Overall for the amount of time we were in the room, the condo was convenient but not the cleanest and coziest feel.

The location was great! Two pools were nice to have so they weren’t overly crowded.

The condo wasn’t the cleanest after we got there and looked around a little. There were cracks through the bottom of doors so bugs were getting in. The AC unit leaked into smokes detectors so they went off. Bed sheets seem to have some stains on it.

Needs major updating in 1613

The location of the actual resort to the beach and the pools.

1613 was super outdated. There was missing pieces on the walls, leaving nails and gaps exposed. The beds were very uncomfortable, the living room furniture was super outdated and nothing like what I have experienced in previous stays at Pelican.

In order to get in the condo we had to have a pin code to get in.

The best thing about the condo it was so close to the beach

I didn’t things I didn’t like was the condo need some updating. There was no TV in the second bedroom big Inconvenience.

Good family environment, a lot of long term residents consisting of retirees who came for the winter

The view was great. The staff at the front desk were friendly but unable to accommodate my needs due to the structure of the management of the facility. A lot of eateries and things to do when the beach wasn't an option.

Half the light bulbs were blown, the mattress still had plastic on it, my parked truck was involved in a hit-and-run in the parking garage, and security wasn't able to determine any relevant information (even though it was right in front of a camera, because of the poor quality of the camera), I actually checked out two days early. Construction activities were conducted in the middle of the night, the main entrance was blocked, and I couldn't load/unload my vehicle conveniently; having only one leg and triple the distance was very difficult. Not enough large luggage dollies. There were too many emails and messages to separate important information from the dribble easily; half the links in the emails were dead. They didn't connect to anything, and there were no maps or instructions on how to check in.

Did not like the 3rd party bit. Could not get help from workers at the facility. Had to contact bookings.com to get any kind of help. And they were very hard to contact.

We made the best of it with our grandkids for first time in Florida

Proximity to beach was awesome and view beautiful BUT the unit is VERY RUNDOWN and many things are broken or seriously outdated. I left a review with the property managers and heard nothing.

Never booking with Vacassa again.

Location was great. Balcony view was great. Tiki bar staff were very nice. Short walk to beach.

I didn't like that I requested a longer stay and I never got a response, then it said Vacasa can't arrange my request ahead of time and that they'll do their best to accommodate on my arrival. Then a few hours before my arrival they sent me an email saying they didn't allow early check in or late check out "because of COVID". I called and asked if I could pay a fee and it was a no. Cause of COVID they had to have enough time to clean etc. And the place was not even that clean, especially the bathrooms. Later on we also called to ask for another blanket because we didn't have enough for 6 guests like we said there were going to be and again a NO "because of COVID". Makes no sense. We were definitely not happy and we'll never book anything that has to do with Vacassa again, first time and last time. Also didn't like their security staff constantly harassing us and other guests about the wristbands, I understand there can be others (not guests) trying to get into facility but they were ridiculous about it. Couldn't walk anywhere without being constantly asked about the wristbands.

Pigeon droppings on balcony Low lightbulbs in all lamps Carpets need cleaned No blankets or mattress pad on beds. Had to use my beach towel for a blanket Arm bands uncomfortable Elevators not all working.
