About this apartment rental
This non-smoking, no-pet, luxury Juniper Springs Lodge condo is a quiet second-floor unit with amazing courtyard views of the ski mountain. It has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, comfortably sleeping 6 adult guests. One bedroom has a king bed (sleeps 2), while the guest bedroom has a twin XL over queen bunk bed (sleeps 3). The spacious living room has a queen sleeper sofa (sleeps 2), a stone gas fireplace, and a large-screen HDTV. There are spectacular views from the living room and the large balcony porch. One-car parking is included in the building’s heated underground garage with direct elevator access.
It is just steps from Eagle Lodge and the Eagle Chair. On the inside, you will find the creature comforts of home including a gas fireplace, microwave oven, dishwasher, iron/ironing board, high-speed internet, flat screen TV, Direct TV, VCR, DVD, and more. Laundry facilities are only steps away.
For summer rentals there are 2 10,000 BTU portable A/C units in the condo connected to in-wall vents.
Sitting slopeside on Mammoth Mountain's southern rise, Juniper Springs Lodge is the High Sierra getaway you have always dreamed of. Adjacent to the Eagle Express six-passenger chair lift, it presents a quiet air of sophistication while at the same time standing strong as a rugged, yet distinctive Mammoth landmark. The architecture is dramatic and romantic, its scale and styling subtle and in harmony with its surroundings. Upon arrival, you will pass through the grand, multi-story lobby into the Hearth Room. With its timber-beamed ceiling and massive rock fireplace, it is the ideal place to meet family and friends at the end of the day.
Condé Nast Traveler selected Juniper Springs Lodge as one of the premier ski-in/ski-out resort properties in the country (with 150 runs)., and our 2-bedroom condo is a great option for a weekend or week-long getaway. All the amenities you'd expect from a top-notch resort are here: a large outdoor swimming pool heated to 86 degrees year-round, three hot tubs, two barbecues, a game room, a business center, fitness center, and underground parking (which is an incredibly nice perk, especially after a full-blown Sierra powder dump!).
Skiers and boarders will enjoy the convenience of purchasing lift tickets on-site at guest registration (located in the main lobby), and the free seasonal shuttle runs every 30 minutes during ski season making traveling into town, the Village, Main Lodge, or Canyon Lodge an effortless affair.
Beyond the abundance of outdoor activities -- golfing, hiking, fishing, biking, horseback riding, cycling, kayaking, tubing, canoeing, hot air ballooning, etc. -- the town of Mammoth offers a nice medley of restaurants that run the gamut from casual fun to fine dining. Ultra-hip boutiques and day spas can be found in the Village and on Main Street.
Mammoth also has a growing arts and cultural scene with performing arts, live music, and arts & crafts festivals throughout the year.
And finally, there’s incredible nature to explore, such as Mammoth Hot Springs, Devils Post pile, Horseshoe Lake, Owens Valley River, San Joaquin River, Lake Crowley, Mt. Whitney, Yosemite, Mono Lake, Death Valley, ancient bristle pine cone forest, a western ghost town, fish hatchery and more!

Clean, comfortable place.
Pro's: King bed was beyond comfortable! Nice linens. Quite clean for a rental. There were many upgrades in furnishings and in the kitchen, that are not shown on website pictures, which was a nice surprise.
Con's: we specifically chose this place due to the advertised a/c units. We know it gets hot in the summer. Unfortunately, the portable a/c units put out so much heat when turned on, that the cold air coming out doesn't work well enough.
Lighting; too dark with not enough light bulbs installed.
Management was quick to respond.
Overall, this was a great stay.
We love Mammoth and all it has to offer!

Nice 2 bed 2 bath condo with full kitchen and living room. Nice patio is completely filled with snow drifts! So much snow!!! Covered heated parking is great, as are the elevators for loading and unloading!! Short walk to chair 15. I would recommend this place. Also Gil was very attentive and quick to respond.

Very short walk to Eagle lodge and lift. Easy to come back to the condo for lunch and head back out. Had a great time staying here with my teenage boys and friends. Hot tubs after boarding for the day were nice.

Great condo with extras in Mammoth!
Perfect condo for summer or winter! We stayed in the summer and loved the pool and 2 spas outside (1 spa was out of service). The portable air conditioners were amazing! Kept the condo cool during the day time, and then we could open windows at night. Kitchen was well supplied, but could use a few more plates and bowls (there were only 6 of each) so you could have more than 1 meal before running the dishwasher. Plenty of pots, pans, etc. Extra bath towels were supplied as well which was a plus!
Owner answered questions right away. Easy entry and parking. Condo was great for our family of 4. Would highly recommend, and look forward to staying here again!

Nice stay , Great location
Property is located in the heart of Mammoth and renters can use their pool as well as gym . Only downside - no towels in unit for pool and hotel will not supply them . Bring a can opener and a corkscrew ! Other than that it was a comfortable , quiet , affordable and fun stay !

Great condo next to Eagle lift.
Great place to stay at but don’t forget to bring salt, pepper and sugar. There’s nothing there.

Next to ski slopes/Eagle base lodge
Compact and well-appointed unit with nice dining table (for family games!) and pretty view to quiet courtyard. It is on lower level so heard unit above walking. The ski locker was bigger than expected and the best aspect was ski slope proximity.

Great Spot for Family
Great location attached to Eagle Lodge - cozy and warm, we loved the twin beds in the second bedroom because we have two kids. Had everything we needed - will definitely stay there again!

Wonderful ski-in ski-out place next to Eagle Lodge!
We usually rent big houses to enjoy with friends when we ski in Mammoth, but this time our family chose this 2 bedroom condo at Juniper Springs since it was just our family and we wanted to try the convenience of ski-in, ski-out accommodations. It was fantastic! Incredibly easy and nice. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed (except coffee for the coffee maker). We would definitely come back again! Thank you!!!

Perfect location!
Great location right next to Eagle Lodge. Condo was perfect for our family of 4. Loved having 2 full bathrooms! Condo was clean and well maintained. Gil provided very detailed check in/out instructions which made the whole process so easy. Ample parking in the underground garage and lockers for our skis were conveniently located. It was also nice to catch the shuttle downstairs in front of the resort! We will definitely be back!

Great location!
The location was very convenient, and check in was very smooth. The unit has a very nice floorplan and felt spacious. I don’t typically have allergies, but something in there made me sneeze nonstop. I’m assuming it was a cleaning product since the place didn’t look dusty.

Booked the place for a guys trip, I could not go last minute but the condo was clean and modern per my buddies. Enough room considering the set up and 2 baths.
Thanks! Would book #230 again!!

To bad they were painting the exterior
Clean and lovely property. Looking forward to quiet but unable to open curtains for 4 days as ladders & painters were right outside. They would start at 7:30AM so no sleeping in. Great place but wish we knew about painters as we were looking for some R & R..

Can't beat the location for Mammoth ski trip
The location of the unit is perfect right next to the gondola if you are in Mammoth for skiing. Unit is spacious, clean and has everything needed and well equipped for stay at home cooking during those pandemic related limited dining options times. Came here for the second time and would come back again.

best location
The proximity to the slopes of this property is amazing. We could be in a lift line within 5 minutes of leaving our room. Our adult daughter could work in the room and take one-hour breaks on the slopes, which would have been impossible almost anywhere else. We had a dishwasher issue, but Ricardo was quick and competent in fixing it. I would stay here again.
