Our family with young adult to adult age members was very comfortable at Aspen Inn. The kitchen was stocked well with tools and spices. The location was ideal for our first visit to Yellowstone. The cabin is spacious and bedrooms are comfortable. Shawna responded quickly to questions. It was very enjoyable 4 day stay.

Perfect spot close to Yellowstone and everything the area offers, nice and clean with everything we could’ve needed! Thank you

Loved the house, our kids loved the game room area and upper balcony area. The kitchen was amazing and had plenty of utensils, cookware, and spices. It was very peaceful and made our adventure to Yellowstone very relaxing!

Aspen Inn is a lovely well kept cabin in a sweet little community in a good location.
Unfortunately we had to contact the host about the following problems:
The neighboring house has a camera mounted outside their patio post facing the hot tub & grill deck which is not acceptable.
There was an ant problem -large black ants in cabin & outside front door right corner.
The hose was not connected and is too short to extinguish the fire-pit so we had to douse it by hand as required in the contract.
Not keen on towels washed by former renters. Didn’t smell clean or fresh & were dry and scratchy.
The dryer barely gets hot or stays hot with 4 towels in it. We spent 3 hrs cleaning & drying towels with tepid air which your contract required us to do to obtain refund. The dryer will not dry any amount of towels in a reasonable amount of time. Might need a service call to check the vent or the heating element.
Propane tank #1 was left on so it was empty Propane tank #2 was only partially full.
There was no cutting board so we bought one and left it there.
3 of 4 casement windows on the first floor bedrooms close but do not latch or lock.
The host stated the owners were there before we arrived and their cleaning people did not clean it for us so why some things were missed. I think we were very understanding about all that during our stay.
We had an issue with a refundable charge stated in the contract and online Vrbo terms which Vrbo took care of.

Super nice house. Beautiful location and was well stocked. Hot tub was a great bonus. House is advertised without WiFi so we did know it in advance. Unfortunately one person in our party did have to work while on vacation so this was an inconvenience to them. Other issue was that we were required to wash our towels before we left. If I’m paying a $325 cleaning fee I don’t want to be washing towels. I also don’t want to be using towels that I don’t know if they were washed or not. Who knows what the previous renters did.

This is a great property. We stayed for a week in the middle of May. Shawna was great about answering any questions I had leading up to our stay.

We loved the cabin, it was clean and had a well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed the hot tub, pool table and ping pong table. Also appreciated that there was wood for the fire pit. Shawna was very nice and pleasant to deal with.

We spent the Thanksgiving weekend there as a family. Enjoyed the hot tub, the space, the pool table, and the opportunity to just be together.

Great cabin for two families with kids. Upstairs pool/ping pong table was a hit. Hot tub is very nice. Kitchen is well stocked with spices and kitchen necessities. Due to the boil order we brought a large water jug with dispenser which was handy to use at the kitchen sink. Host provided several bottles of water. We didn’t want to have to plan our last morning around washing and drying all the towels so we brought our own towels. Location 15-20 minutes from Yellowstone was perfect.

Wonderful accommodations even with the boil alert going on. Loved sinking into the hot tub after a day of hiking. Even had a moose visit us for breakfast this morning!

Everything we needed and great location.

The rental property was outstanding! I am so happy that my family was able to stay in this vacation rental home. The home was stocked with items, clean, and the management was wonderful to work with. Five stars is the highest I am able to rate them. I wish I could rate them higher

Space for all, and activities for all ages. Made a good home base for our visits to Yellowstone NP. High light? Bull moose browsing nearby in the evening. Moose cow and calf browsing nearby the following morning.

The house was clean, and easy access to Yellowstone.
Everything we needed to stay comfortably. Enjoyed our stay very much.
*Problem: E coli in water so we had to use bottled water and be very careful not to get water in mouths, which is hard to do with toddlers, and bathing. No WiFi , which is hard with our modern times.

We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin had everything we needed and the location is beautiful. Would definitely stay here again.

We attended a wedding in Livingston, MT and stayed at this location for the Yellowstone portion of our trip. Everything was as listed on the home description and very accommodating.

This property allowed us to enjoy all the parks have to offer. Communication was great and the house was clean, thoughtfully appointed and roomy for our group of 9....the pictures do not show how great it is. We will definitely stay again if in the area.

Cabin was wonderful. We had a baby. Manager provided a pack n play and high chair at our request. There was supposed to be an ice chest that wasnt there for some reason. We called her and she brought one over in 30 min. She was great to work with. Cabin is unpluged. Phones worked fine. Hot spot from phones worked slow at kitchen counter by fridge and on corner of downstairs left bedroom. We had a college student she was able to study in those spots. The baby was sick. Info book had number to nearby clinic. Very useful since we couldn't get google. The corner of the main road had great connection there. We would stop there on our way back to catch up on emails. I highly recommend this cabin. We have used vrbo for a long time. This is one of the best that we have stayed in. Beds were comfortable. I am used to a much softer mattress, yet i still slept great on their comfortable firm mattress. There are coffee shops in west with internet and the west chamber of commerce has public internet student used for test.

This cabin was perfect for what we needed it for…quiet & relaxing!!! Hot tub was great and fire pit came in handy. Didn’t like that there was a boil water notice but that’s not anything against this property or owners. We just made adjustments for it.

We loved the cabin. Comfortable beds and great space for family. My teen loved the pool table. My only issue was the hot tub was cold the first night. We were able to use it the first morning but after hiking all day in the rain in Yellowstone and really looking forward to that hot tub it wasn’t warm yet so that was a bummer. However a mommy moose and her baby were walking around all four days we were there which was exciting and made up for that :) great communication from the host and we appreciated the water she provided. There is no Wi-Fi but there is a dvd player and they have some movies. If you have young kids I would maybe bring a couple of their favorite dvds along for evenings. We actually really liked that we couldn’t use the internet and had to unplug. Highly recommend!

Had a great time with our entire family. 6 adults , 1 child and a 11 month old baby. The property was very nice and clean. Our 1st day there we saw a Momma moose with her baby moose right out side the cabin. It was magical and exciting. We were only a short drive from the west entrance to Yellowstone so that made it easy to see the sights but be away from some of the Hussle. The cabin was clean and well stocked. Everything we needed to prepare our meals was there. There were also games to play and we all pitched in a built a puzzle through out the days that we were there. Hot tub was clean and enjoyable. The firepit was really nice and there was plenty of supplied wood to have a nice fire. The boys enjoyed the pool table and the girls were comfortable on the furniture with the views out side. Beds were comfortable and we all slept well. This was a great place to stay. We hope to be back some day soon.

Went for a Mother’s Day vacation with the hubby, kids and their spouses. (6 of us) We toured Yellowstone daily. Cabin was perfect for us! Very clean and had everything we could need. Board games and books, ping pong and pool table. So fun coming back and having dinner together, playing games or hot tubbing! Easy rental process, would rent again!!

Property was very roomy and comfortable. Nicely decorated and had everything we needed. Hosts communicated well. Would stay again anytime!

We had a wonderful time. Saw some moose near the cabin!! Had trees to hang my hammock! Location was great to get to yellowstone and enjoy the shops in town. Plenty of space to spread out. Neighbor was great too. Definelty stay again if ever in the area.
4.8
Seriously the greatest place to stay!! We had moose come into the yard, hot tub house, furnishings, LOCATION, everything was perfect!! Will we recommend, YES!!! Will we stay again, YES!! LOVED IT ALL!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The house is as shown except even nicer in real life. The wood inside is beautiful and it has nice new plush carpeted floors. Having 4 bedrooms was really nice for our group, much better than having to have a sofa bed or beds in the loft like some other places we looked at. We used the hot tub and fire pit every night and we also used the ping pong/pool table every night too.
There was some discussion in reviews about internet. We loved not having internet and our phones did get a signal in the house (xfinity and T-Mobile).
The park was close enough to easily get to each day and we also enjoyed exploring Island Park. I was thankful we chose a house at the far north end of Island Park because it definitely made access to the park easy.
We didn’t see any moose this trip but we did have a young buck in the yard on our last day! I highly recommend this house and also visiting in October, it was so peaceful and we saw and did a lot more than we could have done if we had to fight summer crowds.

This cabin’s location is wonderful! We loved walking in West Yellowstone and taking the short drive to Yellowstone Park. The cabin is well stocked and very cozy! Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

We loved our stay at this cabin. Location was great to be able to explore both Island Park and Yellowstone. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. We had a great time using the deck and the hot tub. Thank you!!

Great get away and close to everything. We were able to go to Yellowstone and have a place to relax during the night.

Great location for our group of 6 as we explored Yellowstone.

The amenities were second to none. The house is beautiful and location is close to West Yellowstone. I can’t say enough about this rental. ❤️

Beautiful setting off in the woods, good communication with property manager. Awesome place to relax after a long day of seeing and hiking Yellowstone NP. Lots of kitchen/luving needs provided.

The property was great - very clean, lots for kids and adults to do (games, books, pool table, hot tub, etc.) and a quick drive away from Yellowstone. We enjoyed our time there and would Stat again.

Awesome stay!
It worked out perfect for our family to visit yellowstone and surrounding area.
Grandpa, kids and grandkids had a great time.
Ping pong and pool table and hot tub kept the grandkids occupied while the adults could unwind from long days at the park.
The kitchen was VERY WELL equiped with more supplies than I have at home, LOL.
I would recommed for anyone wanting to stay away from the hustle and bustle of west yellowstone.

The perfect cabin , perfect location
This cabin is a short drive to Yellowstone. It has all the things included that made our stay easy (spices, trash bags. Laundry detergent , etc were included. The cabin was spacious with plenty to keep a family entertained. The hot tub was a nice way to relax at the end of a day in the parks.

Aspen Inn has an excellent location for exploring Yellowstone and the surrounding area. The cabin had everything our family needed. The 4 equally sized bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths provided plenty of room to spread out. We also had internet connections at the cabin via our Verizon cell phones without any issues all week (unlimited data plan). Tip- use the National Park App for touring information inside Yellowstone (restrooms, food, attractions etc. It works without a cell signal if you select "offline").

This was the perfect house for us to stay in while we visited Yellowstone. Big enough for us to separate when we wanted, but plenty of room to gather for meals, games, and chatting. I'll be back the next time we come to Yellowstone!
