Would definitely recommend!

Spacious Clean Very responsive host! And very helpful We chose this accommodation due to its proximity to the airport and only spent a night. Not sure location wise to center of Cagliari, but there were a good selection of restaurants close by.

Appartamento molto bello, spazioso e ben arredato. La posizione era buona per noi che dovevamo andare in aeroporto e vicino abbiamo trovato diversi locali e un’ottima pizzeria. All’ingresso ci ha accolto un bel profumo di pulito che fa tanto piacere quando entri un ambiente che non ti è familiare! anche se non abbiamo conosciuto il proprietario ci ha fornito, via messaggio, tutte le informazioni utili… a prova di tonto! 😂

La amplia habitación con aire condicionado. Cama comoda. Apartamento limpio.

En la descripción pone que hay balcón y en el apartamento no hay. En la cocina el anfitrión no deja algo de aceite o sal para cocinar, ingredientes básicos que encuentras en la mayoría de apartamentos turísticos, así que has de comprar ingredientes que suelen durar tiempo para solo cocinar un par de días, son detalles que se agradecen mucho. La ubicación, no es la mejor, no hay nada alrededor para visitar o para pasear, necesitas el coche si o si. El ascensor solo para entre plantas, aviso por si alguien va con silla de ruedas o carrito de bebe, será complicado llegar al apartamento.

Great host and lovely flat

Luca is a great host, helpful and goes out of his way to make you comfortable. The flat is beautiful and very clean with all the essentials and more. Parking there’s no private parking but off street.

Very good contact with the host. Flat was super clean and spacious. Half an hour walk to the historic city centre. Free parking opposite the building. Would recommend.

Very large flat, with all needed facilities for travellers and kitchen. The owner was very friendly send us all the details for self check-in in advance. Fair price.

Excellent value and location.

Wonderfully large apartment. Spotless and well equipped. Luca had emailed all necessary info regarding the keys (even including five photos of the lockbox and how to open it). Great value for money, parking was reasonably easy to find and property is nicely placed halfway between the centre and the airport.

Exceptional

Clean and spacious accommodation in a great location near the center of town. The apartment was a little cold in the evening (we were staying in February), but there was also air conditioning which we used to warm up the place. The host (Luca) was always available and ready to help with extra information too.

Exceptional

The best accommodation out of five we stayed at in Sardinia. Very spacios, clean and comfy flat. There is free parking on the street opposite from the building. You can see that the host gives a lot of attention to this place and the guest.

Location is not the greatest, but still not too far from the city center.

Good flat overall, slightly dissapointing

The apartment is very spacious and clean. The bed is comfortable and you have everything you need in the kitchen. Also, the host is very nice, always available for any problem you might have. There's free parking in the street and a supermarket about 400 metres far.

The location is not great. Streets are dirty and don't feel very safe after dark. You have a 40min walk until reaching the city so you need a car/take the bus. The lift doesn't work (at least when we were there), and even if it worked, there's a bunch of steps before reaching it, so do not book this place if you have a mobility impairment. Overall, the flat is correct, but we were slightly disappointed after seeing the pictures and reading the reviews, and wouldn't come back if we return to Cagliari.
