This is a gorgeous, beautifully maintained villa overlooking Leymebamba with the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in over many months on the road. Its hosts are beyond generous, and more than that, great company and conversationalists. My stay at Los Viajeros was a complete pleasure which I’d highly recommend to anyone.
(I’d just mention in response to a previous reviewer that the B&B contacted me while I was en route to tell me they’d meet me with a mototaxi—which they paid for—when I arrived in, and departed, town so there was no need to even think about carrying my bags up, or down, the hill.)
It would have been better to have been able to stay a little longer

Good quality finishings (Italian - owned), modern but with wood finishes. Great view over the village and valley...about 10 lins walk from center. good quality breakfast
although we had a private bathroom it was next to bedroom and not en-suite.
Quite big stairs to walk up to hotel with a suitcase....better to get a motortaxi to take you up the road behind (or walk that way).

It was clean and nicely decorated. Close the center of town
This property mentions that they have a parking garage. However, it is impossible to park there. Not really parking.

All was perfect !
Very quiet place and a so beautiful and confortable house ! Nothing is missing here, and people are really nice :-) You need to walk 2 minutes because you can't park there, but there is a private parking down.
Don't look for anything else and just go, that's one of the best hotel we found during our trip ! I recommend it hundred percent !!!

nice view, very nice interior, clean room, friendly staff, very nice rooms
we were the only guest so we had the place to ourself very relaxing (just like the rest of the town)
having to climb a long set of stairs to get to the B&B
the price for the room and the food very expensive compare to the rest of Peru

The view from the B and B was great. The garden was lovely. They offered dinner for a fee which we took since it meant we could stay at the place once we arrived.
This property is located at the top of a staircase of 260+ stairs. Park in the central square (right across from the police station) and take only what you need up the hill. It is not recommended to drive the back road up to the property despite what the property manager said.

Beautiful hotel.
We had a room with a balcony with a beautiful view over Leyenbamba with the best bed so far in Peru. To get there you have to take the stairs up to the hotel with 165 steps, so be warned.
We had a nice breakfast every morning with yoghurt and granola, toast, cheese and eggs if you want to.
Good bathroom but not in the room but in the corridor. For us it was a private bathroom but there is another room on the floor so I don’t know if you have to share if there are other guests (according from the information at booking.com it is a private bathroom).
Good Wifi.
There is a possibility to have lunch and dinner in the hotel. We had dinner on the first night and that was 15 dollar a person. For that you got a salad, mash and meat. Not a big portion and not very special. A lot of money for Peruvian standards. There is not much choice in the town but better value than in the hotel.
We also booked a tour to la Congona. It was a nice tour but we never went to la Congona but to two different places also beautiful but not what we asked for. I think it is better first to shop around in Leyembamba for tours.
