Villa Estrella was just perfect for us, very clean and had everything we needed, we paid extra to have the hot tub in May which was fabulous and the pool and outside covered dining/bbq area was great to all gather together. The host, Sonia, called round on the 1st morning and was lovely and gave us really helpful tips about local markets and places to eat out.

Great villa for our family of 4
We found the whole process with the booking very easy. The villa is located close to the Puerto de Mazarron and its beaches and all the activity in the area, about 15 to 20 mins driving. Car is a must and the closest supermarket is only 2 exits away in the motorway and offers everything that you need. The villa had everything we needed and it was big enough for the 4 of us, the pool kept us cool. I think it could do with a little more shade. Weather was very hot but this was to be expected and what we came for. We enjoyed plenty of BBQs and drinks by the pool. The pool was cleaned regularly. From our villa we explored Cartagena and Lorca and it was very easy to get to either place. We loved exploring the coast all the way to La Azohía. The Netflix service was great and we had several family movie nights and the WiFi really worked well, kids didn’t complaint about it. Overall a very good place that made our holiday a very nice one.
