About this apartment rental
A beautifully refurbished modern & private 5 bedroom home in Dundrum. Its super-cozy thanks to eco-friendly heating system (underfloor heating via geothermal heat-pump). Location great for Dublin City & Irish countryside with on site parking & 10 min walk to 'Luas' tram taking you quickly to Dublin central!
With 5 good size bedrooms on 2 levels (+extra double mattress), 2 which have en suite bathrooms, plus a family bathroom. Perfect for big groups/families who want access to Dublin & surrounds
The space is quirky yet vast, with 5 bedrooms spread across 2 upper levels, as well as a big family bathroom, 2 smaller en suite shower rooms and a big kitchen/diner with tranquil views. The suburban style house features good parking in front and then a private front door that leads up stairs to the accommodation. An extra full double mattress on the floor in the bigger room upstairs allows 2 more people to stay comfortably (up to 12 total)
Large stairs divide the first of 2 living floors with 3 of the bedrooms, the bathroom and the kitchen/dining area. A quirky spiral staircase (please note that this is narrow and not suitable for those with mobility issues) leads to a 'penthouse level' with a further 2 large bedrooms, one of them with its own shower room and additional pull out full size double mattress. Our 'penthouse' level features large opening skylight windows with stunning rooftop views over the countryside
All rooms feature double or king-size beds and are of a good size with plenty of storage.
The living/dining/kitchen area features a large flatscreen TV, comfortable seating and a big circular dining table for 6 (or more at a squeeze). The kitchen has a modern fridge/dishwasher/oven and microwave so is suitable for preparing your own meals. We provide all crockery/cutlery etc for your group.
The house features underfloor heating via our geo-thermal heating system ensuring you are kept cosy and warm at all times.
Perfect for big families or groups of smaller families or friends or colleagues wanting comfortable, private sleeping spaces and communal living areas.

Nice and cosy, close to public transport.

We had not realised until late in the arrangement that this was effectively an upstairs maisonette rather than a house. The top floor was accessed by a precarious spiral staircase. It would not have been possible to bring up a suitcase. We had to bring up items piecemeal.
The place was quite stylish and comfortable otherwise, and a good advertisement for IKEA furnishings

Easy access to the train.
