Stilvolle, großzügiges Appartement für tollen Italien-Urlaub!

Der Zugang war sehr einfach über eine Code. Man konnte also keinen Schlüssel verlieren! Der Vermieter Francesco war stets für uns erreichbar und hat für alles Lösungen gefunden. Das Appartement war für uns 5 Personen ordentlich groß, war stilvoll eingerichtet und hatte alles was man so benötigt. Mit der Lage direkt in der Innenstadt, hatte man nur einen kurzen Weg zum nächsten Eis und zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Müll wurde über ein sehr tolles System alle 3 Tage abgeholt.

Die beiden Klimageräte hatten ordentlich zu tun, liefen rund um die Uhr und hatten es dennoch schwer alle Räume angenehm zu kühlen. Wir hatten mit teilweise 34°C auch wirklich heiße Tage während unseres Urlaubes. Durch die zentrale Lage hatten man leider keinen Parkplatz vor der Tür, sondern musste ein paar Minuten zum nächsten öffentlichen Parkplatz zu Fuß in Kauf nehmen.

- Nicely furnished kitchen and living room - Comfortable, spacious and clean apartment - Great old town location - Easy checkin / checkout

- no air conditioning in rooms (only in a main hall from where fans are distributing the air across other rooms) - Air-conditioning engine made it impossible to sleep in one of the bedrooms (as it is not an external unit) - windows needed to be closed at night (every day there were garbage collectors and street cleaning machines driving at night, planes are heard) - weak WiFi range (only worked well in living room) - bathtub had unpleasantly looking dark spots

Großes und sauberes Appartment in erstklassiger Lage.

Das Appartment von Francesco war sehr geräumig und sauber. Ganz besonders gut gefallen hat uns die Lage direkt in der Stadt. Das Appartment hatte alles was wir benötigten und Francesco war ein sehr zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Das Haus ist hellhörig. Man hört die Obermieter. Das Haus liegt zwar in einer kleinen Straße, aber trotzdem ist es nachts nicht ganz ruhig. Uns hat es nicht gestört, wir haben es für die zentrale Lage in Kauf genommen.

The apartment was perfect for us (great location, fit all of us comfortably and was clean).

The location was excellent! It was in the center of Treviso and allowed us to walk everywhere including back and forth to the train station.

The one air condition unit in the apartment did not work.

Excellent trip - would stay again!

Easy check-in process with information communicated clearly and ahead of time. The space was great; plenty of room for multiple people if needed. Great sitting area. WiFi worked great. Location of the apartment was excellent - super easy to walk all around Treviso.

My only downside was the strength of the air conditioning. Granted, we happened to stay during an incredibly hot weekend (every day was 95F / 35C or hotter), so the units had a little bit of trouble keeping up with these particularly hot temperatures. That being said, two fans were provided which helped pick up any extra slack, and we still enjoyed a comfortable stay and comfortable sleeping conditions, even during this extreme weather. I would guess if it were a bit cooler, you might not notice an issue.

A perfect base to explore Rome, Florence, Venice and of course Treviso itself

Great location , spotless, comfortable, easy to access, the host was really helpful and responded promptly.

Our only suggestion would be perhaps a couple more fans for use when it is really hot … but this was a minor niggle as the property was lovely

Great location, spacios and beautiful appartment

The apartment is located in the city center, great place for having walks around and sightseeing. It was much more spacious and excellently decorated than expected, which was a nice surprise. The host had left us some compliment food and drink, which we genuinly enjoyed. We were travelling with kids and the wellnequipped kitchen was appreciated a lot!

Just a few minor suggestions to make the appartment experience even better - put a small shelf in the bathroom out of reach of children. The laundry pouches and shower gel/shampoo can be put there to be safe from curious kids. - provide detailed instructions for the garbage bins in English. It took a bit of guessing + searching around as some of the bins were in front of the building and others were a bit "hidden" in the kitchen

A perfect choice for us.

The location is excellent. it is in the very heart of the town yet quiet.

We could not fault it and it was as described. We were prepared for the fact that there is nowhere to sit outside and the view is of ancient walls but looking out of the window is still interesting as it is a popular cut through.

Clean & spacious apartment with comfortable beds located in heart of Treviso.

Excellent location in heart of Treviso. Spacious apartment. Quiet, clean with comfortable beds. Host very helpful. Treviso is a charming lively, town- Tiramisu was invented here. Also close to Prosecco countryside and Venice

We did not realise that the apartment was on 3rd floor. 48 steps was a problem for one of our group & we struggled a little to carry bags & recycling bins up and down. Electric sockets were not always easy to use

Lovely apartment in the heart of beautiful Treviso

Absolutely lovely apartment. Just perfect for our three-week stay in beautiful Treviso. Very clean, comfortable and elegantly designed. Great WiFi, TV and Netflix. The host was very helpful and easy to reach.

The apartment was very cold - not so uncommon in historical Italian buildings. We greatly appreciated the extra blankets.

Excellent base to discover beautiful Treviso

The apartment could not be better situated, right in the historic heart of beautiful Treviso, just of Calmaggiore and 5 minutes from Piazza dei Signori. A classic Italian apartment, spacious and well-furnished.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor and being an old building there is no lift. So careful planning may be required to avoid unnecesssary trips up the stairs!

Second time, hope for many more!

Second time at this apartment. Very comfortable and clean, and the location is unbeatable, right in the center of Treviso but on a quiet street. The free parking lot, only a few minutes away, is a huge plus, and we never had any problem finding a spot in the late afternoon/evening when returning from our day trips. The beds are very comfortable as well, and an extra toilet essential when traveling in a group. Would definitely recommend and plan on staying here again when visiting Treviso.

Easily the best and biggest apartment we’ve been in during our travels. It’s quiet, well located, beds are comfy. Having Netflix was a great bonus. No hesitation in recommending this property.

the host told me to leave my bag in a room after checking out, but when I went back to take back my staff, the room was closed and nobody was there. I lost my train because of that the host sent me instructions by email and a digital code to unlock the apartment. so I could check-in whenever. I arrived late in night and I found out that the code was not matching with the apartment mentioned in the host email and I was out of the apartment luckily enough, I tried the code on different apartments on the same building and I could get.into another one at the second floor

The appartment is spacious, it has 3 bedrooms and one large living room with a fully equipped kitchen. Sparkling clean and very well located. The street the building is on is very close to the center, church and everything you want, although very quiet for a super central location. The only noisy moment is when the garbage is picked up late in the night and the streets cleaning is happening early in the morning but we were not bothered because it fit with our schedule. The host was very nice and quickly responded to our messages, even increased the temperature in the appartment in a colder night. The train station is 10-15 mins away by foot and you can reach a lot of locations from there. But save some time to visit Treviso too, it is a very beautiful and relaxing town! Thank you and hope we have the chance to return!

Fantastic centrally located home away from home

We liked and enjoyed the following: -Superb location - in the heart of pedestrian area of Treviso, walking distance to all main facilities. -Flat was excellent size for a family of 4 -Kitted out with all necessary home features and utensils -2 small bedrooms have comfortable beds -Key code entry worked well -Host was helpful & responsive

Some developmental feedback albeit subjective: -Living room is spacious yet only has two love seats which leaves you wanting for a nice long sofa to relax and enjoy the TV -Master bedroom bed wasn't to our liking - subjective I realise.

Located just off main shopping street, very central. Easy walk to Saturday market. 10 min walk to train station. Treviso is a lovely town to wander, esp within the city walls.
