The location of the property was fantastic, down the road and around the corner and you're in the middle of beautiful shops, cafes and pubs! Car park is only a few minutes walk and a permit is provided for your stay. Easy access to Barmouth, Fairbourne and good cycling routes. The property is compact but beautifully kept and in a quiet area. Facilities were great.
The property worked for us but not everyone likes a downstairs bathroom. It's the only negative I can think of.

Lovely cottage
Liked everything

Great location for walking. Super clean. Comfy beds. All essentials provided. Nice to have a parking permit provided.
No dishwasher or sofa bed as described.
Make sure you go to the correct car park. We went to short stay in error (not long stay) and got a ticket!!

Been to the town many times, will always love the area that's all I did like.
The neighbours or woman next door, thought she owned the whole street, coming in the front garden putting her wine bottles in our recycling post-it notes all over even ended up with one on my car, avoid at all costs far nicer cottage's in town and you don't have to put up with Mrs Hyacinth Bouquet or bucket next door.
8.0
A nice clean place, conveniently located in the town at a good price with very good kitchen/dining room and practically all facilities to hand. Access to the property was a little tight for unloading, but the owner provides a parking pass for the local (long stay) car park at a short walks distance (only 400m).
The bathroom was a little cramped (but perfectly functional) and the living room needs a little re-organisation to make it more comfortable and cosy, but otherwise still perfectly good a good place for a few days (though perhaps not for a prolonged stay).

The location was good, very central.
Very basic, rather tired and lacking in equipment, eg a range of glasses.

Very nice property that is well kept, clean and had everything a family needs. Would recommend 👍🏻
There is nothing to not like

The location was perfect. just a couple of minutes walk to the local shops, pubs and restaurants. The owner provided a parking pass for the town long stay carpark together with a list of other areas we could use it. This saved on parking charges and gave us an idea of where to park when visiting other attractions. The cottage had a small patio area to the rear of the property which we used every evening as the weather was exceptional. The lady next door, looks after the property and was friendly and helpful.
Due to the narrow street and no parking in front of the cottage. It was a bit awkward when unloading the car and having to reverse back down the street to get out. However when leaving we used the street around the back of the cottage which we could access through the back gate.

Everything it was perfect. It felt very homely and comfortable.

Very clean and tidy in a good central location.
The only drawback was the need to park in a long stay car park 6 minutes walk away. Although the closer short stay did not charge between 16.30 and 10 am next day.

Everything. Lovely little cottage, suited myself, husband and the dog perfectly. Maybe a bit of a squeeze for 4 as there is very little storage, but with just the two of us we could use the spare room as a dressing room.
Spotlessly clean, well equipped, comfortable bed and sofa.
location great for exploring the surrounding areas. Loved Dolgellau, a charming typically Welsh village with some great pubs and restaurants all within easy walking distance as is the co op!
Parking down the road in the carpark (for free as a permit was provided) was not a problem at all.
Nothing whatsoever to dislike.
Reversing out of the lane after unloading was a bit tricky, but we were fully aware of the set up.

great location, nice neighbours.
minor point was the limited street parking, but permit for local car parks provided.

Great location in middle of Dolgellau. Very quiet, clean and comfortable. Good information in communication before stay and in pack on arrival. Thoughtful touches like use of parking permit for the long stay car park
parking outside property not practical (addressed by use of long stay permit). shower good but a bit cramped

The beds were very comfortable and the garden was nice in the sun
The check in time being 5PM is a bit late. We didn’t think it was necessary for the guests to have to strip the beds considering check out was 10AM
4.0
close to the town, the pub and the lovely bakery
the bed was uncomfortable and squeaks everytime you move, the sofa was hard and uncomfortable, the shower was mouldy and had to be cleaned with bleach before we could use it, back door doesn’t lock properly, parking was ridiculous, we had mountain bikes in the van and they wanted to park in a public car park

Settee was uncomfortable and bed needed slats replacing.

Cosy cottage with lovely comfortable beds and sofa. Enjoyed relaxing in the garden
Very narrow lane which was a dead end so difficulty reversing down to drop off luggage on a busy Saturday in July

Located right in the centre of Dolgellau, the cottage was perfect in this respect. Tucked away in a small street, it was peaceful and had nice outside space (garden at the back) to sit in too. The house was light and airy and had just about everything you need. Downstairs there is a nice lounge, bathroom and kitchen - more space downstairs then up. A TV in lounge and bedrooms and excellent wi-fi.
The second bedroom is very small and is filled with a double bed - probably bunk beds would be better in there. However not a problem as only 2 of us and main bedroom is a bit bigger. No wardrobe in either room - have to hang clothes on back of doors or there there are drawers. Parking is in a nearby long stay car park - about 3 mins walk away, which might bother some people. Car park permit is given though, so doesn't cost and you can drop your bags off before parking, just a very narrow street.
