Our home is a duplex and this is the left side. We are in a fabulous location. It is a 2 BR - One BR has a queen and the other a twin and double. Full Bathtub/shower upstairs. On main floor in the LR is a pullout Queen with a dreamy gel mattress. Fully stocked eat in kitchen for 8 and 1/2 bath. Quiet (shared) back yard with grill and small fire pit. Cellar - washer and dryer. Plenty of off street parking. Walk 1/2 of a mile to the family oriented beach or 1/2 of a mile to Main Street shopping, dining and night life. A little over a mile and you can be by the docks jumping a boat to Nantucket or Martha's Vineyard or a fabulous show at the Melody Tent.

We live in an area where you have to drive to get anywhere so this location worked great for us. On low key days we could access local beaches and when we were feeling adventurous we could venture out to the national seashore. The beach cart on property was so useful to have access to, especially with 3 young children to pack for.

The property was exactly as explained:
Beds were very comfortable.
1 & 1/2 bathrooms was a plus for 4 people.
Living area and kitchen/table comfortable for 4 people.
Nice backyard with table and chairs and sun umbrella a plus.
Off-street parking for two vehicles.
Owner sent suggestions for activities in Hyannis during our stay.

Great central location in Hyannis. Easy half mile walk to both the beach and main street for shops and restaurants. The house had everything we needed to enjoy our week. At times the neighborhood was a little loud but overall did not impact our stay. Our trip was half vacation and half dance competition at the Hyannis Resort and Conference Center which also is only about half a mile away and the house was the perfect respite from the busyness of the competition. yet easy to go back and forth when needed.

Awesome place
The house is simple and awesome. 5 min walk to beach and the Main Street. Only down side was the Wi-Fi wasn’t very good, but hi we were on vacation and it’s nice to switch off from the outside world for a while. The owners were great

Wonderful Stay!
The house is in a great location in relation to the beach and town. The house was clean and simple. It had everything needed. Check in was easy and communication was wonderful! We had a blast. Thank you for being a great host.

Cozy, Comfortable and Amazing location
The house is not fancy kind but cozy and comfortable, having everything you need, just like home.
Hair dryer, plenty of clean towels, wash clothes, blankets, throws....Kitchen has enough supplies but we ended up not using any. the three beds are all very comfortable, bedrooms are quiet, curtains are uv blocking, hence bedrooms keep night and dark if you want to sleep late. It is a town house but we couldn't hear any noise at all from the other side. There are also plenty of toys/board games in the tv cabinet to entertain bored children. Owner Patti is very kind and responsive, just like an old friend! She helped us fix the shower water temp right away! on top of everything, the location of the property is gold!!! Easy stroll to downtown area with restaurants, stores, icecream... easy stroll to a few quiet beaches... for a family with young children need variety of things to do, this works perfectly! Highly recommend and will look forward to come back again!

Better than the pictures!
The place was so clean. I was worried because there weren't bathroom pictures but they are both clean as whistles. Never worried about cleanliness. The neighborhood was very quiet and close to the beach and main st. Would love to come back and enjoy Hyannis more with family to use the kitchen, grill, and fire pit next time.

Hyannis Vacation
Owners were very accessible and respond quickly to any questions or problems.
We found the property exactly as described and distance to both Downtown Hyannis and local beach easy walking. We very much enjoyed our stay and hope to return next year.

Second time stay!
My husband and I wanted to bring my Mom “Home” to the Cape to visit family. We had stayed in this home a few years ago. The owners are great, respond quickly and are helpful. It was nice to be familiar with this Home away from home. We walked to the Beach and drove up to walk up and down Main St. we have family that live 5 minutes away. Happy to be back!

Great house close to downtown and the harbor. All within a 15 minute walk. Check in was easy. The house had everything we needed, including sheets and towels. AC in the living room and both bedrooms was nice. Even has a back yard area.

Beds were so comfortable and nice selection of pillows. Loved that condiments and storage bags paper towels were provided.

Overall great and owner responded quickly
Overall great stay. The house was close to the beach and the town center. The house did have a mildew or water smell to it but we were not in the house very much so it was not a big deal. Overall good.

Homely in Hyannis
Patti and Chris made it so easy. We were there for three weeks. It’s a lively neighborhood near beaches and Main St. Hyannis. The little market near by is convenient and Sea St is quaint with street lamps and old cemetery.

We had a very good experience with our stay at the property. House is conveniently located within walking distance to beaches.

Amazing Cape location
Patti was super helpful every step of the way. Due to COVID and restrictions we had lots of questions and Patti always responded quickly. When we arrived the home was perfectly clean. The home was nicely decorated and had plenty of space. The location was great. Close to the beaches and main street and the harbor. Everything about this vacation rental was perfect I could not find one compliant.

We had a wonderful vacation. The house was clean & comfortable and was perfect for vacationing with extended family. The location was ideal, we went out for walks every day, either to the beach, harbor or to Main St. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We had a great time, the condo was clean, had everything we needed. Close to restaurants, shopping and beach.
We had a fire out back and enjoyed our happy hours out there!!

Cute property- great owners!
The house is well equipped for a family. The owners respond quickly to questions. The down side is bringing your own towels and sheets. And window unit air conditioning was loud. . Other than that we had everything we needed. It’s a really good location too!

Heart of Hyannis
This was a great cottage in the middle of everything! We loved walking to the beach and Main Street Hyannis. We were able to take day trips all over the Cape during our week long stay thanks to its great location. The house was clean and really cute! The beds (and linens Patti provided since we flew in) were extremely comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed and lots of nice extras. We all loved the fire pit and spent every evening around the fire pit with or without a cooking fire. There were tables that seated 6 easily both inside and out. They also had everything we needed to seat 6+ on the beach (beach and bag chairs, mats, toys, and beach towels) and a cart to get everything there. Further, Patti was so easy to work with. She answered all of our questions/texts within moments and gave us great recommendations. We so enjoyed our stay, and hope to stay there again someday!! Thanks!!!

Loved every minute of Cape Cod and the rental.
We loved our visit to Cape Cod. This was our first time renting a property and not staying at a hotel. Patti the owner of the property was very kind and helpful. She answered every question I had and was so patient. The property was perfect for us. It was very clean and decorated so cute. The beds were comfortable and the beach buggy came in hand. We walked to Main Street and the beach. You will not be disappointed if you rent from Patti & Chris Jeans.

Perfect family vacation
Perfect location- walking distance to all attractions- nice house very tastefully decorated- comfy beds (even the fold out sofa). We had everything we needed for a family of five. The kitchen was well equipped for everything you could possibly need. Fire pit was provided with logs for fire, grill and dining set in backyard. The washer and dryer is an added bonus. It was our first time at the cape and was a good base to explore from. The owner is very helpful and provided lots of good information on local activities and dining. Highly recommend!! We couldn't be happier with our stay!

We had a week to find a rental house for our vacation at the Cape. We were lucky enough to find this house. It meet all our needs for three adults and two children. Patti was very accommodating and easy to work with.
