Biasa saja karena anak ada yang sakit panas, jadi kurang menikmati dan gak bisa kemana-mana.

Saat sarapan pagi selalu dipertanyakan hanya untuk 4 orang saja, sedang saya pesan kamar 2 kamar, 1 kamar untuk 2 orang dan 1 kamar untuk 3 orang. itukan harganya beda, karena saya bayar lebih mahal untuk yang isi 3 orang.

Liburan HCT family

Saya sangat suka dengan kolam air hangatnya,,tapi kalo bisa lebih diperluas lagi agar tidak menumpuk dikolam hangat,,Krn ukurannya masih kurang luas

Untuk hrg tambahan makan anak sepertinya agak mahal Krn anak kan makan TDK begitu byk paling bisa makan hanya 1 menu saja harusnya bisa dikurangi apalagi kalo anaknya ada byk LBH dr 2 lumayan juga tambahnya,dan juga harga extra bedanya sangat mahal dgn ukuran kasur yg kecil,,,

The service and room amenities still not 4 star hotel!

The location, close to Soreang tol gate. We like the facilities at the hotel like swimming pool, mini zoo, trampoline, the variety of breakfast also good!

No welcome drink, we can’t request extra water in the room, everything need to pay. We saw baby cockroach in the restaurant when we had breakfast. Glass was not clean enough! No pencil or pen in the room, the room amenities was not complete for 4 star hotel!

the best hotel experienced compared with the price. will come again next time

the room was spacious, extra large bed was good, the pool was loved by my kids. the food was varied. there were still many ricefields around the hotel.

they have whirl pool with hot water and the mini zoo is a nice entertainment for kids

the whirpool is too small so it gets crowded with lots of people looking for hot water. the bed is kinda too stiff

Excellent stay in a small town

The room is comfortable with good view, I can see the rice field and mountain from my window. The breakfast is outstanding. They have so many options, from local food to western and surprisingly they have so many choices of bread and pastry. It's really worth the price. I called the reception to ask for a knife, we wanted to cut our mango. Instead of lending us a knife, they offered to pick up our fruit, cut and deliver it. How pleasant!

I think the pool needs to be cleaned.

Very good

We stayed at executive floor, we had swings in the terrace, it was fun. The room was spacious, and very well kept. Food was good, lots of variety at breakfast.

The lunch room was dark, a contrast to outdoor breakfast area.

The large breakfast had good options, the staff were all very friendly and willing to help. The restaurant on the rooftop had a nice view and good food.

Adding an extra night felt unusually expensive. Not much of a complaint though.

The Best Hotel for Family stay in South Bandung.

The Pool very entertain for my kids, the breakfast taste excellent, the staff very helpful. The room very clean and comfortable. The surrounding area its very fresh and clean air.

Lift can only access to lobby not to basement parking lot.
