Clint's Beach Cottage offers: Telstra Wifi, solar heated pool, Foxtel/Netflix (Smart TV via Guests own Log in) Walk to beach. Stroll via back streets & under road tunnel 6 mins to kilometres of surf beaches. Sunshine Beach to your left and Castaways and Peregian Beaches all the way to Coolum Designated Pet friendly beach areas at all of the above The street is very quiet and private and guests who are likewise, are encouraged to book. No noisy parties / gatherings are permitted under new strict Noosa Council regulations. Please do not consider flaunting these rules, thank you. PLEASE NOTE : Cleaning and Linen are computer generated and are extra to tariff. Longer term stays (over 10 nights) will require mid service cleans @ $45 per hour Linen/Towels changeover $40 per bed . Maximum time without clean is 10 nights. Mid Service and Linen/Towels changeovers are not negotiable. Required to keep the property to rentable standard including garden and pool maintenance. PET FEE : $100 PER PET. (i.e. 2 pets $200) THE SITE DOES NOT UPDATE THE CHARGE AUTOMATICALLY THEREFORE IT WILL BE ADDED ON DURING THE BOOKING PROCESS AND IS NOT NEGOTIABLE. This house has it all. Spacious, clean, well equipped and perfect for our dog. Photos don’t do the place justice. In a very quiet neighbourhood and a short stroll to the beach. Look forward to staying there again.

We found this property prefect for our needs. Functional layout suitable for families of any age. Bonus is the lovely outdoor entertaining area, BBQ and pool. Having a patrolled beach and dog beach within walking distance worked really well for us and our little cavoodle.

There was heaps of entertaining and living area and the kitchen was great.
Shame about the steep driveway but it was easy to park by the street.
There was plenty of instructions to help us settle into the property.
We loved the quiet neighbourhood with a quick drive or brisk walk to the beach.
Wonderful stay and we would definitely stay again.

Great spot, so close to off leash dog beach. Quiet location. Place was great, spacious and clean and had everything you needed.

Lovely 4 bedroom house with swimming pool. Parking is limited to a very steep driveway and street parking.

Louise really has thought of everything to make guests staying at Clint’s Beach Cottage feel welcome. From the well equipped and spacious kitchen to the open dining / living areas, fantastic alfresco dining space and generous bedrooms/bathrooms. Easy to see fur babies are also welcome - we left ours home with Grandma this time but would definitely bring them on our next visit. Only critique would be the water temp of the pool - a little warm for our liking (perhaps the combination of being in full sun / solar heating). Would happily recommend this Stayz property to family and friends.

Clint’s Beach cottage was absolutely fantastic. Beautiful clean home with all the extra touches. Extremely comfortable beds, pillows and luxurious towels. Our fur babies loved the synthetic turf outside too. Thank you for a lovely stay, we will be sure to be back.

First of all a big thankyou to Louise for being so flexible after Covid forced us to change our several times.
The house has got everything you need and is located in a quiet residential area. Noosa, restaurants and shops are a few minutes by car.
Sunrise beach is very close, the beach it is so beautiful and also dog friendly.
We will be back.

Loved the stay especially the fact that it is pet friendly. Children had a separate room which was handy. Our little dog had two exit points some free treats. Love the location being near all eating spots but at the same time a quiet and tranquil place.

Guests beware. Unscrupulous property agent charged us $300 for maintenance issues we reported to her. All things which were broken on our arrival. Never communicated about this but were later notified that my credit card had been charged. Have never had such a poor experience.

We enjoyed our stay at Clint’s Beach Cottage with our baby and dog. It had everything we needed and it was great being able to hire baby furniture too! Would recommend.

We had such a great experience staying here. The owners of this house have thought of absolutely everything you need for a stay!! So neat and clean, everything was easy to find. They provided clear instructions on how to set up and use the amenities! The beach was only a short walk as advertised. We only wish we had have taken longer leave so we could have stayed longer! We will definitely be returning!!

Lovely place for a family stay with our pets. Great location. Very quiet street. Clean and tidy. Well stocked kitchen. Good entertainment system. Steep driveway. Able to park boat on nature strip though. Good value.

The large, secure and shady backyard meant we did not worry about our small dogs getting out.
The manager responded promptly to one minor issue.
One small downside for us is the master bed is a little hard for our taste.

The location of the house is superb - a short walk to beautiful Sunshine Beach, The property is well maintained and equipped, and the kitchen has everything you could wish for to prepare and serve meals. We had a relaxing holidayand look forward to returning soon for another stay.

This property is well suited to a family with a dog. The accommodation was super clean and communication was very prompt with the manager. The property had doggy doors in two areas and is very close to the off lead dog beach. Great facilities - pool - outdoor dining area and clean bathrooms.

Clean and Welcoming
CLINT'S BEACH COTTAGE was very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. We loved that it had Wi-Fi and Netflix on two TV's. So we could watch in one room and our elderly parents could watch their soapies in another studio room.
The pool was lovely and deep. We all enjoyed many swims.
And the property was a short drive into the heart of Noosa.
Louise was very welcoming and added little touches to make it personalised, such as an anniversary card and also treats for our doggy.

There is a nice big outdoor table with chairs, and bbq, which was great for the evenings. It was nice to be able to take the dogs with us as well. Just to note that there are steps and big retaining wall up to the grassed back yard area (my kids loved running around the house which had lovely gardens, then going up the stairs to get away from the adults, one of our dogs however found the steps a bit too much). The 'walk' to the beach was too far for the kids - so everything (beach, shops, places to eat) was a short drive away.

Clint’s beach cottage was clean, comfortable and the kitchen was well supplied with crockery and cutlery, bowls and platters. Ideal for a family group. The pool was lovely after the uphill walk home from the beach.

We enjoyed our stay in Clint's cottage. The house was very clean and had everything we could possibly need. The street is very quiet and it is a very nice neighborhood. The beach is a short walk away and there are a lot of bike tracks nearby. We had a great time.
