Kunne sagtens komme igen.

Dejlig, fuldudstyret lejlighed med den smukkeste udsigt. Værten Ivana var meget imødekommende, og stod klar med info og besvarelse af spørgsmål.

Det eneste vi ikke var så glade for - var alt det bygge arbejde og renovering/nedlukning af stranden. Men tænker det bliver super godt når de er færdige.

A perfect apartment

Everything was perfect, starting from the apartment size, its amenities, location, to its beautiful view. A wonderful experience overall.

A minor thing, we barely found semi functioning batteries for an xbox controller. Also, it would be cool to have another one.

Wonderful

Modern, spacious comfortable , beautiful interior and breathtaking balcony and views. It takes around 15/20 minutes in an Uber into split . They are very reasonable .,

Nothing we didn’t like , however we personally did miss some kind of pool or beach bar . But that is no fault of the property, and some may prefer this . It was very peaceful .

I don't know what to say about this excellent apartment. first of all we arrived very tired after a long trip and Ivana welcomed us with great kindness and gave us all the information we needed for our trip. the view of the apartment is simply breathtaking. they were very clean and all the rooms had a great view. I think the photos do it justice, it's more beautiful up close. also to say about the cleanliness and that nothing is missing in this apartment, we felt like we were at home. we will definitely visit again if we come to the Split. Ivana, we were very pleased to meet you. Keep going 🤍

A very luxurious apartment that fit 6 girls comfortably with a stunning sunset view at night

We loved the exceptional views of the sunset every night and the amazing support of the host Ivana. Ivana was an amazing host who gave a detailed tour of the apartment but also sent us a list of the best restaurants and places to see whilst in split

Perfect 🤩 to come back

For our first time in Croatia 🇭🇷 Split, my friends and I were welcomed by Ivana the owner of the apartment. A great welcome, with kindness 😊 She gave us information and activities to do during our stay. The apartment was great 🤩 If we come back to Split, I would stay with Ivana again.

If I can give points for improvement, it would perhaps be to put blinds or curtains on the side of the living room if people will be sleeping on the sofa bed. If you stay a long time perhaps the possibility of having a grill for grilling on the balcony, after to see the possibilities.

Beautiful apartment with stunning terrace view! Book it!

Everything was amazing! When we first stumbled upon this apartment, it seemed almost too good to be true! But everything was as perfect as it seemed online. And the terrace is beyond perfect! We had a wonderful stay and Ivana was a perfect host, gave us many great recommendations and was of great help. Keep up the great work! We’ll be back for sure!

Beautiful sunny spot with great service

This place was perfect for our family. It is outside of the main town but only 10 mins by car and also a good spot from which to do day trips out of Split. The property was beautiful - it had a huge outside terrace/dining space and gorgeous view. The owner was so helpful. She gave us restaurant recommendations and even drove over to the property to help us when we had an issue. I can't say enough how wonderful she was - she clearly cares about her guests and their experience. The parking was underground and very safe. It was nice to have no worries about anything.

Luxurious apartment with beautiful view

The apartment is absolutely stunning, the balcony/terrace and living area are spacious and very nice. Beds are big and cozy, and 2 bathrooms are a big plus! There are loads of amenities (ranging from coffee machine, washer+dryer, to Xbox!). I will definitely rank this as a luxury apartment! Our host Ivana was super lovely and readily available to help and be of service. She recommended a fantastic place for us to start our day in old-town with AMAZING views which we would never have thought of going to if she had not recommended it! It really made our first impression of the town! There is a large supermarket about 15 minutes away (on foot) and a decent pub halfway there. There is good parking and AC in every room. This was over all a fantastic stay! It is about a 15 minute drive to the old town, but there are plenty of exciting places, shops and restaurants closer.

The only thing I felt was missing in the apartment was a full-body mirror, however there are plenty of mirrors in the bathrooms. A few ants made their way along the walls inside the apartment, nothing to much and we did not let it bother us as they are harmless. The pool is not heated which I think might be nice during the hottest summer months, but was a little too cool for us at the time of our stay.

The apartments was fantastic - high tech, clean, comfortable, well equipped & with a fantastic sea view from a great balcony. The garden & pool area were also spotlessly clean. Ivana, the host was very good too.

The location wasn’t good for us, more residential than tourist. It was easy to use Uber to take us into the city centre & to restaurants but we would have preferred to walk. The beach that is closest to the apartment, about 10 mins isn’t really a ‘beach’ it is a disused concrete promenade. There are some more tourist beaches about 20 minute walk.

This was a disappointing experience. It was an extremely hot day when we arrived after a 22 hour trip from the US. My family was looking forward to a dip in the pool (one of the main reasons we rented this place) only to find on arrival that it was closed due to a maintenance issue. We were never informed of this problem beforehand or we would have likely booked elsewhere. Then the AC didn't work. After numerous txt messages with the property manager, who kept telling us to turn the set point down, and no resolution, it was clear there was a maintenance issue. However, no one was sent that evening to fix the problem. So we ended up spending the night in a hot apartment with no pool - very uncomfortable. Then there was not enough warm water for even one person in our family of five to take a shower. Combine that with needing to reset the wifi to get it to work, and a generally out of the way and unscenic location, I would rate this stay as less than desirable.

Gorgeous apartment with a stunning view of the sea

My friends and I had a wonderful time at the apartment. Not only was the apartment gorgeous, but the owner was really helpful and at our service from the second we made the reservation. The apartment itself was beautiful, even bigger than it seemed like on the pictures; everything is top notch, luxurious, hi-tech, spacious and extremely clean. We had all the amenities we could think of and might possibly need. Since all the rooms have balcony access, you will be waking up to a stunning view to the sea. The balcony itself is huge, where we enjoyed the fabulous sunset view. Our car was safely parked in the buildings garage. We really appreciated our time there, having a relaxing girls trip. Will definitely be coming back to this great finding.

The apartment is one of the most luxurious places I stayed at in Split. The balcony is spacious and the views are amazing. Even though it was 3 degrees outside, it was sunny and it got warm enough for us to enjoy lunch and coffee at the balcony. The apartment has EVERYTHING. From basic breakfast/spices to coffee machine, washing machine and even a dryer. We extended our stay and enjoyed every second of it! I liked the location as well, it's not right in the city but close, and beach is close by. Perfect!
