Great for a family vacation!

Great for a family vacation!

We had a great time and this place was perfect for our family. There were only 4 of us, but there is plenty of room for 6 people. We loved the privacy and view of the third floor. The manager was always there to help out if we needed anything! He was super nice and helpful!!!!!! The beach is great for kids and the two pools were small but never crowded. There are some beach/pool toys for the kids to play and there was one beach umbrella that we used but no chairs. With two kids you don't sit much anyway. There were towels provided for the pool. We had a washer and dryer; there is also one in the office. I loved that it is right on the beach! You cant get any closer than this. The sunsets were amazing. Very quiet family atmosphere. There was a little street noise in the back room but the kids sleep with a sound machine so no worries. I would love to stay here again. I was concerned because there were not many reviews but it exceeded my expectations!

Beautiful location, dirty condo

The location of this property was amazing! We loved being in a smaller condo building rather than sharing a pool with 100-200 other units, and being able to walk to the ocean/beach easily. There was plenty of places to shop or eat within walking distance. However, the cleanliness of our unit was terrible. We arrived late at night to discover a terrible odor that seems to be coming from the sink and was present all week. There was also food all over the floor, kitchen table and chairs, windows, and even some of the trim/door frames. Some oil substance was spilled all over the kitchen floor as well as on both night stands in the master room. It was very evident that the floors were never cleaned and neither was much else in our condo. We also had no linens upon arrival, so we were unable to shower after a long day of travel. I spent well over an hour cleaning upon arrival just so we could walk around and feel comfortable sleeping in our unit. The check in office was closed for the night so we couldn't contact anyone in person. We were traveling with our 4 year old who was beyond tired so we didn't have the luxury of trying to find another place to stay at 11 pm. The next morning when we could check, in we expressed our concern and were told to contact the property manager. We texted and emailed photos of the units conditions and still have not heard back from management. After talking with other guests it seems more people had issues than not. The furniture also needs to be replaced. The couch and chair were dirty from wear. We covered the couch and chair with an extra sheet so we could sit on them. If it weren't for the cleanliness, we would stay here again in a heartbeat. Hoping they will get their act together because we would love to come back sometime.

The location was awesome for us as a young family. We didn’t want to be right in the middle of all the restaurants and bars, yet it was close enough to walk to some places. I am very OCD so that’s the only reason I didn’t give it a higher rating on cleanliness.

The condo was even nicer than in the website photos. Lots of space, three large bedrooms and baths. Kitchen had top of th eline appliances and everything we needed for our stay. The view of the beachand pool from the 5th floor deck was superb-(we even blew bubbles from the deck). We were able to enjoy sunrises and lovely sunsets. The beach itself was simply gorgeous and we found lots of shells, saw dolphins and herons and otherbirds. I wholeheartedly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a special stay. Thank you!!
