The house is perfect for a large group and has so much to offer — TVs, a pool, a hot tub, a pool table, a karaoke machine, a bar — I could go on and on. D’arcy goes above and beyond regular host duties. She offered us an early check in and late check out for no additional cost, she is incredibly communicative, and the house has helpful notes around every corner to help make your stay as pleasant as possible. The beds are comfortable, the house is very clean, and my friends and I had an amazing weekend. We hope to come back again next year!

This rental property was everything we hoped for. It had all the bedrooms and bathrooms we needed. The house was clean and well supplied. There were more amenities than we even had a chance to use. It was the perfect gathering place between scheduled events we were in the area for. Extended family came by to visit and enjoy the pool and outdoor sitting areas. The view from the house is outstanding. D'Arcy was the best, most thoughtful host we have ever encountered in our many rental experiences. We would return in a heartbeat.

A beautiful property and home! Everything about this stay was smooth and enjoyable. The pool is awesome! We encountered some trouble with power and D’Arcy was quick to reply and help solve the problem! Would recommend to family and friend groups!

The pictures do not do this property justice if that is possible,it was amazing. There was everything thing you could need there. We took advantage of the games room, games outside, pool, hot tub and bar. The tree house was delightful my teenage grandson slept in it, the bed is comfy and a full bedding supply out there for the bed and upper bunk. Even a stand up AC unit. My only small thing to add for families is that it is not actually 6 bedrooms, there are 5. There are rooms that can sleep additional people, the sun room and theater room have sofa beds and the pull out love seat in the dinning area sleeps some one plus the tree house. We did have plenty of space. Overall the house was everything we expected and more.

We had another fantastic stay at D'Arcy's place for our annual Women's Weekend. The house has everything you need to hunker down for the duration of your stay, and there's so much to explore on the area of you want to venture out. Our group of 10 had plenty of space, and we enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and the plentiful entertainment options throughout the house. We can't wait to come back again next year!

Our weekend at the house was awesome! we loved the speakers throughout the house and the pool, especially the amount of pool games. the rooms were even better than in the pictures. Definitely a hidden gem and would stay again.

This is a beautiful home with everything you could want for a family stay. Anything you could need is on property and there are plenty of attractions within a short distance. I would recommend this property to anyone, and will definitely consider another stay.

We had a blast staying at Deer to the Heart!! There is so much to do at this property!! A mini resort!! Everything was perfect!! The week went by so fast, can’t wait to come back!!

Myself and my 9 best girlfriends stayed at Deer to the Heart for our annual "women's weekend". We had a fabulous stay! The house has everything you need and more. We spent everyday, all day in the pool and the nights by the fires. We loved relaxing surrounded by the beautiful white mountains. We all really appreciated D'Arcy's notes left throughout the house. We will definitely be back : )

This property was perfect for my sisters Bachelorette! D’Arcy was so helpful and accommodating. She allowed for two members of our party to come early and decorate before myself and the bride got to the house. There were directions and notes explaining everything that was super helpful. The pool is to die for and was the perfect place to relax and lounge during the day. The house has so much space that we were all able to be together without feeling like we were on top of each other. There were some minor cleaning issues. Dirty mugs in the cabinets and a bowl of rotting cherries under one of the chairs on the porch. But besides that, that house was amazing. I would recommend for anyone to stay here if they have the chance, you won’t be disappointed!

We rented this house for 4 nights for a family reunion. A couple deaths in the family and sickness prevented having everyone come up. Therefore it was just my husband, 2 kids, and myself. The pool and hot tub were a hit everyday! Played ping pong, taught the kids how to play pool, watched movies, etc…. Darcy was very easy to get ahold of and was quick to respond. We have already tentatively booked the house again for a family reunion do-over next year! Great place to stay!

Comfortable, fun house with plenty to do. From grandparents to teenagers to dogs, everyone was happy. It is evident that much care and thought has gone into everything in the house to make it as welcoming as possible. Location was secluded and beautiful and there were great options for take out nearby.

This was the perfect house for our family because each of our children and their kids had their own separate bedrooms and space. The amenities offered lots of recreational options for all three generations. We had a blast hanging out together!

The property is a great space for friends and family to relax. There was more than enough space and activities to keep everyone entertained for the weekend. Would definitely stay at this home again and recommend it to anybody looking. Host was great to communicate with.

I've stayed in a lot of rentals around the country and this house was incredible. It had literally everything you could think of and the price was very fair. My group had nothing but great things to say and were very impressed. The sound system throughout the house and pool/hot tub was amazing. They had tons of games and there was always something to do. I would love to book again asap!

We were looking for a fun weekend that didn't require leaving the house and this home really delivered, for adults and kids (ranging in age from 6 to 10) alike. We swam in the gorgeous pool, relaxed in the hot tub, watched the Celtics beat the Heat in the pool room, sang karaoke, and went for beautiful hike. We were even able to fit in a workout using our Peloton app and the free weights in the movie room. The trip was made that much better because our dogs could be included as well. They loved roaming around the large yard. D'Arcy was incredibly helpful and responsive from the moment I booked. I'd highly recommend a stay here! One note: Definitely come stocked with bug spray and read the instructions in the Welcome Book on how to use the smudge pots to keep the bugs under control. The toughest time of day was dusk, as expected.
