About this house rental

Apartment of 80 square meters, on the second and last floor of a small building, 150m from the sea. the apartment consists of an entrance hall, a large dining room, kitchen, and two bedrooms, one of which is a very large double and a twin bedroom, 1 bathroom adjacent to the bedrooms. The apartment is also equipped with a large balcony and a small terrace. Inside the property there is a large courtyard. The apartment as well as being near the sea is very close to the center and all services, despite being in a quiet and peaceful area, less than 100 meters you can reach the pinewood that offers games for children, kiosks and lends itself to beautiful walks in the cool. It is about one kilometer from the center of Cecina city, reachable on foot along the beautiful tree-lined avenue, Cecina is a city that offers everything, has railway station, hospital, all kinds of shops, Always near the house there is a large park with swimming pools and about 300 meters a riding school 'cones' where during the summer there are many events. Always close to home on Sunday, during the summer, the local market takes place.

It was a good surprise You have everything to spend happy holidays at the beach, without any car. 4min to reach the beach and the center by feet. 2 bikes available and some sand toys for kids in the garage. you can not eat in the balcony (too small) but no need for us as it was too hot outside. The apartment is clean, and A/C is really welcomed. Thank you for everything.
