This House is large and comfortable. Impeccably clean and located a short walk from downtown. The large front porch was the highlight and where we spent a lot of time.

Pauline was super helpful and friendly! The house was amazing…it was totally stocked with every little thing anyone would need. TSA opened a present I had wrapped, therefore, I needed scotch tape to wrap again, and there it was available in the house! The place had such a loved vintage feel plus the location was amazing…within easy/minutes walking distance to downtown! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Corbin Manor. The house is located on a quiet street just over the bridge from downtown Charlevoix. The home is just a short walk to all the restaurants, shopping and the beach. Checking in and out was easy, and any questions we had were quickly answered by the owner or the manager. The home is comfortable and quite large. It had plenty of room for three couples. The inviting wraparound front porch was our favorite place to relax and visit. If you are looking for a place to stay in Charlevoix, try Corbin Manor. I don't think you will be disappointed.

Charlevoix is our happy place!!!
This home is in a perfect location. It is convenient to walk the town, including the beaches and downtown area. The house is large and the rooms are spacious. The large porch is perfect for morning coffee and just hanging out. We had 3 young children with us and were able to let them safely play on the porch by blocking the steps. Polly was easy to work with, as was Laurie, the caretaker. Thanks!

Amazingly spacious home with the best location and best porch
This house was an amazing place to spend the week with our family!! It is a HUGE house and easily accommodated 10 of us — the first floor bedroom was perfect for my parents and also has a bathroom that is accessible from their room and accessible from the kitchen for the house to use. The kitchen is huge and there was so much room for us all to talk around the island while cooking dinner. The dining and living room gave us ample room to enjoy our meals and watch the Olympics. And the porch is the best porch in Charlevoix! We sat outside every night to see the start of the sunsets and talked until the early hours. The upstairs is massive as well! There is a large bedroom with a bathroom and small kitchenette. The other 3 bedrooms were so spacious and had roll away beds, which were perfect for the littles and a stowaway uncle :) There is also 2nd bathroom with a claw foot tub on the second floor. You are a block from downtown, maybe a mile from Lake Michigan and maybe less than a mile to Depot. We will definitely be back!!

Great spot!
We rented this house for a family wedding and were very happy with our stay. Polly could not have been lovlier and the house was just what we needed - plenty of space to spread out, an awesome front porch, and easy walking distance into town and the beach.

Perfect location, great size house, quiet neighborhood
We had a wonderful week at this property. It is a short walk from downtown and to the lighthouse. We walked to the sunset every night and walked or biked to town many times. The house is quite large and worked well for our group of 3 children and 6 adults. The owner is extremely responsive before and during the trip.

Perfect location
Fantastic location to walk to everything. There is so much to do in Charlevoix. Three beaches nearby - Lake Michigan, Depot and Ferry. Castle Farms is less than 10 min drive and is a must see. We loved the mushroom house tour and the sunshine charter sailboat ride. The beach never felt too crowded and social distancing and masking were present. Really a fantastic trip with our young family. This house was probably a little too big for our family of four lol, but my kids loved exploring and the “secret” stairway.

Fabulous Home Away from Home
Beautiful, well maintained and very clean home with a great property manager to assist with any concerns, if needed. The location of the property is excellent! It is within a few blocks of downtown Charlevoix, the beaches or the railway bike system. It also has easy access to nearby towns of Petoskey, Harbor Springs and more by bike or car. It has the best wrap around front porch for coffee in the morning or socializing in the afternoon. With 5 bedrooms and 3 baths, there is ample room for a large family. The kitchen is perfect for cooking and visiting with the center island. We wouldn't stay anywhere else when in Charlevoix!

Loved the house
I just returned home from spending a week at this lovely house. Loved it! My husband and I and our three adult children along with my two grandkids had a great week. The house is very roomy and was very clean. The kitchen is great. Every dish and pot and pan that you would desire is there. We spent morning in the kitchen drinking coffee and chatting around the island. Evening were spent playing cards on the large dining room table. Had some family over and we all enjoyed the porch. Plenty of parking and only a few blocks from town. We definitely will return. You can't go wrong spending a week here.

Wonderful house, fabulous porch, lovely owner, perfect town
We've spent time in Charlevoix the Beautiful our whole lives and have rented many different houses. This house is in a great walk-to-town location and has a huge front porch where we linger over coffee for hours. There's tons of room to house an extended family. The owner is a lovely person who truly cares about her guests enjoying the home and there are games and puzzles if the weather requires an inside day. The local manager is very responsive to all requests and needs.
We love our days in this house and this town. With fresh-caught fish from Cross Fisheries and local fruits and vegetables (especially the corn and raspberries) from Kiteley's farm, we are amazed at the how the days fly by. It's great to have a gas barbecue in the yard and nice to have a spacious, equipped kitchen. With the walking distance beaches and shops, it's the ultimate relaxing vacation spot.
I highly recommend Corbin Manor and Charlevoix!

Great House in a Great Town
We used the whole house, as 10 members of our family gathered for our daughter’s wedding at Castle Farms. We were very comfortable in the house, and we were just two blocks from the Edgewater Inn where the rest of the wedding party stayed. The owner of the house was a pleasure to deal with and really made us feel like her guests. The house was extremely well equipped and supplied and suited our needs. When we arrived there were nice fluffy towels laid out in each room for all guests. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen, living, and dining areas were spacious. We were able to comfortably entertain and visit with family and friends who had come for the wedding. We enjoyed gathering on the front porch where there was plenty of seating. We were a little surprised by the amount of traffic on Michigan Ave. It was just across the front yard of the house across the street, but it really wasn’t a problem. We parked up to five cars off the street. Some of us stayed several extra nights after the wedding to relax and enjoy Charlevoix. That was a good decision because it’s a wonderful town.
The listing for the house was complete and accurate. However, the upstairs layout was a little awkward. Three of the bedrooms had access to the hall bathroom with the beautiful clawfoot tub, but no shower. From those bedrooms one had to go through the larger front bedroom to get to a shower, or go downstairs. Just need to be aware of that when assigning bedrooms.
The house is in a very convenient location. Make sure you catch the sunset from nearby Dixon Avenue. Some days it’s too cloudy, and some days it’s too clear, but with the right clouds to catch the colors, the sunsets are fantastic. We used at least five of the access points to the beach and enjoyed collecting samples of the fascinating variety of stones on the beach, including a few of the ancient Petoskey stones. Walk Dixon Avenue and Michigan Avenue to see some gorgeous old homes. The downtown shops are within walking distance, and worth visiting.
We found everyone in town to be very welcoming and friendly, while not being intrusive. We were there for the planting of the miles of petunias, and were amazed by the wonderful civic participation by what seemed to be the whole town. Kudos to the Charlevoix Rotary Club for feeding the petunia planters.
We have rented 12 houses in 10 states in 9 years. We enthusiastically recommend this house.
