Aloha, and Welcome to Maui Kaanapali Villas. We provide beach gear for your use. Masks, snorkels, fins, boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrella, ice chest and a wagon to take it all to the beach
We are delighted to offer our villa in the authentic feeling of “Old Hawaii” with all the comfort and conveniences of modern day. The pale yellow imperial plaster walls cast a warm inviting light throughout the Villa.
A full kitchen with Granite counter tops, dishwasher, stainless steel ceramic cook top stove, microwave oven and large refrigerator make cooking a pleasure and clean up a breeze.
Experience the wonderful feeling of exotic polished Hawaiian river rock under foot in the kitchen and shower room and natural bamboo flooring throughout the rest of the villa. No need for shoes here! We provide luxurious linens, bath and beach towels.
Our Villa is tucked away in the most private corner of the Maui Kaanapali Villas beautiful 11 acre resort . You will experience the feeling of privacy, yet not be far from all there is to explore at our resort and beyond. Surrounded by lush tropical gardens you are only steps away from the more private of the two pools and Jacuzzi’s on the property. At night the tiki torches in the gardens provide the perfect romantic ambiance for the villa and your private lanai.
With our fully equipped kitchen you can prepare your meals and dine inside at our beautiful carved rosewood table or out on the lanai. Don’t feel like cooking? The convenience of The Cast Away Restaurant and bar located beach front at our resort is the perfect place to dine for breakfast, lunch and dinner. With their award winning wine collection, island style cuisine and friendly staff you will be sure to be delighted.
From our villa it is only a short two minute stroll through the exotic tropical gardens to the pristine white sands of the world famous Kaanapali Beach. There you will find the beach shack with all your water sport and cabana rentals. Right in front of the villa, and a short walk down the beach to Black Rock, provides you with two of the best snorkeling reefs on Maui. Lots of turtles and fish in their natural habitat to swim among.
Pull up a lounge chair on the grassy area fronting the beach to watch the nightly colorful sunsets, or stroll the boardwalk along the beach to discover restaurants bars and more.
At Maui Kaanapali Villas we offer a free trolley to venture to the other side of Black Rock to the Whalers Village. There you will find shops, restaurants, hotels and lots of activity.
There is an additional facility fee of $25 + taxes per day paid directly to Maui Kaanapali Villas upon check in.
The facility fee includes parking of one vehicle
( second vehicle $10 per night), high speed internet and wifi access, pool and beach towels daily, coffee in the lobby 6-9 am daily, access to hospitality restrooms for early arrivals and late departures, discounted laundromat, Kaanapali Trolly to Whalers Village and shopping center, yoga classes three days per week ocean or garden settings, and a state of the art Precor fitness center with 24 hr access.

We have stayed here twice, both visits were great. The location is perfect for a relaxing get away… the pool is only steps from the lanai, and the beach is a short walk from there. We look to return again next year!

The room was so clean, well stocked with everything we might need and so quiet. We loved not being around all the hustle and bustle of whalers village but close enough to walk there if we wanted. We would definitely stay here again!

Thank you Jeanne for a wonderful stay. We felt so welcomed by all the personal touches. We enjoyed the basket with wine and local treats, and the fresh flower/greenery garnishments throughout the spotless unit. The decor is inviting and cozy and the bed is very comfortable. It was so nice to have use of the wagon full of beach gear, especially the chairs. This unit had everything we needed and more. Nice location on the property, adjacent to one of the pools and a short walk through the property to the uncrowded beach. We've been staying at MKV for the past 10 years and this is our new favorite unit, loved the old Hawaii vibes!

The unit was very clean, cozy and beautifully appointed. We loved bed the nice welcome basket of goodies and the charming special touches, like orchid blossoms placed on the towels and little candies wrapped in tropical leaves and flowers on the bed. There were potted orchids growing in several locations, so it really felt like a special tropical getaway. Communication with the host was excellent too!

Host did a great job making us feel welcomed. The supply of beach gear and wagon to pull it was a great touch in addition to the welcome setup. There is a slight walk to the beach but not bad and easy to navigate (especially with the wagon provided). A pool right out back and a larger one just off the beach with the restaurant. Only issue was tried to call host before leaving to discuss leftover groceries. Checkout procedure only referenced towels and dishes and didn't want to waste unopened food if cleaning staff would use it. Was unable to reach Jeanne that morning to confirm whether it was ok to leave it or to throw it away. Left is since checkout procedures didn't specify anything on the subject and was unable to reach Jeanne. Great location and setup and would stay again. Very nice.

We were very pleased and impressed! This was the cleanest and best appointed VRBO we've ever rented. Everything was very clean and organized. Fresh flower lei, fresh flower garlands on towels and pillows, a chocolate wrapped in a palm leaf on the pillows with the flower, a welcome basket of local treats coffee and wine was left for us. These were above and beyond the usual expectation and made us feel so welcome and at home. Plentiful essentials supply organized in a bathroom drawer. Kitchen well stocked. Mattress was comfortable. Parking convenient and available. Nice beach a short walk away. Beach essentials provided in a nice foldable wagon. Very nice gated pool and hot tub right out the lanai door. A short drive to restaurants in Lahaina. Pleasant resort neighborhood. We could not have been more pleased! We will definitely seek to stay here again in the future.

Excellent Place
This has to be the best setup VRBO we have ever stayed at. It had everything we needed and then some. The patio was perfect and very close to the smaller pool which was much quieter than the larger pool and perfect for chilling after some time in the ocean. We would definitely stay here again.l

Paradise found!
I’ve stayed at 3 different units at this property and the experience with this unit was by far the best. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and hot tub just a few feet from the patio and often had it all to ourselves. The wagon full of beach tools/toys made it easy to just grab what we needed or take the whole wagon. When one of the fins ripped the owner brought a new pair within hours which was very gracious. The property is located on north kaanapali beach which has a nice snorkeling reef. For years I’ve heard the snorkeling was best at black rock so finally I went there on this trip. Nope, it’s better north of the rock near this property. Added on to this is the marvelous beachwalk/boardwalk which you can walk for miles— and we did each morning. i definitely recommend this unit which has everything you need for a paradise getaway. A beautiful suite at MKV.
MKV is always a great stay for us. This suite was the best we've ever stayed at when visiting Maui, full of lovely touches for our arrival, including a gift basket. The thoughtfulness and care for the unit were greatly appreciated. Mahalo!

Jeanne provided everything we could’ve needed - all of the beach supplies (chairs, umbrella, boogie boards), plenty of towels/linens, and all the kitchen necessities. The room was also pristine upon arrival. When we had a minor maintenance issue, Jeanne was quick to respond and resolve it for us! We loved this room and would recommend it to everyone! We can’t wait to come back someday!

The condo is super clean and the attention to detail is amazing. Everything from ottomans covered in gecko print, beautiful linens, fresh orchids everywhere, a welcome basket with local goodies, and well stocked kitchen. Plus my favorite, a beach wagon packed with a great umbrella, boogie boards, beach chairs, snorkel gear, an insulated day cooler, and even pool noodles. The wagon was an amazing detail that made trips down to the beach a breeze. I would definitely stay here again. My only suggestion would be privacy sheers or reflective film on the sliding glass doors. They face the pool gate. You either have to have the drapes closed or be okay with people looking in your place when your hanging out. But all in all a great Maui experience.

Great villa in Kaanapali
This villa was the perfect place for our stay on Maui. As the reviews have mentioned, the villa was stocked with snacks upon our arrival which was a nice touch. There were native flowers spread throughout the villa to really make you feel the Aloha spirit. The location to the 2nd pool and spa in the resort were also very convenient since the entrance is maybe 30 feet from the lanai. This is a fantastic location and very close to a large beach as well. We would definitely consider this villa again should we return to Maui in the future.
