About this house rental
New house of 105 m2 of full foot that can accommodate 6 to 8 people.
Located in Les Sables Vignier, between sea and vineyards, "Les Coquettes" allows you to enjoy many bike rides and a beautiful beach nearby.
The house consists of a large living room facing south with a seating area and a pellet stove that makes it very pleasant all year. This very bright room thanks to its two large windows opens onto a terrace and a fully enclosed patio, without vis-à-vis.
Night side, 3 spacious bedrooms with new bedding:
- A master bedroom (bed 160) with an adjoining bathroom with a walk-in shower and a toilet
- A second bedroom (bed 140)
- A third room for children with two bunk beds and a trundle bed.
A second bathroom with bathtub.
A separate toilet.
Contemporary furniture with all the comforts of a modern home: Wifi, flat screen TV, dishwasher, washing machine, induction hob, multifunction oven, microwave, coffee maker with filter and capsule, toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board.
Child equipment: a high chair, a plastic bathtub.
Garden furniture: large table, chairs, deck chairs, sunshades, barbecue.
In front of the house you have a private parking.
7 night minimum rental from Saturday to Saturday.

In season you will find:
- 600 m towards la Cotinière: a mini market, a restaurant and all year round a distributor and a SPA.
- 600 m towards Domino: a small supermarket and a bike rental.
- 10 minutes from the Domino market.
On foot or by car you can enjoy 1 km from a beautiful beach with an ideal part for fishing on foot and a beautiful bay for swimming both at low tide and high tide. From Easter to All Saints' Day, on the way you will find a nice restaurant where you can pick up pizzas to take away. Adjacent to this restaurant a bar organizes evenings during the summer season.
Off season, 10 minutes by car you will find a market in Chéray and all the shops in Saint Pierre d'Oléron.
Come relax at the ocean and enjoy beautiful bike rides to discover the different beaches of the island (surfing, swimming, fishing on foot), its salt marshes, its heritage (lighthouse Chassiron, villages traditional ...) and its gastronomy (oysters, éclade, pineau ...) or simply farnienter. The island of Oléron will seduce you.

Parfait! Moderne et bien équipé
Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison! Aménagé avec goût et rien ne manque. Démarches d'arrivée et de départ faciles. Bien situé, rien à redire, nous avons passé une semaine parfaite sur l'île!

ein wirklich schönes Haus - wir haben nun schon einige Ferienhäuser gehabt, aber dies war bisher das schönste - großzügig geschnitten, gut eingerichtet, ruhig gelegen, mit schönem Innenhof, in der Nähe mehrerer sehr schöner Strände. Und die Ile d'Oleron ist wirklich einen Besuch wert: Wir werden wiederkommen!

Excellent séjour
Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans la maison de M et Mme Valéro et nous sommes ravis de notre séjour. La maison est spacieuse et bien agencée, elle est récente, moderne et était très propre à notre arrivée. Elle est particulièrement bien équipée, nous n'avons manqué de rien, la literie est de bonne qualité, la maison, même en bordure de route, n'est absolument pas bruyante. Elle est bien située par rapport à la plage de sable fin (15 min à pied), excellente boulangerie et petite restauration à proximité (5 min à pied). Tous les matins en saison, le marché de Domino est de qualité à environ 10 min en voiture. Nous envisageons même de revenir dans cette location tellement nous sommes contents, idem pour les enfants 14ans et 17 ans.

Maison avec jardin fermé. Agréable terrasse.idéal avec des enfants en bas ages.ils ont même pu profiter de leur bibliothèque et ont vite adopté leur chambre. Equipement suffisant pour le sejour.Proche de la plage qui est très jolie.je recommande cette location!

Danke, für dieses schöne Haus!
wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt, alles modern und liebevoll eingerichtet. Durchdachte Austattung, uns hat es an nichts gemangelt. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Privatsphäre die das Haus trotz der angrenzenden Straße bietet. Die Kommunikation zu Familie Valero war trotz unserer mangelnden französisch Kenntisse komplikationslos und sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, dafür nochmal ein herzliches Dankeschön! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Une maison agréable à vivre et bien équipée. Séjour lumineux. Le patio est une véritable autre pièce à vivre. Sans à vis, tranquille dans un transat au retour du marché ou d'une ballade à vélo :-)

Une maison très facile à vivre. On se sent ici comme chez soi. Une déco simple mais efficace... après on aime ou pas. Nous on adhère à 100% pour une semaine de repos juste à côté de l'océan. Difficile de juger, en cette période, des possibilités offertes par les alentours. Mais là aussi on adhère au calme de l'île en ce début novembre ! Parfait. Une adresse à conserver sans aucun bémol.

Cette location est très propre et très confortable pour une famille. La terrasse et la cour sont closes et à l'abri.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette maison. Elle est très bien située à proximité de la plage de Sable Vignier. Commerces à proximité. La piste cyclable passe devant la maison. On peut aller au marché de domino en vélo.

Belle maison récente, agréable et bien équipée
Maison très récente et très bien équipée (lave vaisselle, lave linge, micro-ondes, poêle à bois, BBQ...)
Deux larges baies vitrées permettent de bien éclairer le salon et la cuisine, c'est très agréable.
L'ensemble est de plein pied et bien agencé.
La situation de la maison est idéale pour rayonner en vélo ou en voiture sur toute l'île. Petits commerces et boulangerie tout près de la maison.
La maison était impeccable, très propre.
Seul petit bémol: la proximité avec la route, qui est assez passante et que l'on entend dans le jardin. Cela ne nous a pas gêné pendant les vacances de Pâques mais peut-être est-ce plus bruyant/passant en été? Les voitures roulent plutôt vite également car il n'y a pas de ralentisseur sur cette portion.

Une superbe maison
Nous avons passé une agréable semaine de vacances sous le soleil de l'Ile d'Oleron. La maison est particulièrement jolie, bien entretenue et très bien située (proche de la plage où nous pouvions nous rendre à pieds). En saison, les commerces sont à proximité (ouvert à compter d'avril). L'accueil a été chaleureux et agréable (une bouteille de rosé nous attendait sur la table). Le couple qui s'est occupé de notre arrivée et de notre départ est sympathique et très professionnel.
