About this house rental
This 3 story townhouse is furnished with premium furniture and fixtures, exuding warm comfort and a cozy vibe that resonates with the beautiful natural surroundings of Whistler. The unit has just been upgraded with new Bolon woven vinyl flooring from Sweden that is conducive to easy cleaning and hygienic maintenance (Nov 2023). A brand new deep-seat couch from Article has been added to form an intimate seating area with comfortable seating on 3 sides (Nov 2023). The home has a BBQ, 2 private patios, and a private hot tub. Cable, wifi, parking, and secure bike storage are all included. The kitchen is fully stocked, including oils & spices for cooking.

Bedroom 2: Double Bed and Single Bed
Bedroom 3: 2x Single over Single Bunk Beds (4 single beds total)

What you must know:
Noise:
The Resort Municipality of Whistler is strict in enforcing the Bylaw 692 which states that noise after 10pm and before 8am (9am on weekends) will not be tolerated. In the event the police or Sea to Sky security is called, a penalty will be imposed. Guests will be charged back with all penalties that may include but not limited to fines imposed by the Sea to Sky security and the complex strata.
Property Damage:
Substantial effort and investment have been made to ensure premium quality and great comfort is provided to each staying guest. The property is inspected after each stay to uphold the high standard.
As the registered guest of the unit, you are responsible for any damage made to the unit while it is occupied under your name. I ask that you please report all obvious damage, broken items, or problems immediately as they come to your attention. Failure to notify me of property-related problems will forfeit any rights or claims that discharge you from responsibility and payment. I will on the other hand make my best efforts to rectify the problems as soon as I can and endeavour to provide you with an enjoyable experience.

Terrific location with 2-3 minute walk to the Village, parking safe and close by, beds and bathrooms and kitchen all well-stocked with linens and towels and supplies. Very clean and tidy. Easy and quick communication with property manager. Highly recommended rental!

We selected this accommodation because it had the rooms, beds and bathrooms to fit everyone in comfortably. The condo is situated close to the Olympic Square and the various shops and restaurants. It was lovely to park our car and leave it there for the duration of our stay. We walked everywhere!

Nice location and area
This place was in very close walking distance to the village which was so nice! I wasn’t aware of all the stairs in the condo. The bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen were nice and clean. However, the porches and glass on the railing to see out were very dirty so we didn’t want to sit or hang out outside. I did notify the owner of a glass pane on the porch that was out leaning on the hot tub with big cracks. That was very unsafe so hopefully it gets taken care of for the next guests.

Very nice
We really enjoyed the place! I was a little fearful the distance to the ski lifts were too far, but they weren't. It was about a 10 minute stroll and you can walk through the village the whole way if you want. We'd definitely stay here again!

Best location
Located across the street from IGA (Fresh Market) the Vahalla complex is a bit old but our suite was in excellent shape and we are right beside the Village. You will not be disappointed staying here. Great host!

Great place! Just a couple of minutes walking to the village. Next to the private jacuzzi, there is also a shared jacuzzi close by which is a lot bigger. Excellent service from the landlord who was 24/7 available via WhatsApp.

Comfortable stay for our group of 9 work colleagues.
Everyone was very happy to stay here. The house offers ample space for a group to move in comfortably. We even stayed in on Saturday night, eating snacks from conveniently nearby super market. Parking facilities are also great and right under the property. The transfer to the slopes really only is 5 minutes by bus and 15 minutes on foot. What's not to like?!
