About this house rental
6 bdr/6 bth Mansion-House with heated Pool and Whirlpool in the nicest area of Hollywood Lakes, 10 min walk/4 min drive to the Hollywood Boardwalk and Beach, as well as shopping, restaurants, parks, casino, night life.
Enjoy this completely private and secure home. The entire property is surrounded by a 6ft concrete wall for complete privacy and security.
This home has a large pool and hot tub spa. The backyard has many seated lounge areas; a long table, good for the entire family, as well as pool beds around the pool. There is a balcony overlooking the pool with a nice and comfortable seating area. The pool is heated and comes with LED lighting, which allows you to change the color of the pool.
This property includes an outdoor gas GRILL great for BBQ and eating poolside
The Internet:
The house is equipped with WiFi. There are 5 Smart TVs; in the living room and bedrooms with cable broadband channels, as well as Netflix and the YouTube app, which is on the Xfinity box; you will have to use your own Netflix account.
The Bedroom Arrangements:
There are 4 bedrooms on the 2nd floor, 2 of which are master bedrooms.
The one master bedroom has a king size bed, an en-suite master bath with a walk-in shower, 2 sinks, lots of mirror cabinets and a Jacuzzi. Master bedrooms also have a large walk-in closet and access to the balcony. The second master also has a king bed, shower bath, big walk-in closets and has direct access to the upstairs patio, which will take you directly to pool.
The 3rd and 4th bedrooms have 2 full beds in each, bathrooms with showers and big closets.
First floor has 2 bedrooms: one with a king bed and another with 2 full beds. These 2 bedrooms share one full bathroom.
Every bed is furnished with ECO memory foam mattresses and pillows, ceiling fens, night and day light.
The Kitchen and Dining:
The beautiful kitchen has everything you need to make a quick snack or a 5-course gourmet meal. Dishes, silverware, glassware, stemware, pots, pans, cooking utensils, and appliances, including a dishwasher (we provide the detergent), are all provided in this well-equipped kitchen.
There is a coffee maker, toaster, oven and microwave in the kitchen as well as a big sizes of refrigerator and freezer. There is a big luxury dining area with crystal lights, which includes a glass dining table that seats 12, as well as an outdoor table suitable for 12.

GENERAL - If using the dishwasher, please avoid putting pans, chef's knives, and wooden utensils in the dishwasher.
SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE IS FORBIDDEN. Please smoke outside in the backyard, or on the patio, but make sure the door is closed so that smoke does not drift inside. Use an ashtray and properly dispose of cigarettes. If evidence of smoking inside of the house is found, we will retain your entire security deposit.
EVENTS- Without prior written approval no events or large gatherings of more than 30 people or more shall be permitted on the property. Any such unauthorized events shall be considered false pretense and will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check in or shall be forced to leave the property if already checked in.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY– The maximum number of guests is limited to 15 persons. An additional charge or $175.00 per person per night for guests in addition will be assessed.
MINIMUM STAY– This property requires a three (3) nights minimum stay. Longer minimum stays may be required during holiday periods. If a rental is taken for less than three days, the guest will be charged the three-night rate.
HOUSEKEEPING - While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. However, if you would like for the house to be cleaned during your stay, we will gladly provide you with a cleaner of our choosing at a cost. Please note that you are not able to hire your own cleaner throughout the duration of your stay.
WATER AND SEPTIC – The house is on a city water system. The sewage system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be charged damages of up to three hundred dollars ($300).
EXCESSIVE LOUD NOISES- City of Hollywood has an ordinance regarding loud music and the police will enforce against any loud disturbances . It’s advised that all tenants be careful to not be excessively loud especially after 10 PM and before 8 AM. If the police are called due to loud noise or disturbing the peace; you will be asked to leave, your entire security deposit will be withheld and your remaining nights will not be refunded. If the neighbors complain to us, we will issue a fine to you of $200 for disturbing them.

Our golf group came to south Florida for a golf trip, and this was our home for several days. The property is gorgeous. There are no flaws to the place! It’s close to the beach, it’s close to various dining spots, and it is just a wonderful property for a group function! We’re looking forward to returning!

Needed a space that was fun while waiting for our midweek cruise. There was ample space for all 11 people in our party. WiFi held up and we had plenty of relaxation. Proximity to the beach was excellent.

We stayed for a week in February. Our family (11 people) travelled from 4 different countires to meet here, and our group ranged in agefrom grandparents to grandchildren. We were looking for a place to relax and reconnect. This property exceeded our expectations.
The property was exactly as the listing showed. Spacious interior and great back yard. Interior and back yard were both well appointed, with everything you could possibly need. We ate most of our meals at home, and had a wonderful relaxing week reconnecting with family. We walked to the Ft. Lauderdale beach in 10 minutes, and had a lot of fun there. Our host was accessable and accomodating and did everything to make our stay comfortable. I would highly recommend this property.

Loved this house! It was perfect for my group of 8 friends over Super Bowl weekend. The house was super clean and well appointed. The pool was in great shape, and the indoor (and outdoor!) kitchen was fully stocked with the tools needed to enjoy staying in. The bedrooms were terrific and beds were clean and comfortable. Our hots communicated clearly with us throughout our stay, although we didn't need much from them because all was in order! Location was perfect for access to golf courses and downtown Hollywood. Super nice neighborhood! Would 100% stay here again!

My girlfriends and I had a lovely stay in your beautiful home! It is so nice to have en suite bathrooms with most of the bedrooms! The pool/backyard were such a nice relaxing space. We enjoyed our daily walks to Hollywood beach and had a wonderful weekend of sun and fun. Thank you!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home! Our hosts, Yuri and Rima go above and beyond to make you feel at home and to help you in any way. They met with us at arrival to make sure to answer any questions and show us how everything worked. They made us feel so comfortable and welcome. The house was perfect for our children and grandchildren to be together to swim, visit, and share meals, while still having our own space to relax. We WILL be back!! Thank you, Rima and Yuri!!!

Hollywood Beach Vacation
My family and friends had a great experience staying in this home for our vacation. The home was beautiful and accommodated our large group very well. The pool was a hit for the kids and adults! The house was well stocked with everything we needed. The beach and restaurants were minutes away. Thank you, Yuri for your warm welcome and tour of the home upon arrival. We would love staying here again.

The pool area is very nice and is nicely landscaped. The bed that I slept in was probably the most comfortable vacation home bed that I have ever slept in. We were very happy with the house and plan to stay here again in the future.

My group of 8 adults stayed in this house for 3 nights. It was very clean and in a nice location. It's about a half mile from the beach so it's a pretty easy walk. We rented this home for the Christmas week and it was everything we wanted - large enough for our extended family, a big heated pool, and a short drive to the ocean. It was well stocked with cooking items and cookware as well as other basic essentials. The home could really use a deep cleaning, but otherwise it was excellent!

This property was beautiful, but it needs some work, including the host. It first started once we arrived; the host and her husband were waiting in the property. The host kept asking if I had more than 13 people when it was indeed only 13 people with me because we went on a yacht and the yacht only accommodated 13 people. My guest starts taking their bags upstairs, and she said, don't scratch the walls like we know how to walk upstairs. I felt like she was insinuating we are not used to anything. On the bed was one towel and one hand towel per person and no washcloths at all. I use a towel and washcloth a day; she thought she would do that to make sure it is not extra guest, I guess, which don't make sense because I had to buy some and left them. The towels were not white that she left for us. They were old-looking towels that were a dingy-looking color. That is not sanitary when you are in a short-term rental especially dealing with covid right now. I want to bleach my towels because I wash all the towels anyway as soon as I go to a short-term rental property. The sofa was nasty and had nit balls all over it, so it wasn't comfortable for me to sit on. I called her for extra sheets, and the first thing she asks me did I have an additional guest. I said no for the 100 times. I need extra sheets for this nasty sofa. When she brought the sheets the next day, she didn't call or text; she just walked in, and I didn't like that. If I am rented your place for the moment, you need to call before you show up. That was rude!! She only gave us one key to get in and out, so we all had to go somewhere together, or someone was left at the house. The vents in the ceiling were leaking and molded, so work needs to be done to this house even though it is beautiful on the inside. She had a school desk blocking a door that I didn't understand because if someone wanted to go in that door, they could move the little desk that had graffiti on it. The doors said do not trespass, so I thought that was enough. The host was talking to us like we are not used to anything. She kept telling us this is a nice house, so be very careful. I have a very nice house myself, so I am used to a lot and don't have any vents leaking or mold. I never stayed anywhere, and the house didn't have extra sheets and towels. The host needs to work on things because if you can afford a home of that caliber, you can afford sheets and towels, so that's not going to stop if a person has an extra gues

Gorgeous mansion in great neighborhood
This has to be the best house we have ever rented! The house is gorgeous and the owner was so wonderful. Whenever I had any questions, I would just text her and she would answer right away. I stayed here with my family and everyone was raving about how amazing the location was! I can't wait to stay here again.

We spent five days in this beautiful home with extended family. We rarely left the pool and patio area because it was the perfect set up. It was an easy walk to the beach, and nice neighborhood to walk through. The house was really well stocked, had plenty of beach towels, and very comfortable beds. I want to live there!!!!
The house was exactly as pictured--even better! Yuri was always easy to access for our questions, even though we didn't have many. It is a lovely neighborhood for walking, biking. And a fun walk to the beach, which was beautiful and not crowded. We were there the week of closing of the beaches because of the coronavirus, which was sad because we only got 3 beach days in, but the house was perfect for those days without the beach. It really is even bigger than it looks! Will go back again!
