Description
On the ground floor is the large fully equipped (dining) kitchen, with patio doors to the courtyard. In addition, the spacious living room with a cozy sitting area and fireplace, a large dining table with view on the balustrade of the landing of the first floor. In the summer it is wonderfully cool here.
Bedroom 1: is located on the ground floor, has a large sofa bed and doors to the terrace in the courtyard. In the hall next to it is a bathroom with shower, sink and w. c.
On the first floor are the three following bedrooms, and there is a loft with a play area for small children.
Bedroom 2: is the master bedroom and has a large twin bed, air conditioning and a private bathroom with bath, toilet and sink. The patio doors give access to a spacious balcony with an outside staircase to the courtyard.
Bedroom 3: is a children's bedroom with two single beds.
Bedroom 4: is a cozy spacious bedroom and has a double bed. The bedrooms 3 and 4 share a bathroom with shower toilet and sink.
Outside
Around the house is a spacious garden with spots in the sun, but also with sufficient shade. It is a true paradise for children because there is a large trampoline and a swimming pool of 4 by 10 meters. 5 minutes away is the picturesque Limeuil (one of the Plus Beaux Villages de France) where it is also possible to swim in the river or make a canoe trip. Enjoy the peace and atmosphere around the country house and the varied possibilities that the area offers.
