Would definitely book again

Gorgeous, quiet, chic, boutique property. Absolute luxury. Very nice staff, excellent food, especially breakfast with daily homemade breads and pastries.

Disappointing mainly due to reception staff and lack of atmosphere. We spent most of our time at another hotel and with

The rooms were elegantly furnished and the grounds immaculate. The dining staff in the restaurant were incredibly helpful and well informed.

The property was empty and lacking any atmosphere. The reception staff were poor - incapable of fulfilling simple booking requests, obsequious, occasionally rude and willing to argue with guests. The pool bar manager was also fawning and constantly angling for tips. It was also very dusty inside.

Extremely Disappointed with Misleading Practices and Poor Customer Service. Rating: 0/5

I urge potential guests to be wary of hidden charges and the hotel’s approach to customer service. This experience has significantly impacted my view of Palais Ronsard Relais & Chateaux, and I would not recommend this establishment to other travelers seeking transparent and respectful service.

Paradise! Beautiful Weather, Beautiful People, Beautiful Hotel = Beautiful holiday

We liked EVERYTHING. The magnificent ambience, decoration and design are completely breathtaking. We felts we had arrived in paradise. The hotel and spa holds the highest level of service we have ever experienced. The manicured surroundings take your breath away. The staff were top of their industry and particular thanks go to Kharil and Oumaima who made our stay perfect. You get what you pay for indeed. Having a very limited and excusive number of rooms and villas makes this location so special.

Everything is wonderful and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Everyone nice, kind, smiling, breakfast with great selection and sufficient amount for anyone. Beautiful gardens with great architecture, small pond and vessel, plenty of sitting areas. Swimming pool with nice warm yet refreshing water (28C). Cool drinks in the bar. Fabulous dinner. Great suit with own piece of terrace and garden. Enormous bathroom, separate toilet.

Shower head height selector broken. The cleaning staff just placed it back broken as before. No change. Smoking in the bar - no more used to it from Europe though normal in Morocco. I would make the bathroom smaller and enlarged the dressing instead.

The place is amazing, nice stuff.

My partner has a down allergy, after the first night we asked to change our pillows/duvet - nothing happened. The stuff after long discussions suggested us similar pillows with down, told there were no synthetic analogs. I would suggest for a luxury hotel to teach the stuff about what down allergy is and to get some synthetic pillows. The bath was not properly cleaned. Multiple spots were not removed.

It’s a WOW stay, everything was perfect.

Marrakech in general & Palais Ronsard in specific made our trip a marvelous one . From the moment we arrived Oumaima the receptionist welcomed us & provided us all the support and assistance needed during our stay . Khalil , chief of reception as well did a great job , in addition Hisham the luggage handler, Mohsine & Rashid the drivers, not to forget the amazing waiters Rashid & Fatima Zahraa who were all so professional that made us definitely plan another trip to Marrakech and to Palais Ronsard . On another hand Lovely restaurant, beautiful interior design , great welcoming, best service, generous & delicious breakfast menu. Thank you

wonderful palace

I spent with my family a week at Palais Ronsard. Wonderful palace with beautiful gardens and amazing villas and suites, The all staff were amazing and the most wonderful in our stay.

No lights on the road to the hotel.

Superb but too expensive.

Beautiful premisses, fabulous staff and stunning rooms.

No option for all inclusive, the prices of food and drinks is VERY expensive. Shame no music at swimming pool, it lacks a bit of ambiance.
