We loved this place. There is so much room and activities for the kids (we had 3 with us, 7, 10 and 12).
The only negative is that there is only one shower but we knew that going in and made it work.
We would definitely stay here again.

This was our second stay at this property and we would stay again. There is lots of space for a family or work colleagues and the kitchen is well equipped for cooking. There is a lovely outside seating area in the back, and it is about a 10 minute drive to the Convention Center.

Our stay at the Gray House was wonderful and comfortable! The house was very nicely appointed and the kitchen was stocked with everything we could have wanted and more. The beds were quite comfortable. The yard is lovely. Foosball in the cellar! Now that was a welcome addition. Checking in was simple and exit instructions clear. The neighborhood was peaceful and made for very nice strolls. Response from the rental contact was immediate. I would stay here again.

The house is great. Very clean. And the location is central to anything you’d want to get to.

Loved the kitchen, the older home had some attractive updates & The area close to many food options. I would not recommend bringing any kids or elderly- as the stairs going both upstairs or down to basement are not safe. I’m surprised no one has slipped or fallen- the stairs could not have met code! The floors upstairs are sloped terribly. The fireplace was closed, yet had a very cold draft blowing in- we had to makeshift something to block the air. The furniture was terribly uncomfortable - one couch had virtually no back - how to sit comfortably and watch tv? Not sure. A little disappointed, as these things could be corrected. will not stay again.

The house is super nice, clean, quiet, and in a nice neighborhood. We will be staying here again when we are back in Tacoma.

We were refinishing our hardwood floors at our house and moved out for the week while the job was completed. Everything was perfect. Michaeal, the owner, was so helpful with everything and the house was perfect. It worked out great. Had lots of amenities stocked with everything you would need and very close by to where we live. It all worked out perfectly.

The Gray House is located in a nice quiet neighborhood in the North End of Tacoma. It’s a historic home that has been nicely updated. There is a pretty fenced in backyard with lovely landscaping. Seniors take note that the front entrance does not have a handrail. There is a bedroom on the ground floor if you need to avoid steps. The TV has mostly streaming services so make sure you know your passwords.

Well-kept older house in a quiet neighborhood. We really enjoyed our time there.

We came to watch my granddaughter compete in her gymnastics. It was nice to be in a very comfortable home . It was nicely furnished and had all the pots and dishes you’d need. That area can be cold so I also liked that there were enough throw blankets. We had a bit of trouble opening the door with the code but glad there was a back up key🙂

The house was perfect for our 3 generational gang. We all had space to spread out, inside and out. The foos ball table in the basement was a bonus and perfect for the 6-8 year olds, as well as the outside patio for the grownups. The kitchen had every possible tool, pot or pan needed to cook with! The neighborhood was quiet and convenient to shopping, Tacoma and Point Defiance. Highly recommend!

Great neighborhood. Historic house.
We enjoyed our stay - the house was great, perfect for what we needed. The renovations on the main floor are spectacular. We did not really use the second floor and basement. The yard was loose rocks but my dogs figured it out. Nice setting.

Good base for exploring
This was the perfect base for our family's spring break trip. We were able to easily explore Mount Rainier, Seattle and Tacoma, and the kids enjoyed being able to have their own rooms to spread out in.

Well provisioned, comfortable house
The neighborhood is very pleasant and walkable. Having a property with parking is excellent. The kitchen is well stocked and the appliances are new and work well. Great for a family with teens.

Family get together with Grandpa
The house was clean, many amenities including books and games, a large living, dining and kitchen with full basement, baths upstairs and on the main. There was 1 bedroom on the main and 3 upstairs, with couch, and other amenities in the basement. This house is well appointed. It is an older home with narrow flight to the upstairs and the basement. It was fine for my elderly father as long as he could stay on the main floor. Narrow stairways, so people with less stable footing would need to stay on the main floor. It was great and we had a good time.

A Very Clean & Beautiful House That Is Close To Restaurants & Grocery Stores In A Nice Area Of Town
This home was the best home I have rented yet. Not only was the host available all the time but was also extremely friendly. His home is beautiful and extremely clean. Whoever decorated this home has an awesome eye when it comes to detail! We had more than enough room in this house for the group and there is something here for everyone to do! Tons of books and games. There are supplies for the bathroom and laundry if you forgot anything. Thank you so much for letting us use your home , again it was AWESOME 10000/10 recommend

Perfect Home for a Holiday Gathering
My family and I spent the Christmas holiday at this wonderful property. The location was great and the property exceeded all our expectations. The kitchen was amazing and well stocked with all the equipment we needed for our holiday meals. In fact, the appliances, cookware and utensils were of exceptional quality for a rental. The host was very accommodating of our request for an early check following our long night of travel and early arrival. We loved the comfortable furnishings and bookcases filled with good reads and games. We will definitely return!

N. Tacoma Stay
Great location to have family visit. Great kitchen, well stocked. App for the door didn't work on all phones, make sure you load it before you go! Bit drafty in the front living space, use the heater in main floor bedroom closet. Will stay again on future trips.

I loved the early instructions and directions, it helped us prepare!

Nice place
Nice, updated place. Uncomfortable couches in living area and beds were uncomfortable, except for downstairs bed.
It has listed two bathrooms in the top section, but further in the description says 1.5. We missed that and ideally would like two showers.
