I made a number of specific requests in my booking- and they worked hard to accommodate all of them! (Location with bathtub, close to the gym). There was lovely lighting from a balcony, and all the amenities you could possibly need. While I only stayed for 2 nights I think this location would be great for a long term stay. Also just a short walk to the lake, as well as some cafe's like Cup of tea, Starbucks and to the Western goods shop 'L's place.
The staff took precautions to get my travel details/history, which in a post covid world made me feel really safe. As it's nice to see accommodations being cautious with things like this.
Not really a negative, but the location is very big, so if you're located in the back of the complex it can actually take a while to walk to and from the entrance. Again, not a negative per say- but I would just encourage people to leave a little early for any plans because it adds some time if you're on foot.
In addition, the complex is quite private, which is nice- but it also means your driver may drive past it a few times when you're getting dropped off/picked up by taxi.

As our passport copies were provided in advance, they had our guest passes ready. Initially provided one set of keys but added another set of keys upon request. Guards were friendly and remembered us quickly. Every other day during the stay, a well trained cleaning crew came to clean the place and provided new towels. Broomstick is available. Upon request they provided cookware, dishes, and silverware. A backdoor of the complex leads to Tây Hồ (West Lake). The apartment management to call a taxi for us to go to the airport at 3am and it worked out pretty well, VND300,000. (Prepare the exact change or tip the change)
Spent first 2-3 hours in troubleshooting amenities (hot water boilers) and waiting for fix. No dish detergent or dish rag or cleaning towel was provided. No laundry detergent nor drying sheets were provided. No paper towels.

Very big, with a bit of a view of the West lake, in an otherwise mostly quiet location.
Not quite in walking distance from the old town. Takes about 25-30 mins. But the scooters or taxis are cheap.
