Loved our stay here at Surfer’s Paradise! The property was very clean and the view spectacular! The Tram service was right outside and easy to use! Lots of restaurants within walking or Tram service! Belinda was super easy to contact and always replied promptly! It was the perfect spot for us to relax!

We had an OK time, but unfortunately I became ill part the way through our stay and needed to cut it short and return home. Really liked the venue and the unit. Only downside was that our stay coincided with QLD Schoolies Week and my illness.

Condo has a great layout with a wonderful view from the 31st floor. Amenities were really good with pools and jacuzzi tubs on the ground floor as well as small fitness room. Nice little bar and cafe also. Location was optimal for walking and use of tram right outside. Things that could improve: the dining table is very wobbly and many glasses in the cupboard were not clean.

We had an amazing time staying here, the views were 10/10, comfortable, clean and spacious 1 bedroom. Facilities if the property were amazing and walking distance to Cavill Ave. Tram stop right outside the hotel made getting to theme parks a breeze. Wouldn't recommend for children as the apartment is quite high up and the balcony rail seemed very low to us (we are both quite tall though) ... we discovered the large windows opened right up and had no screen or protection.

This property is exactly like in the pictures. It is clean and tidy in a great location. And the views are fantastic - perfect Ocean views during the day, and Surfers skyline at night. Everything you need is there. Massive fridge, microwave, foxtel, wifi. And the bed is very comfortable as well. Check-in procedure was simple and communication was great. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to stay at the Gold Coast. You won't be disappointed.

I am so impressed with every aspect of our stay. I couldn’t have booked a better place. The apartment is directly in front of the tram station making it almost too easy to travel across the Gold Coast. We had an amazing time and the apartment is exactly like the photos. I will definitely be staying here again. 10/10 would recommend

This is the second time we have stayed with Gold Coast Holiday Stays in one of Belindas apartments at Sun City and I couldn’t recommend them any higher. This condo was the perfect “home base” for our 3 week stay on the Gold Coast. The ocean/city views were amazing and the constant rhythm of the surf was as relaxing as it was beautiful. The location was super convenient, just a short block from endless sandy beaches, tram stop right outside the door, reserved underground parking with easy access to major roadways. The condo is situated in North Surfer’s Paradise which was a short stroll to “downtown” but was much quieter than the central Surfer’s Paradise area. The condo is well equipped and the in-suite laundry with drying rack (as well as dryer) was greatly appreciated. While we didn’t have an opportunity to meet our hosts, they were very quick to respond to any questions, provided clear check-in/check-out procedures, directions etc. We have no hesitation to recommend this property and would be pleased to book again should we have an opportunity to revisit this incredibly beautiful part of the world!

Unit was clean and tidy albeit a little tired with a couple of items broken like the safe and the sofa bed. However what a view, looking out on the ocean and south down the coast was spectacular. Location is great with a light rail stop on the door step and Cavill Ave only 15 minutes walk.
