Over all it was good. Not great but good. We felt safe and secure. The bathroom shower needs help!

Breakfast was great! Very enjoyable. Location and parking was good.

The bathroom shower was not usable. Extremely too small. We are small for our age and size, male only 165 lbs at 6 feet tall and still could not shower well. Shower was no more than 4 meters square total. Do not recommend!

Good for one night if you don’t plan on showering

It was close to the beach and train station but that was pretty much it! We stayed one night as a group of 4 and that was it.

It was difficult finding this property the hotel staff was not answering their calls and the name Of the actual hotel was not written on the property signboard. There were ants crawling up to the front door! The AC was only in the living room and it can get really hot in the other two bedrooms! The shower is a joke! I’m not even sure how one is to take a shower in this space unless you are a small 4f person even then I doubt you can bend over and touch your toes! Beware the train station is a stone throw away and you can hear it go pass all night long

It was ok.

Position was good. Lovely atmosphere at the complex and staff were helpful.

Water was not running in our unit on arrival, this was rectified within a hour, but still frustrating. There was water between bowls in the cupboard, presuming they were put away wet. The shower was very tiny - couldn’t bend over in it to pick up shampoo etc from the floor.

Nice clean quiet apartment, close to the beach with parking and security (electric gate).

Nice apartment. Quiet and spacious. Great that it had parking. Breakfast wasn’t included so I can’t comment on that. The receptionist at the desk was very warm and friendly.

Wish breakfast was included. We only stayed one night so it didn’t make sense to buy food to prepare; Couldn’t take it with us. Wish there were paper towels or napkins at the apartment.

Exceptional

We didn't stay in this apartment, as it was being repaired. We were offered a hotel room, which was great. Big bathroom, great air conditioning, very comfortable bed and wonderful breakfast. We were in location NOT in the city center, but on the opposite side, which was perfect as it was just a short walk down the hill to the beach area.

The wifi had a poor signal .... but we're not there for wifi, right?

The location is excellent with everything at the walking distance. The staff is very friendly and helpful! And the private parking behind the fence is great!

The air conditioning is located in the living room, so as the weather was super hot, it barely managed to keep the bedrooms cool.

The location was superb and the there was lots of living space. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning in the main living area worked great for cooling down after a long day at the beach. There are restaurants serving great food less than 2 mins away and a supermarket around 100m from the accommodation.

Only downside was shower. It was really small and would not accommodate any person over 5ft comfortably.

This place served out family of four perfectly when we decided at the last minute to extend our stay in Monterosso.

Clean, good location, helpful staff.

Could have used an extra kitchen towel.

over price for what you get

location was great and staff was very nice

the shower was super small and there was several items that were broken. we could use the trundle bed and cabins were coming off the hedge. we informed the staff and they were aware of the issues.

I really enjoyed being in Monterosso, very nice area, worth to visit.

The location was 2 minutes from the city center.

It was very difficult finding the place and getting in, but once we got checked in it was ok.

The location was excellent. LP

Owner did not give us instructions on how to get in and park. There was a security gate with the name of a different hotel on it, which was very confusing. We had to drive up a very steep hill in the rain. Our car tires were spinning with no traction, it was very difficult getting in through the gate.

Perfect

Perfect location! A few steps from the beach with lots of restaurants and bars. This place offer a private free parking which allowed me to save a lot of money. (Public parking costs 25 euro for a day and it is not very safe)

fantastic location, very close to the sea, bars and restaurants. 5 min walk to the station.

lady from the hotel came down to show us the apartment, very friendly and helpful

close to the train line so sometimes a little noisy, but everything else great so really in the scale of things it wasn't a problem.
