Acomodações e higiene do local

Não ter serviço de de hotelaria a noite, somente segurança. Primeira noite não consegui ter acesso a cobertor por não ter o serviço.

Pousada maravilhosa

A pousada é espetacular. Fomos surpreendidos positivamente quando chegamos. Quartos limpos, piscina limpa, café da manhã muito gostoso e funcionários super atenciosos. A pousada fica beeeeem no centro de Jeri, muito próxima a praia, localização perfeita. A minha dica para quem está indo para Jeri é ficar hospedado nesta pousada.

Fomos para relaxar e tivemos estresse desde o momento da chegada

Localização da acomodação e café da manhã

Tive problemas desde o momento da chegada em que a pousada alegou que minha reserva estava apenas para uma pessoa porém em um quarto triplo. Quarto triplo esse que tb não existia , foi cobrado um valor muito além do que havíamos cotado para incluir duas pessoas extras e o quarto triplo que contava na reserva (descrito com cama de casal mais cama de solteiro) também não estava disponível. Ao chegar no quarto o friogobar não estava funcionando, trocando apenas na tarde do outro dia. Pegamos um dia de chuva intenso e ao acordar na manhã seguinte o chão do quarto estava todo molhado, não havia goteira e sim a água estava brotando do piso. Na última noite , uma de nós estava dormindo , e quanto os demais chegaram notaram um cheio muito forte de queimado e barulho de curto circuito no frigobar, o funcionário desligou o frigobar e o barulho d é curto permaneceu até que nos mesmas a contra gosto do funcionário desligamos a chave d energia , o curto era na parede muito provavelmente tb decorrente de água da chuva.

Excelente estadia

Muito aconchegante e ótima localização. Café da manhã delicioso, todo dia com coisas diferentes e bastante variedade. A equipe é muito atenciosa. Ótimo lugar para desconectar e curtir Jeri.

Pousada excepcional, perto de tudo, mas com silêncio para descansar.

Localização excelente no centrinho de Jeri, mas bem silenciosa para dormir e descansar. Equipe excepcional, desde os meninos da recepção quanto as meninas do café e limpeza. Piscina muito boa. Regras de silêncio na pousada informadas no check in, fazendo com que o ambiente fosse muito agradável. Dona da pousada muito simpática. Wifi excelente.

Gostamos de tudo, só o café da manhã poderia ter mais algumas opções de frutas e pãezinhos/biscoitos regionais.

Insane rules ruin this Pousada

the rules for this accommodation are insane. feels more like a prison than a hotel. we wanted to bring a friend to our terrace for a drink before heading on on NYE which is very common in Brazil and they would not let her even on the premises - despite her offering a number of security guarantees (reception could hold her phone and ID). We ended up drinking in the pousada next door where none of us were staying and were made quite welcome there. If you are single or wishing to potentially have a friend come get ready/hang out/ have a drink in your room - this is not the place for you.

soulless place with no character or personal touch.

comfortable enough room and nice garden area . nice shower .

you can do whatever to make a place seem nice but you can’t buy character. completely soulless environment with staff that seemed bored . no one spoke Spanish or English. that isn’t good enough in a place for tourists . our room was full of mosquitos when we first went in. don’t know where the owners were but just seemed like everything else in jericoacoa a money making business with no heart. not for us.

Great stay

The facilities was great, good bathroom, nice shower, large room, amazing breakfast. One of the best hotels in Jericoacoara. Amazing cost benefit. I definitely recommend!

Our bathroom window seemed to be in the background of another house/hotel and during the day/afternoon there was a lot of noise coming inside our room (not a problem at night, once the sound usually stopped). We also tried to put the air conditioning direction outside our bed, but we couldn’t. It wasn’t a problem as we stopped using the air and started using the fan.

No hospitality

Location is good.

The manager, old lady complained booking.com's policy and didn't showed any effort to solve problem. Very stubborn and I couldn't feel any hospitality from her. I do n't want to recommend this place at all because of her attitude.

Great location and comfortable facilities

Great Location, friendly staff, comfortable rooms. Lodge is quite new Close to the beach and the village. I recommend Truly nice accommodation Rooms to late check out

Passable

Good location! The room was ok, but if you call an ordinary room with 1 window a suit you set the wrong expectations. Breakfast was good but the dining room is quite small. Staff is really friendly but doesn't speak one word English.
