Absolutely loved this condo, extremely clean and spacious! The view from the living room and main suite was breathtaking. The location was convenient and within walking distance of a few restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our night at the condo, but felt the cleaning bill was high. Felt like too much for one night. However, it was quiet and in a great location for us and we especially loved the covered parking.

The owner was quick to respond. The description of the property was accurate. I really enjoyed the proximity to dining. Covered parking for 2 vehicles was terrific in the winter. We fit our GMC 3500 truck, standard bed. The kitchen made cooking at the property easy..

My husband and two other couples came up from Denver and stayed at Wayne’s condo for a ski trip and really enjoyed the location. We’ve stayed closed to Keystone mountain before but actually preferred this location because we could walk to Pug Ryan’s and it was only a 10 min drive to Keystone, 30 mins to Breck, and 40 mins to Vail. The dining room table was spacious enough for all of us for meals and it was great to have a washer/dryer inside the unit (although we ended up not needing to use it). The gas fireplace worked well with the switch inside. We also appreciated having 3 bathrooms for privacy. The hot tub in the main area on the complex was well maintained and clean. The best part was that the unit came with 3 indoor parking spaces, so every couple had their own spot, as well as 1 locker to keep all of our ski gear. The unit came with a gas grill as well, although it was cold and we never used it, but good to know for a summer trip! Overall, we loved the location and layout of this unit for 3 couples and would gladly rebook for another trip.

So much room for our family of 5. We loved the heated garage, the hot tub, and the convenience of being centrally located to Vail, Breck and Keystone (as well as Arapahoe and Copper which we did not ski). Definitely a great place.

This property was perfect for our stay. We had enough room for 4 adults + a toddler and really enjoyed spending the day playing cards on the patio. We were able to walk to restaurants and the marina without having to get in the car, which was key with a baby. Owner was always quick to answer any questions we had about the property. The description and pictures of the condo were great, so we decided to invite friends for the Spring break. The access information was sent in the last minute, but this was not a sign for worry. We were able to get to the parking garage and condo without issues. When we started unloading the luggage noticed that things were not very clean – you pay high price cleaning fee to see hairs in the bathrooms, not clean grills on the AC vents, so not very exciting. As our friends were coming the next day, decided to clean the master bath and bedroom for them, so it creates a good impression. The bedroom on the first floor was weird – nigh stand was on the ground, the floor standing lamp was not working and hardly standing straight, the blind was on the ground as if it was broken. Being a handy man, decided to fix some of these items to create coziness for the kids and make the issues go away, but notified the owner. The response was they know and it will be fixed in the future, something is ordered, seems weird just for a lamp. Was told the fireplace does not work as the pilot light was out and when we went to the condo called the owner to walk me through the process to fix it – the fireplace key was no where to be found, was told to go buy a key from Lowes and although I bought it, it turned out that the valve for the fireplace has nothing the square key can engage with as if the issue was there for a while. Then we had the first dinner – the table was wobbly, all of the chairs were different style, squeaky, afraid to move as you might fall on your back, spilled drinks and food due to the bad table. Then looked at the countertop to the sink, it had a big crack, notified the owner, as if they knew , but there was no urgency to fix. We were lucky the first few days were warm, but also hit a cold spell and tried the fireplace to only realize we are out of luck, the thermostat was programmed, so could not warm the condo as if it was automatically changing on low temp, the electrical radiators were not sufficient to warm the bigger first floor, so it became ridiculous to pay top dollar and stay in a condo for skiing trip without good heating and way to dry the ski boots. Few of the guests caught a cold, complained this was the worst condo they stayed on VRBO, so all I could do is apologize to our friends. Tried to work it out with the owner, but no luck for any discount after multiple attempts , so decided to leave bad review and open a complaint with VRBO.

We stayed here and skied at both Keystone and Breck. Very convenient access to both locations. The garage with elevator and cart were great for hauling out stuff back and forth from the car.

This was a comfortable space for 8 people to stay and conveniently located to everything. Would recommend!

The location was perfect! The two upstairs bedrooms suited our needs perfectly but the main floor bedroom was disappointing. We stayed 10 nights so the space in the lower bedroom was limited with no chest of drawers to keep clothing. The gas fireplace did not work.

The property is great, with large bedrooms, convenient location and with gorgeous views. We had a 4 years old kid and it was great for him as well. Kitchen is well equipped and the covered 2 cars garage was very helpful. Highly recommend this property.

We really enjoyed our stay during the Christmas week. Right downtown, a short trip to Keystone. Very convenient for skiers and nonskiers. Apartment was a more than adequate size for our party of six.

One of the best vacation rentals we have made. Beautiful scenery, very helpful manager/owner, spacious and comfortable rooms. We were especially glad to find that all the bedrooms had en suite baths. Well- equipped kitchen and pleas antt deck with gas grill Thanks, mr. Sullivan.

Nothing better than kicking your heels up on the couch with the fire going after a day of skiing and gazing at the view! This location in Dillon is central to basically everything in Summit Co.One thing to note is the master bedroom bed is pretty squeaky and was a bit saggy for my bad back. Other than that, the space was exactly what we needed and Wayne was very responsive to us. He even went out of his way to book and refund us for the first night we were supposed to stay there but couldn't make it in due to a large snow storm in Denver.

This unit has great space and is very centrally located! You could see the Dillon Ice Castles from the balcony. The owner is very quick to respond to questions, etc. and very friendly.

If you love Dillon, CO...you will love this place. Great location and great experience.

My parents were visiting from out of state and we wanted to get into the high country. Easy commute from Denver, was clean, bedding was great, kitchen was well-appointed, great mountain views, close to the water/marina --> very nice visit! Wayne was a great host and easy to connect with and very attentive. We would definitely recommend this option....just a few blocks from the lake!! Thank you Wayne!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is good. We were able to walk to the marina and several good restaurants. It was nice to have garage parking and an elevator. The kitchen is well appointed and we appreciated having a washer and dryer. No issues with anything, Owner/manager was easy to work with.

This condo had all the amenities we were looking for, and it was in a wonderful, central Summit County location. We loved that we were able to park in a garage and take an elevator to the floor our unit was on. The unit itself is well appointed, beautifully decorated, and the view from the deck of Buffalo and Red Mountains never gets old. Our stay was delightful and we would definitely choose to rent this unit again.
