This house is huge, charming, and in a great area. It was nice not to be in a sterile modern hotel environment. Felt like we were living in traditional France. Lots of great food in the neighborhood, and very close to several metro stops. Right beside the lovely canal! The house had everything we needed and more. Lots of helpful touches from the owner.

Stay here!! It is beautiful, clean, a great location, and the owner offers superb communication! From beginning to end, our stay was wonderful. We tool the owners recommendation on a restaurant and had the best meal in Paris. There was a great pizza place near by to make for a casual night in. There were 10 of us staying here, and we all left raving about the property!! Such a great find!

Segrine’s loft was stunning! Beautifully decorated with all the comforts of home. The beds and pillows and blankets were all so comfortable and clean with plenty of towels and a very well stocked kitchen with spices and some basics. Not that we ever actually cooked in because the area is bustling with tons of cafés and restaurants. Lots of action along the canal in this funky, little part of town (10th arrondisment) short distance to the Gare de l’est train station, which connects you to the commuter trains (RER). We had a group of 8 and had plenty of room. It was wonderful!!! Communication with her host was excellent! Merci beaucoup Segrine!

This place is just amazing. It is laid out in such a beautiful way. The beds are all comfy. Plenty of room for teens and adults to have space. The neighborhood is super quiet, lots of cafes close by, grocery store is 1 min walk away. The owner was super quick getting back with any questions we had. The house cleaner came a couple of days and did our laundry for us without us even asking. If I could give this place 10 stars I would.

A true Paris experience! We were two families with 5 teens and 4 adults, and the apartment was perfect. Metro stops are close, and the neighborhood has everything you could want or need - Market, Bakeries, Restaurants, Shopping and more. The apartment has two washer and dryers! Pack less and do a load or two during the week.

localisation top
La localisation est top, mais il fait très chaud dans les chambres. Pas de clim, juste des ventilateurs. Le frigo n'était pas nettoyé, il y'avait encore les restes des précédents locataires. Sinon, il est grand et spacieux

Fabulous, charming home with Parisian vibe!
We had a party of 8 and loved this place! Ground floor, which is wonderful for people with luggage, the home was very spacious, very comfortable and had an excellent location. Seguire was so lovely gracious, and we just had an excellent experience! HIghly recommended!

We loved our stay in this loft! The area is fantastic! The Canal St. Martin is very trendy with lots of interesting shops and restaurants, and the canal makes you feel like youre in a relaxed setting, away from the tourist crowds. The loft itself is comfortable and spacious, though some of the sleeping areas are cramped. It is a great area for a larger group. We were 11 and were quite comfortable! It has a real rustic charm and the courtyard setting adds to a peaceful ambiance. The amenities were good. The proprietor, Segire, could not have been nicer! We were there the end of June and as the temps heated up, the loft did get pretty hot. That was probably the only drawback. But I would certainly recommend it!

Good location is neat neighborhood.
I missed the fact you can’t stand up in the loft so we had to have kids sleep there. One bedroom for adults had severe lofted ceiling so you could only stand up in half the room. No AC. No TV. I missed that too. But the apt was authentic French living. We truly got to live like the Parisian do so that was cool.

Delightfully ecclectic!
This apartment was magnificent and was a wonderful retreat to come home to after a day in Paris. We had a large group and Paris apartments don't usually come so large. There was room for everyone and the house was stocked with everything we needed. Towels and sheets were plentiful. The host was very responsive and gave us lots of recommends for bakeries, restaurants and bars. I've never stayed in the 10th before and I really like the vibe of this neighborhood. It was " off the beaten path" for Paris and we loved that. I would HIGHLY recommend this abode for large groups. Love and light filled this space!

Reunion of 8 old friends
The Loft provided all that we needed for our short stay in Paris. The property is very well located for those arriving by Eurostar and has all the shops and restaurants nearby to feed us very well. But the floorboards creak very loudly which makes trips to the loo very noisy!

I would stay again in this rustic-chic house. Two doubles, one twin and a single were very comfortable . Good beds , lots of towels, excellent wifi. Everything you need. But if you have mobility issues the stairs may be a problem. I dont mention the loft bedroom because of the second set of stairs that are quite steep or the understairs single as the stairs creak. Two bathrooms and one w/c were more than enough and hot water was abundant. It is a charming place in a lovely courtyard and the neighbors are artists studios and other apartments. As I stated I would stay here again.
