It has four bedrooms; one ground floor double with en-suite shower room, one super king-size (zip/link) with en-suite shower room, one double with en-suite shower room and one twin, with a separate family bathroom. Downstairs has a fitted kitchen, dining area and sitting room. With two separate conservatories. Outside has a patio and decking area with furniture. Off-road parking is available for three cars. Beech House is the ultimate holiday destination.

TV with Sky (entertainment package), DVD player and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Initial fuel for woodburner included. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Off-road parking for 3 cars. Bike shed for storage. Large enclosed patio area and decking with furniture. Sorry, no pets, no smoking. Shop 4 miles and pub 200 metres.
