What a special gem in the middle of Soho!

Soho Suites could not have been a better location, close to Oxford Circus and Piccadilly Circus, and hordes of good restaurants, Chinatown and the theatre district. The apartment was lovely, spacious, and light, and down a quiet little close. Sarah and Caroline were always an email away, and not having to worry about a key was great!

Tout était super, appartement très très propre (ce qui est souvent très important) et très bien équipé ! Emplacement central donc idéal pour les déplacement.

Juste un petit mauvais point pour la douche électrique qui fait qu’il n’y a vraiment pas beaucoup de débit d’eau

Never felt more home away from home…

Clean, comfortable, perfect location, easy handling, enough space for a family of 4! We enjoyed it a lot living in the middle of SoHo…

During our stay, we came back to the room after a day out to find that someone had broken into the apartment and stolen a number of our belongings. We then contacted the host for assistance, and her responses were very impersonal and she took hours to reply even though we had just been robbed in her apartment. A few days later, after asking for the camera footage, she finally told us that all the cameras were not working. Our safety was completely compromised while staying here and therefore we didn't even complete our stay and chose to move to a new hotel for the remainder of our time in London.

Location was worth the climb.

Location was the best thing about the apartment. close to 2-markets, tons of places to eat and drink, 10 minute walk to two different tube lines. you can get to most all the atractions by walking or a combination of walking and public transportation.

Obviously being four floors up from the street level has it's chalenges, if you are not able to carry luggage up four floors of stairs dont rent this apartment. Being in the last part of August the apartment was warm in the evenings with no AC. More than one ice tray would have been great and a couple of courtesy laundry detergent loads would have been a nice touch.

Was a quiet enough area of london, easy enough to find.

Apartment was not very clean, i moved bed to fit cot in beside it and it was awful underneath it, there were mosquitos in the bin in kitchen, and washer dryer was not very good for drying towels and baby clothes. Blinds are also broken.

Wonderfull place in SOHO

Wonderfull location, Soho, one of the best place in London, close to Picadilly & Oxford Circus, close to subway, buses, facilities (supermarkets). Perfectly equiped with all what is needed, even to cook at home. That was very very nice.

Best location in soho . Relatively new apartment with full kitchen / dishwasher / washer and dryer etc. Not very noisy for the location Good size for 3-4.

No air conditioning (fan provided ) - few nights where extremely hot and hard to sleep . 3rd floor walk up . We were aware of it in advance , but pay attention. Not an easy climb with luggage Double bed mattress was ok but not great , and was 140cm wide - may be small for some Sofa bad not suitable for grownups kids. Small and mattress very uncomfortable In the Shower water run very weak . It’s Hard to take a good shower . And the whole shower room is minimal in size No extra linen could be provided .

Location was amazing. So close to restaurants, bars and multiple train stations.. but still quiet at night.

Washing machine was a bit tricky to use but we worked it out eventually.

We very much enjoyed our stay.

Location was perfect. Great kitchen facilities.

Shower was awful - hissing and spitting water at inconsistent pressure despite being on eco mode. Inadequate bedding for the sofa bed. The bed has two separate levels - impossible to make the bed with the linen provided. Give it a try yourself and see.

The room had stove, oven and refrigerator, so we could use it to cook some food. it was also located in a good part of London and quick to get to any tube or bus.

We did not realize these rooms were mini apartment and not a hotel, so the address

perfect location, quiet street. spacious apartment for three people. very easy and simple check-in and check-out with codes

poor communication with agents. it is not practical for a long stay, few towels, cleaning or condition for clean themselves, instructions for using the drying and washing machine are required...

The location is excellent, in Soho, in the center of things. this is the main reason why we chose the apartment

The shower is shocking, a trickle of water you can't really take a shower. In addition, even though we tried to get in touch because we ran out of toilet paper in the apartment and also regarding changing towels (we stayed in the apartment for 6 nights), not a single person answered the phone or email!!

the place met our expectations, everything needed was there, the location was perfect

the codes were provided earlier, but it was not easy to find the property, I can guess that it was because we arrive in the middle of the night and were tired.

The shower flow was very weak

A great location right at the heart of London Soho. a well equipped clean and tidy place.

A staircase leading to the apartments makes it a bit difficult with the luggage. If you’re looking for a decent shower, you’ll be disappointed due to a very low water pressure. The host sent a maintenance guy but the water pressure did not improve.

Great location

This property was in a great location - Close to transportation shopping restaurants and bars. It was a good space for a family and easy to get into property. The shop downstairs has loud music during the day but very quiet at night.

Water pressure in the shower was... Well, it wasn't. The sofa bed is narrow and uncomfortable.

Great location

Fabulous location and has everything you need, including a washing machine which was great while on our extended trip. There is a co-op food store nearby for basic supplies and plenty of places to eat a short walk away. About a 10 minute walk to Picadilly circus and Oxford St stations. Very quiet at night which is great considering how busy the area is.

The shower head adjuster was broken which prevented it from staying up high (not so great when trying to wash your hair) but that was the only fault.

Enjoyed the stay, just need some

Super convenient for key for early am arrival but that was bc we booked one extra day early but could arrive at 6 am.

The bed def was not King bed and I could not figure out the ac. The kitchen table was a bit shaky bc of quality’s. The sofa bed was comfortable but difficulty putting back bc it kept falling off its rolling track.

Lovely flat in great location.

It sounded like a herd of Elephants with Cuban heels on above us. The noise from the stairs & flats above, was just too noisy for us. The main bed was fairly comfortable, but the sofa bed was very uncomfortable.

Location, location, location!! Just excellent. Central and close to everything. Not much noise from the street. Clean, modern, well equipped apartment. Good beds in the bedroom.
