very nicely. The TV is mainly in Spanish and with six remotes could use some directions for us technically challenged seniors. We mainly watch Netflix on our devices. Minor problems were dealt with by Marcos and we reached him with WhatsApp.

A sunny birthday getaway

Our week at this lovely condo was a welcome respite from cooler, rainy weather at home. Everything we needed was available, and Marco was very helpful getting us squared away. We stuck pretty close to the beach and the pool during our stay--reading, enjoying the sun and the pool (and watching our favorite evening TV shows via the USA Now programming Joe provides). We appreciated Joe's restaurant recommendations and we loved the couple's massage special he recommended at Patty Spa. What a birthday treat for my wife! We prepared our breakfasts and lunches in the condo and a few dinners, walking to nearby restaurants for the rest. For us it was an economical, laid-back, "do-nothing" week. Next time we will venture farther from the condo!

We enjoyed our 2-week stay in this condo. It was equipped with everything we could have needed…plus! Joe was great to work with…and Marcos was there when needed. Nuevo Vallarta is a beautiful, safe area to vacation. Being able to use the Dreams hotel facilities during our stay here was an extra bonus! We’ve vacationed at all inclusive hotels nearby, but the condo was more economical and gave us the opportunity to eat at good local restaurants.

This was my second time returning to Villa Magna which is a beautiful family friendly resort. I cannot say how flawless and amazing our trip was!!! The condos are perfect and set up exactly how described. Marcos was great and arrived within minutes to let us in and even escorted us to the new local Walmart for grocery shopping. My only regret was having to leave after a week! Joe delt with all our needs in a professional manner and cannot wait to return. Thank You
