This house was only 1500m from a supermarket and a few minute walk to the back beach. Host provided bikes and even a couple surfboards and plenty of information about the house and Byron. Convenient place for bigger groups to stay.

Beautifully renovated townhouse with two separate levels, could easily have the kids on one level and parents on the other or a girls trip away like we did. Great location, walking distance into Byron Bay shops. The townhouse is very private, with parking for 2 cars. It is a lovely place, and we really enjoyed staying here. Communication with the owner was very easy, thankyou.

We rented Byron Chill for 4 nights in October to attend our son's wedding, and had a comfortable stay with our family members; it is within walking distance to Byron CBD, and was a great base for the wedding & associated activities. Walter was always prompt in responding to any queries, much appreciated! Our grandson loved the comfy couch in the lounge too...thanks for a lovely time!

Surprise, surprise, this property is big enough to house a family. There were just 2 of us but it was roomy & had everything other than a radio. TV & air con, huge lounge, spotless. The lane way getting in is a bit of a hassle but other than that and a radio (who wants TV daytime?) its 5 star.

I stayed here with my family, and we found the accommodation to be perfect for our needs. The age range was 5 yrs to 95 yrs. The location is great, a short drive to the main shopping area, and a short walk to an amazing beach. I would definitely stay here again.

Our group of four adults and three teenagers stayed at Byron Chill for 5 nights. For us, it was perfectly located - close enough to town but quiet and safe. The place was clean and well-equipped. As advertised, it has four bedrooms with one that’s a converted garage - it’s OK but obviously misses out on windows. There are three bedrooms upstairs - all nice but could do with airconditioning coverage as they get a bit stuffy on hot days. Overall, we thought it was pretty good value and would recommend it to those in this budget bracket.

A roomy, well appointed townhouse with everything we expected. We had a great time with our three teenagers. Plenty of space for them to disappear into their rooms to chill out. Decent WiFi, a nice TV with a spare HDMI cable so we could watch our own stuff from an iPad/laptop. A coffee machine with ample quantity of coffee Pods was much appreciated. A private and beautiful little back garden was reminiscent of a Balinese Villa with towering bamboo, geckos and abundant tree fogs. A 15 minute walk to Tallows beach was a good way to warm up before a swim.

The property was compact but nice. The backyard garden was amazing and we regret not being able to make much use of it because of the pouring rain. It is centrally located and withi 10 mins drive of the beaches and main spots.

My husband an i just got back from 3 nights in Byron bay staying in this comfortable, great sized property staying with two other couples and a baby. It was perfect for us and we look forward to staying here with our 3 kids next time we're in Byron. Only one thing to look out for and that's the huge mozzies waiting for you in the lovely outdoor area! The owner was lovely enough to have some insect repellant and fly spray on hand but still didn't stop them form biting unfortunately. This could also have been because it was raining non stop so was more damp then usual. Lovely chilled Stay!

Thank you Walt for a lovely stay which was perfect for our extended family. The place was very modern and I don't think the photos you have online do it any justice - it presents even better in person. Bathrooms + kitchen are really modern, house is well styled and amenities (including washing machine) were great! Location was good, quiet surrounds and approx 3 min drive out of town which suited us fine. The chocolates and wine was also a nice touch! Thankyou - we would definitely return again next time we are in Byron!
