About this house rental

The home is a Resort Home and perfect for entertaining. Heated Swimming pool! ($350/weekend up to 7 days), 2 fire features, gas grill, Chef’s kitchen, spa like bathrooms, fireplaces inside and outside, golf course view right at the green, AND the rooftop patio – you can see all the mountains around and since we are on a hill, you can see the entire valley (gorgeous at night). In addition to the beds listed one queen self inflating air mattress is provided. Just 15 minutes from the Chicago Cubs spring training facility (Sloan Park). And about 45 minutes to the Milwaukee Brewers facility in Maryvale. If you like shopping, old town Scottsdale is just 25 minutes away. Very easy access to the freeway (202). Close to the Superstition mountains – great hiking at Lost Dutchman park.

Two Queen air mattress are also provided for additional sleeping arrangement.

This home is located in Red Mountain Ranch which is a master planned community in NE Mesa just off the 202 freeway. The Red Mountain Ranch Country Club is a mile and a half away and features all of the amenities of a country club with an award winning golf course, country club with restaurant and bar, fitness center, tennis and pickle ball courts, junior Olympic pool and spa. The country club is open to the public so you have the option to join. There are various levels of membership. The best short term option is a Pickleball Family Membership...$125 sign up plus $88/month. Member must be present with family or guests. It Includes access to tennis and pickle ball courts as well as the junior Olympic 75 foot heated lap pool and spa. Other memberships are available; you can find details on the Red Mountain Ranch Country Club website.

In an effort to be good neighbors, we want to keep the noise and traffic to a minimum. We have additional rules below. We do make exceptions to these rules on a case by case basis.

Quiet Hours are 10pm - 7am (no one is allowed outside front or back during this time)
Groups of all adults under 50 years old MAY not be accepted.
Travelers without reviews MAY not be accepted.
Primary guests under 40 years old MAY not be accepted.
Bookings less than 7 days in advance MAY not be accepted.
Guests booking under someone else's account MAY not be accepted.
Guests paying with someone else's card MAY not be accepted.
Creepy Crawly Pool cleaner must remain in the pool. If removed the system will
overheat quickly and cause a meltdown.
No street parking at all times. The driveway and garage are available for your use.
No events allowed like birthday parties, wedding dinners, reunions etc.
Mid stay cleanings are required on all reservations over 15 days in order to lessen the volume of cleaning required at check out.
Additional visitors are limited. Guests staying and visitors cannot exceed 12 adults at any time.

We loved your very comfortable, roomy house, and its many above & beyond amenities inside and out. Everything was very well stocked, including the kitchen with plenty of dinnerware, cookware, and small appliances. We all enjoyed the view of the golf course abutting the back yard and looking at the surroundings (including Superstition Mountain) from the wonderful sunroof. We also enjoyed the fire pits in the backyard most evening and hearing a neighbor play taps from his rooftop at sunset. We are debating returning next year if our health allows. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us!

We wanted to get away for a week and just spend time with family. It was absolutely perfect for us. Lots of room for everyone, quiet clean neighborhood close to everything. We spent days mountain biking, hiking, watching the Coyotes and just spending time together. The check in process was easy and very detailed instructions were given. We loved it and will be back for sure!!!!

We have stayed here before and love the location. Easy to get to and great access to the 202. We enjoyed the pool and yard especially. House is roomy enough to enjoy family dinners and still have your own space. The hosts are very easy to communicate if you have any questions at all. We had no problems or concerns while we were at Red Mountain. Would definitely go back.

This home was the perfect setting for my parents, husband, and I to meet our son's fiance. We arrived several days before their wedding and had time to meet his new in-laws. The home was a home base after the wedding as we explored the rest of AZ. What a wonderful retreat. Owners were responsive to our requests and questions too. Hope to return soon.

My sisters and our daughters stayed here for an extended Mother's Day celebration. We had an amazing time! The house is gorgeous and very spacious in a really nice neighborhood. We spent most of our time enjoying the outdoor space. Plenty of seating in sunshine and shade and the pool was very refreshing. If we ever go to that area in Arizona again, we would definitely say there again! Highly recommend!!

This home was beautiful and fit our needs perfectly! Everything was clean and the view from the roof top deck was amazing. We could see the mountains all around the valley. The pool, grill, and outdoor gas features were awesome…we spent hours outside.

My summary would be that the house was spectacular but the cleanliness of the house was not the greatest. Our socks were black every day and we were coughing the fist few days because maybe the dust was uprooted when the fans were turned on. When we arrived. The previous occupants had the recycling bin overflowing so we had to put all of our recycling and garbage in the garage bin, Paige said to put that garbage and recycling inn the trash bin because the previousl people left the recycling bin over flowing

This house is wonderful in every way! The very best feature is the beautiful backyard with the pool, beautiful landscaping, privacy and golf course view; such a joy to wake up to every day! The house is very spacious, open, bright and has high ceilings. It is very well outfitted with everything you need and very comfortable! And the location in Red Mountain Ranch was wonderful! It's just far enough out to be quiet and without traffic, but easy, quick access to the highway for outings to Sedona, Scottsdale, Canyon Lake, etc. Loved the location! The manager was great, too! Quick to reply to any questions and he even gave us an extra hour check out when we asked for that. Highly recommend this house, you will be very happy with your stay!

This was our 2nd time to stay at this home and it was once again FANTASTIC! Love the wide open floor plan and the gorgeous view of the golf course right out the living room window! The pool was our best friend for beating the Arizona heat! Loved the beautiful sunrise and sunset views from the rooftop balcony! Upon our arrival our fight got cancelled and we needed to rebook and the host was 100% accommodating to our needs, completely hassle free! The house was well stocked with everything we needed and we felt completely at home! We’re looking forward to many more visits to this beautiful home!

Stayed here 5 nights to get away for a bit. The house is spectacular and right on point. The outdoor pool area was awesome! This is where we spent most of our time. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the showers in both bathrooms were huge! We will definitely be back, what a great relaxing place to stay

Our stay was great. We utilized the pool daily and had so much fun. Plenty of dishes and cookware. The property managers responded back very quickly to answer our questions. We enjoyed salt water tubing, ghost town and other fun things, then came back and cooled off in the pool. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return!

Enjoyed a wonderful stay at this beautiful home…loved the floor plan and spent the majority of our time on the patio enjoying the beautiful backyard on the golf course!!!…$450 extra to heat the pool for our two week stay was asking too much on top of the rent we had already paid therefore the pool was not used much at 72°…which is our biggest complaint…sheets in one of the bedrooms were dirty…pillows in bedrooms should be replaced…no strainer in the kitchen sink…Dishwasher not working properly…garage door opener remote did not work…These are all things that can be easily corrected…Red Mountain Ranch is a beautiful safe quiet place to stay!!!💙

We enjoyed our stay at this home. The Location was perfect for hiking, shopping, and restaurants. We especially enjoyed the backyard as we were able to enjoy the sun and the pool all day long. We will be returning next year!

House was great only thing to really upgrade would be new linens. Really old towels and sheets. We went to target and got new sheets and took home. Guest like nice fresh white linens. Would stay again though.

This house is beautiful. The pool was perfect for our 2 kids - not too deep, but deep enough for it to be fun. We did have a golf ball land in the pool one day and several others get very close to the fence so be mindful of that. My husband enjoyed watching the golfers from the rooftop deck. We really enjoyed our week at Red Mountain Ranch.

The property is beautiful, house is spacious and beautifully decorated. The backyard is amazing with a pool, fire pit, outdoor heater and margarita deck. We saw stunning sunsets from the roof deck. You are less than 5 minutes Red Mountain golf shop, less than 2 minutes from I-202, In N Out burger, Fat Cats theater/arcade/bowling alley, Sprouts, Someburros and Goldwater Brewing Company. You are also near Las Sendas and Longbow golf courses! We will definitely rent this place again! MG January 17-February 3
